Wish to change/update security questions for my iCloud account. I just changes the password, but could not change old security questions.

How can I change the security questions on my account without calling Apple support?

Important to note that when I try to change it on the Password and Security page on My Apple ID, it keeps asking me to answer my security questions, which I can't remember the exact answer to.
I've also tried changing my Apple ID password, but then it still asks me to answer the questions before I change them.
Please help, I don't want to waste money by calling Apple Support on the other side of the world

If you cannot reset your Apple ID password via security questions, you can reset via email authentication. If you are not receiving the email, it may be necessary to contact Apple Support using the link in the Get help section toward the bottom of the article.

i recently added a new gmail address, changed ITunes e-mail to new one, made a new password. have been getting prompts via the old address, but it will not accept the old password associated with that e-mail. can't get in. can't figure out how to explain this to ITunes. i think i have made progress, but when making changes on my account details, saw that the security questions do not instantly call up answers i know. want to change my security questions. Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple throughiTunes Store Support.

How do we change the security questions? We bought a new ipod and restored it with previous data through icloud. It has a gift card with funds still attached to it. We know the ID and password, but since it is a new device it is forcing us to answer the security questions. The ipod is for my son, but we as parents set up the itune account, and now between my wife and I can't remember who's - or what - we used to answer them.
