Wlc management port can't trunk other than native vlan

Ihave installed my first WLC 5508 with this topology :
WLC Connected trought distrubtion SFP 1Gb port to Core Switch port configured as Trunk port permetting 3 Wireless VLAN :
- Management WLC, Wireless Voice and Wireless Data Vlan (native Vlan is management WLAN).
- I have created 2 dynamic interface on WLC regarding my Wireless VLAN :
10.7.1.0/24 : Defaut Management Virtual Interface when installing WLC +
10.7.6.0/24 : Voice Virtual Interface and
10.7.2.0/24 : Wireless Data Virtual Interface trought GUI.
DHCP configured on each dynamic interface is the L3 vlan interface for equal VLAN subent for CORE SWITCH contining IP DHCP Pool.
WLC Management Inerface IP adress is : 10.7.1.10/24
I Have create 2 WLAN with SSID named Data ID 1 & Voice ID2.
I have create and AP Groupe named APGRP1 containing the AP registered on WLC and using both SSID WLAN.
Both AP are connected to Switch acess port configured as access port to native management WLC VLAN.
I have create 3 IP DHCP pool on Core switch with related L3 Interfaces for Inter VLAN routing.
Problem: when I try to connect from laptop to Data SSID I get IP Address from management WLC VLAN a non DATA VLAN.
the same case from Wireless IP Phone configured with Voice SSID.
What can I modifie that permet to both device to get IP address from the correct VLAN?

ANS - The LWAPP/ CAPWAP APs connected to the switchport should be a Access port not trunk.
Q2>> if the first case, setting the port on, the same VLAN like WLC Management VLAN will support other WLAN Vlans (voice and data)?
ANS - Yes it does support, since the traffic which involes the WLAN will be inside the LWAPP/CAPWAP logical tunnel.
Q3>> I will verify the interface mapping between WLAN and Dynamic Interfaces and i will tell you.
ANS - I will be waiting for your response!!

SG300-28 poor performance other than native vlan.

We have a single SG300-28 in L2 mode with 1.1.1.8
3 vlans
3 virtual interfaces and 1 parent interface configured on the sonic firewall
Switch(trunk allow all)-->sonic( 1 parent interface and 3 virtual IP's)

vlan 20 192.168.20.1
vlan 30 192.168.30.1
vlan 1 192.168.99.1 (parent interface)
Cisco switch mgmt IP 192.168.99.2
When PC connected to access port of switch with pvid ( 10 or 20 or 30) performance to internet is slow.
When PC connected to access port of switch with pvid ( 1) performance is as expected.
PC is able to connect to firewall and get DHCP configuration automatically based on the port which vlan is configured.
We connected PC directtly to firewall and performance is good irrespective whcih vlan tag was set by PC using realtek utilitiy. Based on the tag set
PC automatically got DHCP IP for that vlan from firewall. This tells us that the performance problem is isolated to Switch.
Please advise what could be done.
I will update to 1.1.2 and test out. So far this switch has been PITA.

As per your email I did within switchperformance for clients in vlan 10 and also native vlan. There is no perfromance difference.
As per setup couple of ports in access vlan 10,20,30 etc and rest in native. Port 24 which is trunked to allow all vlan is connected to Sonic FW. Please see attached ttcp results and show tech.
When I say performance to WAN is poor through firewall it means that webpage from speedtest.net is slow and other webistes like gmail load very slowly (almost unusable)

For example, you might find that the brick wall is not the only problem. There may be other devices pumping out enough wireless interference to be making things even worse.
I agree with Bob Timmons that Ethernet is best and most reliable. And that powerline (which I use) is easier and potentially faster than wireless...but only if your power lines do not have electrical devices plugged in which produce electrical noise on the line. Powerline will be slower than Gigabit Ethernet.
Ethernet cable is the only way to ensure that the signal goes directly there in a shielded way for a clear fast signal. Wireless and powerline are much slower because of all the other things the signal has to fight past to get to the other device.

The logViewer executable can't be run without an enterprise install (at least not easily decoupled), however, an alternative, would be to pass someone the .jnlp and some log files.... I'm pretty sure you can pass that, and either an admin user and password to view 'live' logs, or just have them cancel the remote log, and open a local file....

PS: I don't see any opbmlogreader.exe or .sh or .bet in the OBPM_HOME\bin directory. I am looking at OBPM standalone, and the only relevant files I can see are obpmlogviewer.exe , obpmlogviewer.lax , lax.jar. Am I missing something?
MaxI too don't have the log reader, however I do remember it... I'm thinking the .sh might only be included in the linux distribution of enterprise, so I'm downloading that now to verify... I will let you know what I find...

Rented movie not playing. I have 81Mbps Internet and can stream anything else HD. it's not WiFi either because signal strength is full and I can view anything other than rented movies on apple TV unit. it charges me for renting but doesn't play

Rented "Gone Girl" on apple tv. It charges me, but will not play for more than 4 seconds at a time. I have exercised every step of apple's troubleshooting and nothing fixes the problem. I have a very strong, steady 81 Mbps Internet connection speed and can stream any other HD through the apple tv except for this rented movie. This is not the first time this has happened either. I just gave apple $6 for free and am currently watching the movie streaming through my cable provider's on demand channel with ease. Oh yeah, and when I seek apple support for the issue, apple wants $2 just to contact someone! Give me my money back please and I will never attempt to use your poor tv service again.

The limitation of approximately 200 titles has been discussed before, we can't be sure whether it will be something that gets fixed or not. I'm not really sure what your other issues are, if I use search instead of lists, I find whatever I want and am able to rent or purchase subject to those options being available for that particular title.

We have deployed a new test server in our project.
We would like to give a separate user ID and password for EAIObjMgr_enu component while send HTTP request.
We have created a new user in Admin - User screen and created user in DB granting SSE_ROLE.
But when I use the same user in HTTP request URL for one of the Query operation, it is not returning the record, though it is available.
The Query is working fine while using SADMIN user.It is returning the record in response XML.
When I login to the application with the new user, in "My Contacts" I could not see any records, because no record is created by the new user.
I think the EAI Query also not returning any record because no records are created by this user ID.
How can I use the new User in EAI to work like SADMIN user.

Yes you can use different user other than SADMIN. We have setup different user in our Organization due to SOX Compliance.
Basically for EAI, the position of the user matters more than the responsibility.
EAI User needs data visibility, due to which SADMIN is used which is having Siebel Administrator Position.
Just setup a position similar to Siebel Administrator or assign the Siebel Administrator position to your newly created User & then use it for EAI.

i have a question about smart tunnel. my situation is, i need to access to the server on certain IP address that using a port (example : port 5007) that is native for the application. that application is customized application just for my company.
Question is :
1. can i use smart tunnel to access the application for that particular port (ex : port 5007, 8476) ?
2. i have so many grup servers (other than group server A) with so many costumized application with native port . is there any other way for me to access to that IP without using smart tunnel? because this project requirement is

Can - one trunk the Fault Tolerant VLAN used by CSM.

We were pointed to the above document saying that the FT VLAN used by two CSM for redundancy cannot be trunked between the TWO CAT 6500 that the TWO CSMs are installed in. This is like saying the two CAT6500 cannot be in two different sites and must be near each other, because intersite links are generally trunk links carrying multiple VLANs including the FT VLAN used by the two CSMs in the two sites. Three of our customers are doing this and we want to be sure before telling them that they cannot trunk the FT VLAN.

technically you can do it.
However this is not recommended.
If your trunk link gets overloaded with data, you may lose or delay CSM FT heartbeat and get failover or worst, 2 CSM active at the same time.
It is even worst if you are doing connection replication as this requires a good amount of bandwidth already.

Using ios 5.0.1 in an iPhone 4. Can't get the gps to turn off in the Reminder app even though I do not have a location reminder set. Battery life suffers because of it. What can I do other than keep the app turned off all the time in settings?

Installed ios 5 and created a location reminder to see how it worked. The gps icon came on and I expected it would because how else would the phone know where I'm at.
After I was reminded and marked it as complete I also deleted the reminder from the app. The gps never went off and the only way I can get it to turn off is by switching the app off in the location settings.
Installed ios 5.0.1 and the same thing. I turned on the app in the location settings to see what would happen and I was again reminded by location to the same reminder. It said in the alert that the reminded was 28 days old. Like I said I deleted the reminder from the app. Somehow it's still in the apps memory and I have no idea how to get rid of it for good.

Access Point management in VLAN other than native

I'm using VLAN 2 in my network as management VLAN. All network devices have the management IP address in this VLAN. I have some problems though to connect to 2 access points 1602. I set up VLAN 2 and configure the subinterface Gi0.2 and the bridge group 2. Then, I configure the BVI2 with the managemente IP address, I enable "bridge 2 route ip" and it works. However, when I reload the AP I cannont connect any more to the IP address. If I erase the configuration, reload and paste the previous running-configuration, it works again (until I reload).
Any clue why this happen?

When you connect the access point to the wired LAN, the access point links to the network using a bridge virtual interface (BVI) that it creates automatically. Instead of tracking separate IP addresses for the access point's Ethernet and radio ports, the network uses the BVI.
When you assign an IP address to the access point using the CLI, you must assign the address to the BVI. Beginning in privileged EXEC mode, follow these steps to assign an IP address to the access point's BVI:
Step 1
configure terminal
Enter global configuration mode.
Step 2
interface bvi1
Enter interface configuration mode for the BVI.
Step 3
ip address address
mask
Assign an IP address and address mask to the BVI. Note If you are connected to the access point using a Telnet session, you lose your connection to the access point when you assign a new IP address to the BVI. If you need to continue configuring the access point using Telnet, use the new IP address to open another Telnet session to the access point.

I have a requirement, where I need to insert Group UI Element (this will show the details of what ever I select on the table row). Is it possible?. So that the pop-up wont occupy any space, and it will be closed if I move away from the drop-down.
Also,
Can I insert an image in the drop-down?. Does anybody know, whether can we expect these features in coming releases of Web Dynpro?.

What can I install other than Adobe Flash to watch videos on Macbook Air?

Complete newbie having switched to mac a couple of days ago... loving my lovely new mba, however still trying to figure lots of stuff out... one of which was I read somewhere that if you install Adobe Flash Player it eats your memory and the battery life. However, I can't seem to find anything else to install instead - I did find some info on Click to Flash, and tried installing something - but videos still don't play. I watch a lot of catch up tv through the BBC iPlayer and alike, but currenty can't watch any of them - please help!

As I said, I am a newbie to mac's - always had pc's (with flash player) but was just concerned cos whilst researching which laptop to go for I stumbled across lots of comments about adobe flash using lots of memory and decreasing battery life faster... just wondering why so many people had commented that it was an issue when I was just reading general mba reviews... any ideas?
