need HELP....Without purchasing anything an amnt of 233USD was debited from my CCard by itune store...when i checked the itunes purchase history no such purchase was shown, but when v called the credit card customer care they confirmed the purchase.....any clue as to wat cud be done nw ??
Don't worry, maybe it's just authorization holds to make sure your CC is valid.

After downloading the Sims app, i purchased items from it. I checked my credit card account and the purchase was made, but after checking the app, the items i payed for weren't there. A message saying "Error: contact iTunes support" popped up. I just want to know why my purchase wasn't returned with the items i payed for. If there isn't anything shown then have you added or changed your credit card details ? I think that 55 rupees is about $1, which is the right amount for a temporary store holding charge , which is applied to check that the card details are correct and valid, and which should disappear off your account within a few days (though it might vary by bank/credit card company).

Dissapointed with apple itunes account
Update.... After a 24 hour e-mail delay, itunes cancelled my subscription with netflix and refunded my money. Itunes also asked me to resubscribe to netfix through them. I called Netfix and had my subsription started again in less than 2 minutes not using itunes. It was so nice being able to talk to someone on the phone with instant satisfaction. Sorry itunes, with today's technology there is no excuse for e-mail delays.

If you are seeing a debit that you are unaware of, look at your purchase history to see if that debit shows up. If it does and it was not you then there is a report and issue for that purchase option.

I have remaining credit at the iTunes Store, but will not let me use without entering 'your Gift Card or Download Code' which, of course, was thrown away months ago, when I first put the code in! Originally it was put into my computer, now I'm trying to redeem on my iPhone. Anybody have any ideas....I mean it IS my money! Thanks Ruthie
What you are saying does not make sense. You redeem a card once, that's it. It doesn't matter what device you are using, as long as it's using the same account, you will get the reminder of your store credits.

The problem is with an item in the 'Latest Purchases' section. When I click on 'Report a Problem' it takes me to the support page. I have gone to the link you provided many times... so far it always says to check again in a few minutes and never works.
I would really like to hear back from Apple directly and get some assistance with this issue. -

You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If nothing shows on your iTunes purchase history (you don't have a Mac and have any purchases in the Mac App Store), and you only have the one account, then you should contact your card issuer.
