Within my desktop apps panel all i'm getting is 'Download Error, contact customer support'.
I've already tried shutting down and re-installing.

Download Error - Contact customer support. Indesign wont load application have gone from the control panel. CS photoshop loads and wants a serial number - and my serial number dosent work?

sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
But as much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. I will assume that you're on MAC ,go to :
/Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/
Select Adobe folder and click "CMD + I "
Gave read and write permissions to all users .
Click on the gear at the bottom and apply the changes to included items .

I am trying to install my apps through Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and all I'm getting is 'Download Error: Please try again or Contact Support'. I don't have any support number, or anything like that. If I try to reload, it doesn't do anything.
Is there anyway where I can fix it?? I have even tried to reinstall the software still with no luck.

I Have never had any issues and I spend money on a game I'm playin, because I have that right and work for my money. Why now am I getting this when I have almost 500 songs and tons of apps?? There's noone to call on a weekend and I should be able to spend money if I want. I would think that they would have emailed me or something
We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support. If you haven't already done so then you will have to contact them :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -
I'm getting a Download Error warning after attempting to download and install CC. No error code – just a button prompt to Reload Applications which takes me straight back to the Download Error. I'm having exactly the same problem......I'm running an iMac with OS X 10.10.1. We have BT fibre optic business broadband. Everything has been running just fine until about 2 weeks ago when the apps in my CC panel just disappeared. I have made no changes to our systems and I am the only person to administer it all.....

Apps tab of Creative Cloud desktop helper constantly displays "Download error. press retry or contact customer support". As well as reloading, I've also quit CC desktop helper, restarted computer, checked network settings, relogged in. Cannot download any new apps or updates. please help.

When on Facebook (for example), Firefox is not allowing me to open pictures; when using apps, the bottom of the screen is missing so cannot utilize the apps. All working on Safari; just downloaded new Firefox 4, so seems to be a probleCan you attach a screenshot?
