How to settle the cost production order with out production order confirmation.Any setting is there Or program.

Dear Naresh,
To settle the cost of production order, you need not to confirm it. But on the same time if you want to settle the order when its not confirmed then WIP amount will be posted. WIP value will be posted if your order does not have DLV or TECO status. In your case, if you not confirmed the order, only material cost if any issued for order will be calculated, no activity cost will be calculate. And if you want to post the variance then order status needs to be either DLV (Completely Delivered) or TECO (Technically Completed). Here also the cost of activity will not be considered as you didn't confirmed the order.
So if you want to settled the order without confirmation, then Activity cost will not be added in your settled cost. So your product costing will not be accurate.
Please revert if you have any other doubts.

Being production consultant I think production order which is created with reference to sale order will be settled in ko88 or co88 after calulating variance ( and settling in variance a/c ) , Work in progress .
Prod order should have TECO indicator before you settle .

How we can correct the process order confirmation data posted in the previous month.

Actually i am facing the following problem:-
1) If you cancel the confirmation done in the previous month by the tcode CORS, the CO document is posted in the previous period because we cannot change the posting date in CORS. But the previous period is already closed.
Can we change the posting date in CORS manually? Or do you have any other idea?
2) When reading the master data in COR2, I face the error because the status of PO is already set as 'DLV'.
Do we need to read the master data even when the value is changed in KP26?

Hi, How to see the characteristics in process order screen which are assigned in material master classification view. say, created a material and assigned some characteristics in classsification view. for the same material created a process order. like to see those characteristics in process order. is it possible. please advise.

to see this characteristic in the process orden you should go to Header >> CO Classification. If you want to add a characteristic, this should be added to SAP_KKR_CLASS. Characteristics for material (001) are not the same than those for CO Classification (013), so you should develop some special report (we did some special developmet for the printing of order forms )

You seem to be doing the right thing. Once you have posted the billing document. Can you please go to vf02 and check in the item detail tab if the internal order you have entered in va02 is there.

Brute force - - I have written the number of the Desktop directly onto the wallpaper picture I am using for each Desktop (easy to do with Preview).
All Desktops are using different wallpaper photos, so they are easily recognized by the color scheme, and in the upper left corner is the number.

I dont mean to rude. but I have seen the same response to others over the past month. I have been keeping up w/ check status from the link provided in my order confirmation. At this point your depts management should be demanding more detailed info on order status. They have you customer service folks answering these question blindly, wasting your time and mine and ultimately costing verizon money which they will pass along to me and the other millions of customers out there. If you cannot give me a more detailed answer please escalate this to someone who can. Thank you.

will be

Replacement will be an iPhone of the same color and GB. There is no option to upgrade

does any of you know how to do the cost assignment mandatory in infotype 0014?
We have use the feature COBLT and table T588N for Function Module RP_TIME_COBL_002, and now the field COBL-AUFNR is mandatory, but we need the cost assignment to be mandatory, I mean should be impossible to save a new record without cost assignement. Is is possible using standard functionality or I have to use the user exit in PAI?

Hi,
Instead of user exit, do as below.
Go to Table using SM30->V_T588M. Give module pool name as MP001400.
Now check your correct variable key for the feature & click on the corresponding Alternative Screen for e.g. 2010 & now go that field & mark that field as required field by choosing the second radio button.
