WLAN 802.1X Add a new AD

Hi, I have configured a WLAN whith 802.1X authentication, and this works fine. The user download the certificated from the CA of the domain called Company A, and through the ACS server the username and password is validated whit the Active Directory of the company A, the ACS is member server of the windows domain of Campany A. Now, and I would like integrate other Active Directory, the campany B, and to authenticate the wireless clients of the company B whit the 802.1X. How I can achieve this?. Actually, the ACS belongs is member server of the domain Campany A, I can configure the ACS to become a member of campany B?

I have set the relationship between the two domain controller servers. And I am able to share a file between the two domains, and works fine. Then in the ACS server, I visualize the second window domain, then I add this second domain, in the list of external windows database in the ACS. Then a computer from the windows domain B, I download the certificate from the certification authority of the first domain, and I try to connect whit the computer to the wireless network, and the authentication is failed in the ACS. What's wrong?

I have not used a ThinkPad X1 Carbon (Type 3444-F9U) myself, but here is the configuration of the machine as it originally shipped:
i7-3667U(3.2GHz), 8GB RAM, 180GB Solid State Drive, 14in 1600x900 LCD, Intel HD Graphics, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure Chip, 4c Li-Ion, Win7 Pro 64
According to the Detailed Specifications page for this model, the unit shipped with an Intel Centrino® Advanced-N 6205S, 2×2 wireless card, and from looking the Drivers and Software page, it uses a USB 2.0 Ethernet adapter.
Here are the various drivers for Windows 7 (x86) that I was able to locate for this model:
Intel Chipset Support Software v9.2.0.1021
ThinkPad Bluetooth with EDR Software v6.5.1.4500
Lenovo USB 2.0 Ethernet Adapter Software v5.12.9
Intel Wireless LAN Driver Software v17.0.5
I would suggest starting with the Intel Chipset software first. The order of the ofther software packages should not make much difference.
Also, make sure the Wireless Radio Swich located on the Left Side of the ThinkPad X1 Carbon is enabled before installing the Bluetooth and WLAN drivers.
One thing you might want to keep in mind is that with a 32-bit version of Windows, the operating system will only provide access to between ~3.2 and 3.5GB of the installed 8GB of RAM. With the 64-bit version of Windows 7 that came with the unit, you will have access to the full 8GB.

it could just be the wireless software isn't detecting a signal. what i used to do when i used windows was ( from memory, i no longer use windows since 2004 )
1 ) insert the hardware
2 ) boot windows
3 ) it will detect new hardware
4 ) when it asks for drivers,insert cd
5 ) point windows to the devices driver folder on the cd
6 ) windows installs driver,then asks to reboot
7 ) after reboot,use windows to manage your wireless connections.
used to work all the time, give it a try,YMMV, any problems report back with any errors/problems and i will try and help

MSI MS-3871 WLAN 802.11b/g/n 1T1R+BT2.1 EDR Combo Slim Module Error

I installed the Intel MSI MS-3871 WLAN 802.11b/g/n 1T1R+BT2.1 EDR Combo Slim Module on my motherboard running Win 7 Pro x64 and MS Office Pro 2007.
The software/drivers for the module added Bluetooth features to the Office 2007 applications.
Every time I reply to an email for the first time, I get the following pop-up error box:

The error box has two buttons: OK & OK to All
I can disable the pop-up error box by unchecking "Show add-in user interface errors" under "In all Microsoft Office Programs:" in Tools/Options/"Other" Tab/"Advanced Options..." button. I can also disable the "Send to Bluetooth" option in all Office applications.
I'd like to know if there is a solution for this issue other than turning off the notification of the add-in user interface error or disabling the feature?
How do I troubleshoot this issue?
I have the latest Intel drivers installed. The drivers for the Bluetooth side of the module are from Motorola and the drivers for the WLAN 802.11bgn side of the module are from Ralink.

The offending driver is very likely the Bluetooth: Motorola* Bluetooth 2.1+EDR USB Device Version 3.0.2.285.
The Intel Download Center indicates it's valid for all OS and the following Intel products: DP67BG, DX58OG, DX58SO2, DX79SI, DX79SR, DX79TO, DX68BC, DX68ZV, DZ77GA-70K, DZ77RE-75K, & DZ87KLT-75K.
This driver also causes issues with Microsoft Office 2007 & 2010 applications when you copy to the clipboard and paste from the clipboard. It will copy text and paste as a black blob.
What are the chances of getting an updated driver from Motorola?

There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them:

Connect the iPod nano to the computer the exact same way you set up the old one. You don't need to create another Apple ID, iTunes Store account, or iTunes library.

As I know we have two Function Modules (at CRM) 'CRMT_ERP_FACT_SHEET_RETRIEVE'
(at R3) 'CRM_CCKPT_EXPORTSUMMARY'
All We need to do is create view which calls the data from R3 Via these modules.
How should I proceed.

To add a new currency in Metadata, just add in Currencies dimension, and to add in Data form-just send the script what you are using as of now for rest of the currencies, or follow the same steps as specified above. or just add the script A#CLORATE.w#Periodic.C2#XYZ in rows of your data form (where XYZ- is the new currency).
To add a new location in FDM login to FDM web client- click on Metadata--> locations and select the Controls review location where you want to add the data load location, right click and add the new location.

Can't add a new printer...

I am unable to add a new printer using the printer setup utility in system prefs.
I am logged in as Administrator
I am unable to add a new printer through the "add printer" dialogue in the printing preferences of any of my applications.
Why can't I detect them somehow and re-add them?

Following the email from this morning with the new specs, I'd like to make a suggestion: add a new extension tag to iTunes for alternate rendering of the enclosure, e.g.:

As you say yourself, it's not good to introduce two feeds as it dilutes our presence on iTunes BUT, from a bandwidth standpoint (both for the producer AND for the visitor) it makes sense to differentiate the content based on whether they intend to see on Apple TV (720 would be better) or the iPod.
You could implement it with a very simple preference in iTunes, after all iTunes knows whether I have iPod with video and/or Apple TV but it would result in a much better user experience (faster downloads, higher quality where available).
Please consider this.

I am well aware of the debate on multiple enclosures but this is not what I'm suggesting.
With multiple enclosures, the client would download all of the enclosures.
I propose alternates, i.e. different encoding of the same document, so that only one of the files is downloaded, the one most suitable for the user hardware. Since this is not provided for by the RSS specs, the proper solution is to implement it in an extension.

All iTunes content on your iPod Touch should be in your iTunes library on your computer, and your iTunes library on your computer should be included with your computer's backup along with all other important data - stored on an external drive or some other external media used for backup purposes only.
When music was purchased on a CD, if the CD was lost and you returned to the store where the CD was purchased with your receipt, were you given a replacement CD?

How to add a new dimension in ASO cube without losing all data

I have an ASO cube with 18 dimensions and I want to add a new one (regular). When I add this new dimension it asked me that the all data has to cleared before the restructure can take place. If I click yes then I would lose all data regardless of the fact if I have a level0 export or not. Because when I tried to reload the export back into the cube it gave me an error cause all the dimensions were not present in the export. Does anyone know how would I be able to accomplish this task?

You can try this work around solution.
1) Export Lev0 data
2) Clear the cube
3) Add new dimension Regular.
4) Add a default member Reg00 in the new dimension and save.
5) Open the Lev0 data in a text editor, Insert "Reg00" in the begining of the file and Enter.
6) Lev0 file will have first record "Reg00" and the remaining export file will be from the second record.
7) Load the modified file with out rule file.
You can verify that all your history data will be loaded w.r.to the Reg00 of the New dimension Regular.

It can't be done with iPhoto. There are some DAM (digital asset management) applications that can write to other IPTC fields that iPhoto can't read. One such app is Media Pro 1.
However you would have to calculate the age for each date and add it to one of the fields. There are online age calculators that can do that for you: Age Calculators
If you go thru that much trouble then use iPhoto, make the calculations and add the age to the Description field. Then you can use Smart Albums to search for 1year 6 month text.

Why is it that when I add a new bookmark, it replaces one of my old ones?

I have a good number of bookmarks in Firefox. I want to add more, but each time I add a new one, it replaces the last bookmark I added with the new one. That old bookmark is then gone from my list.
Also, normally when I hit "bookmark this page," the box that pops up will automatically be populated with the page title I am trying to bookmark...however, now when I try to add a new bookmark, the box is populated with information from the last bookmark I added.
I have version 3.0.7 for Mac. I really don't want to lose my old bookmarks, and I have a lot of windows I keep open now because there are pages I want to bookmark, but can't.
Any advice is appreciated.

This can be caused by a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
