hi versuche seit gestren das phoshop elements 13 zu instalieren ....frag immer nach der seriennr. habe das auch eingegeben nimmt aber nicht an ist zu kurz (serierennr. ist auf derverpackung die habe ich beim saturn gekauft. bitte um rat. DANKE

    I assume you realise that 11 is not the current version, which is now up to 12

    And if yes, that you had 11 installed on your last computer?   Did that come on a disk or download?  If disk, have you now lost that disk?
    If yes, and you registered your software, log on to your Adobe account, and find My Orders (or similar).  You may find the download link and your serial number there.

Now, after reinstalling Windows on my desktop I need to register my Adobe products again. They were bought by Internet. No disks or boxes.   • Can't find Twain plug in for Photoshop Elements 12 from App store

    I'm running OSX Mavericks and have purchased Photoshop Elements 12 from the App Store. I want to be able to scan things into Elements but the import option is grayed out. I've tried to follow these directions (TWAIN not installed | Photoshop Elements 9 and later) however the file path they describe does NOT exist on my Elements 12 install. There is no ImportModules folder, nor is there even an Optional Plug-Ins folder. I've tried searching (and setting the search to include hidden, system files) but they are not on my machine that I can find.
    Any suggestions? I hate to kiss $80 goodbye.

    In the app store version, everything is inside the program itself. Right-click PSE>show package contents>contents and you will see it. You will need to authenticate with your OS X password to be able to copy the ImportModules folder to the regular plugins folder.
