  • Any futures plans to include a real video editing software for hp sprout, like Adobe premiere pro?

    Very simple question.
    Is there any plans to include a real video editing software for HP Sprout?
    Video editing software like Adobe premire Pro?
    It will be amazing if you (HP people) can develop and integrate a video editing software like Adobe premiere Pro into the HP Sprout.
    Thank you in advance!

    HP is pretty reticent to revealing "Future Plans".  It would be a real shot in the arm though if this happens!
    How about it @Ty1 ?  Can you shed any light on the subject?

  • Does Apple have any future plans to add the 8x DL SuperDrive to the 15.4"?

    Just as the thread reads: Does Apple have any future plans to add the 8x SuperDrive (DVD+R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW) to the 15.4" MacBook Pro? I'm very interested in this unit for college, but I need to have DL burning capabilities.
    Thanks!
    Randy
      Mac OS X (10.4.6)

    Actually it's not a question of when Apple feel like it.
    The old Powerbook was 1.1 inches and had an 8x drive. The drive from the PB was too tall for the MBP. The 17 does not have the problem as it uses a "wider" drive, one too wide for the 15
    So until someone manufactures an 8 speed drive as thin as the 4x drive Apple can't offer it.
    I hope that helps somewhat - it may be an idea to look at what the major drive manufacturers are coming out with. Also the timings for Blue Ray and DVD HD may mean that Apple decide to skip going back to 8x drives anyway - of course that depends on the size of those drives and Apples MBP form factor staying the same.
    Totally agree with what Rachel said also.
    Best of luck.

    An iPad is a tablet, not a phone, they do have plans, it's called an iPhone....
    While it has celluar data this isn't hte same as a celluar line or ability to make phones, can you imagine how stupid you'd look with a tablet against your ear?
    Skype, Google +, Facetime, all wonderful ways to have calls

  • Any future plans to create an unlimited SMS plan?

    I realize there isn't an unlimited sms plan available right now, but I would love to know if there are any future plans to make one available?  I have a skype online number and would LOVE to add an unlimited sms plan if/when it becomes available.  Thanks!

    Well, this answers my question... a bit indirectly, but it tells me what I needed to know. So even one of those yearly subscriptions where you pay for your own phone number with unlimited calling and video you still need to pay the 11 cents per sms out of Skype Credit?  =/
    I was hoping to switch to Skype to escape the absolutely insulting SMS rates. (10,000% markup on 140 bytes that piggybacks the carrier signal anyway, while still offering data plans? Woohoo!)   It's like being charged per email sent... and then charging the person who receives it again. I guess Skype is no different than any other telecom.  A piece of that many multiple billions a year bleeding customers by reselling what is essentially free bandwith at exorbinate markups is just too good to pass up...

  • Locate Materials with Future Planned Price

    Hi All,
    I have a user who did costing run in between of the month to change the Standard price from next month and Marked the prices for next month but forgot to note down the Material numbers.
    Now, the problem is in the month of July'14 when CK24 is executed for release no materials are coming up. It is possible that the Costing entered is for the month of June'14.
    Is there any report by which we can locate materials which Future Planned price and period and Current Planned Price and Period.
    Regards

    Hi,
    It is  very simple,
    You will get all price results in the table MBEW:
    For your query relevant field is : ZPLPR.
    Go to SE16: MBEW table and provide the input of your plant and execute.
    Check whether there are any entries in ZPLPR,
    If you find entries in that filed means materials marked for the estimate but it was yet to be released.
    you will get the total list of materials.
    Please find the relevant tables and fields to get the prices in the material master:
    Let me know if you find any difficulty to get the values in the table

  • Future Planning; How do I get connected? (Frustrated and irritated.)

    I am posting on this forum to hopefully get any information and assistance I possibly can regarding getting DSL service at my house. First, a little background info.
    I live less than 30 miles outside of Richmond, VA; a major metropolitan area that is was a huge testing area for FiOS when it first launched. I had FiOS when I lived in Richmond.
    The house I bought is located almost exactly 2 miles from the major highway, US 460. There is a major fiber backbone that runs along the highway connecting eastern Virginia to southwest Virginia and beyond.
    My house is less than a mile from a State Route I will not mention, and the business on the corner of this road and the road I live on has DSL available to them.  There is a subdivision that wraps around the back half of my property that contains around 30 large houses, most of them in the $500,000 to $850,000 range. None of these houses have any type of internet available to them in any system I have checked, Verizon or otherwise.
    I know that I cannot directly request that someone come out with a Ditch Witch and run a cable to my house, but there has got to be something better than filling out this **** notification form and waiting potentially years with no response or activity.  There is no doubt in my mind that at least 95% of the houses on the same road as me and in the subdivision around me would instantly subscribe to any form of internet that isn't atrocious satellite.
    What I'm trying to get at is; there has got to be an office somewhere with people that get paid to plan future expansion of the DSL and FiOS network. I know that it is infeasible to expect FiOS any time in the forseeable future, but stretching DSL another mile seems trivial considering the amount of expansion Verizon does, and the money they are getting from Uncle Sam to wire up country bumpkins such as myself.
    All I want is someone to email, tweet at, or even write a nice letter and mail to requesting that they at least take a look at my area and consider it for expansion.

    Use System Preferences > Displays > Display tab.  It should appear on your TV screen.  1920 x 1080 is probably the max resolution it will support.

  • 2504 WLC future LAG support?

    We just bought a 2504 WLC with 15 AP licenses for our new eight 1141N AP installation.  Some confusion about LAG support for these now confirmed by TAC that LAG NOT supported for the time being.  Has anyone heard about whether this feature will be added to the 2504 in the future?  Seems a waste of those four ports toherwise.  Just wondering....

    You can still utilize multiple links on the 2500 platform. If you create multiple interfaces with AP management enabled, you can load balance APs across the port(s).
    Likewise, you can put your various wireless client vlans on different physical ports to avoid having ALL traffic on a specific port.

  • Are there near future plans to improve pdf form calculation support on ipad?

    I'm trying to produce a pdf form including calculations with variables. It works fine on pc but the calculations are not supported on ipad...
    Does anyone have any info on possible improvements that may be brought by Adobe (and/or Apple) in the near future to bring the "dream" of compatibility a little closer?

    As a policy, we do not publicly announce product plans.
    If you'd like, you can submit the Feature Request form.  The Product Management team will take your request into consideration for a future release of Adobe Reader for iOS.
    Thank you for the feedback.

  • Configure dispatch-policy in deployment plan, wls 9.2

    Hello,
    We are planning to use deployment plans to configure applications post-compile time, such as assigning it a particular work manager which is defined globally. The problem is that weblogic seems to ignore the dispatch-policy configured in the plan, at least there is no evidence that the ejb is actually using specified work manager, even though it merges the plan with the descriptor.
    The sections in my deployment plan looks as follows:
    <variable-definition>
    <variable>
    <name>dispatch-policy_0</name>
    <value>wm02</value>
    </variable>
    <variable-assignment>
    <name>dispatch-policy_0</name>
    <xpath>/weblogic-ejb-jar/weblogic-enterprise-bean/\[ejb-name="xx.xx.xx.myejb"\]/dispatch-policy</xpath>
    </variable-assignment>

    Hi,
    I ran a quick test where I removed the work manager i referenced in the deployment plan, and behold, the server whined about referring to a missing work manager, so it "worked" all the time, there was just no way to test it.
    Anyway, than you for the help, it was really appreciated. :)
    Another thing I'm wondering about is XPath functions, and whether weblogic supports them in deployment plans. If I for example would like to insert the dispatch policy for some ejb with a name partially matching a string, I thought the XPath */weblogic-ejb-jar/weblogic-enterprise-bean[ejb-name/dispatch-policy* would do the trick, however this is not liked by weblogic since it requires name value pairs. Is there another way to use the contains()-function according to this requirement?

  • Esign and EchoSign and your future plans

    It has been difficult to not be noticed by the incorporation of EchoSign with Adobe.
    I have been watching the esign.adobe.com for information saying if and how this will effect Esign.
    Due to the low number of replies in this forum I have thought you there working with Esign has been very occupied by the EchoSign business.
    That is probably not my business and I am not expecting you to answer that but it would be nice to have some info about
    what are your plans for Esign.
    In my opinion a valuable product. The time stamp is exellent and there are other suggestions from this community that makes this an even more valuable product.
    So with the background of the
    EchoSign,
    the low reply rate
    this community has been contributing for a year
    and a good beta product,
    what are your plans.

    Hi Fli0n.
    I'm studying right now the possibility of porting webserver to v2. I have "some .NET knowledge", but I am not an expert so it seems quite difficult to me (but I'm not going to surrender). Even with a lot of knowledge, I suposse it is not something
    that could be made in a couple of weeks, if it were, MS or somebody else would have already done it.
    I don't know why MS is wasting the opportunity of setting themselves apart from competitors in this area, especially when they had the work done for v1.
