WLAN not working on E63

Hi
I am unable to use my home WLAN on my phone(E63)
whenever I try to connect, it shows connected, but when I enter any url in the browser, It shows No gateway response.
other devices work with same WLAN.

Yes there is. Just like on the N8 as your logo suggests. Open menu-> settings-> connectivity-> WLAN-> options-> settings-> power saving-> disabled.

WLAN not working after v30 update on N95

I saw a previous thread about WLAN not working on the N96 after update.
I can now confirm that WLAN is also bugged for the N95-1 after firmware update to v30.
It tries connecting, then after a few seconds, I always get the message "WLAN: Unable to connect. WLAN network not found"
This did not happen a few minutes before the update. Last firmware version was the v22 (latest one before v30)
Has any fix been found? My main usage for my phone is for the wifi, and without it I can't do much

Satellite L350D - WLAN not working after recovery disk

Hello there
I just got a L350D. I ran the Recovery Disk tool, without any other programm running. It was on a good way of finishing the second disk and than: BAM! blue screen. Since the start up, my LAN and WLAN is not working.
It always says "WLAN 2.0 bg Adapter" to which no driver is found. The correct driver is a Realtek for both WLAN and LAN.
Do you think the crash busted the WLAN and LAN module?
Things i tried:
System reset
Driver reinstall
but nothing worked.
Has anyone any hints?

I dont know what the reason is for this BSOD during the installation but can you post the BSOD code? So you can search on the Microsoft Knowledge Base for this code.
Furthermore I would try to update the BIOS of your notebook that you can find on the Toshiba website:
http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com => Support & Downloads => Download Drivers
After you have updated the BIOS try to update the driver of WLAN and LAN card or try to reinstall Windows again using the Toshiba recovery disk.

LAN and WLAN not working

I'm working on a 64 bit HP Pavilion windows 8.1 OS.
The LAN and WLAN are not working properly. At first neither worked. After uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers the LAN worked, until I disconnected and reconnected the cable to the computer. After running sfc /scannow through windows 8 bootable cmd the WLAN would do the same as the LAN. It would connect, but after disconnect it wouldn't work properly. I checked to see if it was pulling an valid ipv4 and technically it is. It is pulling a 63 and not a 169. Although when hardlined it should pull a static ip of 50.115.146.xxx, but it is not.
I have run several Malware scans using Malware Bytes and have not turned up anything. I also did a Spyware scan using adwcleaner. I tried AML registry cleaner and junkware removal tool. I also tried netsh winsock reset and ntsh int ip reset C:\...

There search for your notebook model and install chipset driver, card reader, LAN driver and WLAN driver you can find on Toshiba WLAN portal on http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan/
If you dont want to tell us which A100 do you have exactly you must search these drivers alone.

C6 wlan not working

my c6 not yet completed 7 days.but though shows available wlan network previously connected with but today while connecting shows selected wlan not found though it's working in my PC.i have restored factory settings but not solved.pls help me.

In my office network all mobiles of diffrent brands are connectied to same router and serf net and other facilities properly excep my Nokia C6, it conect properly after entering key, conection does not break any wheir show full antena but still i cant surf net and use any facility regarding wlan usage. At the same time in my home i can acces all the things.
I dont know what is the problum and how to resove it without tuching the router settings?

S920 wlan not working

Hi,
I have an S920 and wlan is not working . The icon is continuously blinking. I cannot enable or disable it.
Tried factory reset but the problem did not resolve.
I think I have the latest version because I recently downloaded a system update. Android version is 4.4.2.
Is the update the cause of this? Is there a way for me to revert to the old one?

You may need to another thing :
1. configure an IP for that "internal virtual switch"
2. configure an IP for VMs which connecting to that internal virtual switch
3. configure Internal virtual switch's IP as the gateway for virtual machines connecting to that internal Vswitch
(the Gateway and VM's IP should be in same subnet)

Thanks it worked for some time. Actually My DNS Server IP Changes when my router restarts.
Any there any way to setup without DNS i tried but the internet on windows 8 host becomes poor. ?

WLAN not working under Windows XP on Satellite U400

After installing Windows XP Recovery on my U400 the WLAN is not found. Under Win Vista it was working properly.
There is no module listed under the device manager - searching after new hardware gave no results. It seems that the WLAN Interface is not recognized by Win XP.
The Communication switch at the front was "ON" - bluetooth is working correct.

the problem with my notebook is the following:
I bought the notebook with 3 GB Ram. With Windows Vista everything worked fine.
With XP there is a problem with adress ressources. Everything above 2 GB Memory allocates new adress ressources. So in the device manager there is an device "PCI Express port 6" or something like that wich is shown with a warning. This device conflicts with the wireless adapter - so no adapter can be found. If i remove 1 GB (whatever combination) the adress conflict is resolved and the wireless adapter is working.
Thanks to my local notebook dealer (notebook shop in Darmstadt/Germany) for discovering the problem.
I now switched back to vista and everything works with 3 GB. (Memory was more important to me than having XPinstead of Vista).
I think the problem can be solved with a new bios update!

E60 - Wlan not working

Hi, the wlan on my E60 RM-49 stopped working some days ago, and I'm not able to restore it.
I have reset the default phone options, reinstalled the latest firmware available (3.0633.09.04).
When I search for wlan the phone doesn't show any wireless connection, the sames that worked just some days ago.
Is an hardware problem? What test I can make?

If you can't see any available WLAN in the conn.mgr, I suggest you reset the phone, dial *#7370# 12345 reformat, you'll lose all data. Make a backup first and restore without the settings. If that wan't work, you better bring your E60 in for service.

Internet and WLan not working on Satellite U400 Win XP

Hi all, please help!
I just bought my new Sat U400 and I am trying to install Win XP and it went quite well till I wanted to have internet and stuff... no internet connection with cable, neither with wireless.
I tried to find drivers but I have no idea what I need to look for, since I have no devices detected on my computer... the bluethooth i am already afraid of, since i ve never even used it before :D
I know something like wlan 802.11/a/b/g/N-draft in the parameters of my computer but that s all.
And to be honest i have no idea about what it should be so pleeease someone help me!

Yeah, thanx a lot for both of u! Finally I found all the drivers :) i was just not sure of their type... now it s ok. thanx again.
And i also had a problem with my battery, i just couldn t charge my battery even if it was plugged in for a whole night, but as i read and as i did, after having a BIOS update everything became really fine (maybe this can help others...)
I just can t understand - not any complaint or nothing but - if i buy a computer from a company super huge and good like toshiba why do i have to do a bios update myself??? i mean, shouldn t the company give u the newest and best stuff whatever? i don t care, anyway, i m really happy now, my computer works very well, it was worth the things to do for a day to finally have this fine stuff. :D
now it s only trying to figure out how to make the controls function with winamp... :D i can turn winamp on with the buttons of toshiba (i downloaded a plugin) but i cannot switch songs or pause/stop etc. any ideas? ;)

Satellite L300-13R - WLAN not working on Windows 7

Hi i am using Windows 7, it can't detect the wireless device, says i need to reinstall driver, the vista and xp driver wont install as they say they dont support my opperating system.
I currently have to plug in ethernet cable to get internet. I am using a Toshiba Satellite L300-13R PSLB0E.

I think this is not a problem. Windows 7 is only a beta OS and at the moment the driver support is not so good.
Maybe you will find some drivers on the manufactures website from the WLAN card. In your case it should be Realtek.

Idea pad y470 wlan not working

I installed Suse 11.4 on 2 Idea Pad's with a broadcom wlan chipset and one with the Intel N-1000 BGN chipset.
The Intel chipset Y470 can not connect to the wifi router unless the router is sitting next to the laptop, I guess there is a quality problem with that Idea Pad, has someone the same problems ith that ?

I had the same problem with me in my company and the tech specialist told me to add the mac address to the router in order ot use the wi-fi

Satellite L450D-11H - WLan not working when running on battery

Hi everyone,
I have a Satellite L450D-11H laptop running Windows 7 OS.
When my laptop is plugged into the mains my wireless connection works fine.
But when I unplug it and just run it using the battery, my wireless connection stops working.
I have looked at the power settings and changed the battery option to "Maximum performance when wireless"
But I still have the same problem. Could this be a driver issue?
