Do you have the Contact Sidebar turned on in the Write window? If not press F9 when you have a Write window open. With this you can hold the control key down and click multiple contacts to select them and then use one of the Add To buttons at the bottom of the sidebar. -

Select the songs, press CTRL+I to Get Info, on the Options tab set Skip when shuffling to Yes.
If you want to the hide the songs from your main music view you could consider changing the media kind to audiobooks or podcasts if you don't mind the side effect of them showing up there instead.

Is there a way that you can use microsoft exchange email without using a passcode
My company recently purchased 12 iPhone 4 and would like to add each person's email to each person phone.
We use Microsft Exchange - outlook.
Problem I'm having is whenever I setup this new email account in Microsoft Exchange is requires a passcode.
Is there a way that I can deactive passcode so each person can use their phone without entering a passcode everytime they turn phone off & on.
Under passcode the turn off is grayed out. And I have tired & tired to reset passcode to elimate the need to enter a passcode but nothing working.
Advise me - pleaseThat is a restriction placed on it by your company's IT department as imobl indicated.
Many companies, including mine, require the passcode for any device accessing the corporate Exchange system. Odds of them removing the requirement are extremely slim. In some cases, such as health care, this is a legal requirement. -
Is there a way that iTunes can act as a Radio Alarm Clock?
I have found the radio station I enjoy listening to in the iTunes Radio List. Is there anyway iTunes (and my Mac) can be set to come-on from Sleep mode and start playing that Radio Station at specific times of the day?
Any App or plug-in that does that?

1. In iTunes create a playlist that contains just the radio station you want to wake up to.
2. Export the playlist (as .m3u works well). Get Info on your playlist file and look at the Open With entry to make sure it points to iTunes, VLC or some other app that will stream your station.
3. In iCal create an event entry at the time you want to wake up.
4. Right (or Control) click on your wakeup event and select Get Info.
5. For "alarm" select Open File.
6. Now under Open File there will be a place to add the file to open. It will probably be some default entry (like iCal). Click on it will allow you to select "other." Then use the file dialog to select your playlist file.
Your Mac will wake you up at the appointed time. You don't need to keep iCal running. If you want to put you Mac to sleep for the night then there is one more thing you need to do. Open System Preferences to Energy Saver and click on the Schedule button. Check Start up or wake and set the wake up time to slightly before your iCal alarm time.

My 4th Gen iPod Nano isn't displaying a "Use iTunes to restore" message, but iTunes is displaying a restore message when I connect it. I have original music that I can't back up on my iPod. Is there any way that I can fix the iPod without restoring it?
It's not designed to work like this. When you sync, the iPod stores some information that basically says 'this iPod belongs to computer xyz'. Apple did this to prevent copyright issues (syncing someone else's music).
If you really want to do this, you'll have to at least tie both iTunes installations to the same account. Maybe have them sync with each other. -

First let me say that I am ready to throw this POS in the lake. Is there a way that I can control iTunes with my iPhone without any internet connections? On my houseboat I have a wifi router and want to connect my phone to my computer to control my music which plays from my computer through my stereo. I can easily do it with my laptop without having to jump through any internet APPLE BS , but I dont want to have my laptop out on the deck. I just want to use the phone as a remote control.
Remote wont do it because it keeps saying Im not connected to the internet, even though is is connected to my computer. Same problem with JumiAmp.It should have an option to manage iTunes library without network connection, like Bluetooth or connect directly to the computer without a router or wi-fi, i live outsite of the city and i dont have the ability to control my iTunes librry from the iphone

You can't transfer music purchased from the iTunes store to another ID. You can, of course, create a new ID and start using that for purchasing your music. Just create the ID, then go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, tap the existing ID, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID.
If your issue is that music purchased by her on her device is automatically downloading to yours, you can turn this off by going to Settings>iTunes & App Store, and turning Music off under Automatic Downloads. Then you can continue to share the same iTunes ID without continuing to automatically download each other's purchased music. -
