WL server fatal exception?

Question

I am getting a class not found exception for one of my ejb's. The exception
is valid - I am missing the jar file, but I am concerned about the fatal
exception I got from WL. The error message on the console "Hit return to
continue" is a little misleading, If I hit return WL server closes down!!.
It's only a minor exception why should it bring down the entire server? If
I ignore the error and don't touch the return key WL will stay up, but I
worry that the message is a little too tempting for people walking by..

I suggest that you create a simple webapp called images.war that has a
          web.xml descriptor that has entries like:

          <servlet-name>images</servlet-name>
          <servlet-class>weblogic.servlet.FileServlet</servlet-class>
          <init-param>
          <param-name>docHome</param-name>
          <param-value>c:\siteimages</param-value>
          </init-param>
          </servlet>
          <servlet-mapping>
          <servlet-name>images</servlet-name>
          <url-pattern>*.jpg</url-pattern>
          </servlet-mapping>
          <servlet-mapping>
          <servlet-name>images</servlet-name>
          <url-pattern>*.gif</url-pattern>
