WLC 7.5 HA - Standby keeps rebooting

Question

I have two 5508 controllers peered up in high availability.  The problem is now the standby keeps rebooting saying it can't reach the default gateway. 
What IP would it ping with and use as the source address if the two controllers share the same IP and the primary controller is using the IPs?
How do I fix the rebooting?

Rebooting as default GW is not reachable from Standby Controller
Restarting system. Reason: Default Gateway is not reachable ..

I also had a LAG issue earlier so I unplugged 3 of 4 LAG connections.

Just found this document that has couple rebooting bugs in 7.4 and was supposed to be fixed in the next release.

Symptom:
Several client traps gets disabled on system reboot
Conditions:
Client traps gets disabled across reboot.When we enable all the client traps (Management->snmp->trapcontrols->client)
.save config and reboot system all the client traps disabled except 3 traps(exclusion, max-client reached and nac-alert)
Workaround:
Enable traps again after reboot
The bug details seem like a different issue though?
