OH MEIN GOTT!!! Das Adobe auch noch die Frechheit hat, diesen "Filtern, Installieren, Deinstallieren" Müll auf der Webseite ganz ernsthaft als "Lösung" zu präsentieren - DENKT bei denen eigentlich jemand? Oder sind das alles nur Software-Entwickler?
Naja, danke für den Tip. Das Problem ist, dass sich auch das CC-Installer-Programm ständig weiterentwickelt und nicht mehr ganz so wie beschrieben funktioniert. Aber mit etwas suchen findet man dann die gewünschten Sachen. Man hat ja Zeit...

Creative Cloud 2014 update downloader page?

So, I had a few errors with the Creative Cloud updating apps. First was with Media Encoder 2014 and that was repaired from tech support giving me a link to the Media Encoder 2014 update download page.
Then I had an error with Speedgrade 2014 being updated by Creative Cloud app and through all the tech support it ended by me being told that the Speedgrade 2014 update was not ready yet.
The Media Encoder 2014 update downloader page worked good, so I searched for Speedgrade 2014 update download page but can not find a link. Tech support can not find a link either as they continually give me the same old link that I keep seeing for Speedgrade released 4/1/2014.
I would like to be able to manually download the update from my laptop computer and then take the zip file to my home computer (with the Adobe apps) and un-zip and install on that computer.
I do not want to continually tear down my machine, rebuild it at a compatible internet connection and launch the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Is anyone aware of the proper way to find the Adobe Creative Cloud 2014 update downloader page for us off-line installers?

and yes, that is the correct link. I did three updates; Speedgrade 2014, Photoshop 2014 and After Effects 2014 - all manually. I downloaded the zip file to my laptop and transferred to my desktop computer with the Adobe subscription, unzipped, and installed updates. That method works for me.

I cant find adobe Encor in the creative cloud and this way doesn't work any more from the moment they have lounched adobe cc 2014:

The latest version of encore is cs6.
There is no standalone download, you will get it with premiere pro cs6 and it would be directly licensed through cc.
Once you download premiere pro cs6, encore would automatically be downloaded.

Ich glaube hier ist die Lösung.

Hatte nämlich auch das Problem und wusste nicht wie die Spalte für den QR-Code benannt werden musste.
Die Spalte muss so benannt werden "#QRcodes" damit sie erkannt wird.
Habe das ganze aber noch nicht ausprobiert.
Ich hoffe ich konnte euch helfen.

Hallo, ich habe gerade eine Cloud membership abgeschlossen und möchte z.B. Fireworks starten. Dazu soll ich erst einmal eine Seriennummer eingeben. Wo finde ich die und ist das überhaupt richtig? Ich dachte ich muss mich nur anmelden und dann synct sich alles. Habe nur 2 Mails erhalten ohne Seriennummern. Vielen Dank für schnelle Antwort, ich muss arbeiten! Mir rennt grad die Zeit davon.

ich habe eine Abo der Creative Cloud. wo finde ich den meine aktuelle Rechnung für die Abboabuchung dieser im Adobe Kundenlogin?

Mh also ehrlich gesagt finde ich den ganzen Aufbau eher verwirrend! Ich suche mittlerweile seit knapp 45min nach meinen Rechnungen von 2013, leider ohne Erfolg! So wie es unter dem FAQ angeben ist, finde ich sie leider nicht! Seit Januar 2014 ist alles ok, ab dem Zeitpunkt bekomme ich auch eine Mail mit PDF Rechnung! Aber bis dahin ... mh ... IMO sollten die Rechnungen eigentlich innerhalb eines Klickes nach Öffnen des Accounts verfügbar sein! So wie es im Moment ist, ist es sehr verwirrend, bzw. finde ich die bisherigen Rechnungen gar nicht. Es wäre wirklich toll, wenn dieses Problem schnellstmöglich aus der Welt gescahfft würde. Ich muss meine Steuererklärung fertig machen und kann so leider nicht meine Adobe Produkte mit einfließen lassen. Sehr ärgerlich, das wir hier immerhin von knapp 750 EUR pro Jahr sprechen ...

Creative Cloud 2014 processes not stopping

I am running Creative Cloud 2014 on a Windows 7 system with nVidia Quadro 2000 display adapter. Since upgrading to CC 2014 I've noticed that a lot of my Creative Cloud programs (Premiere, Audition and After Effects, Media Encoder, and I'm guessing others as well, though i haven't tested) refuse to fully close once I've exited the program.
What this means is that I can't re-launch the program again unless I go into Windows Task Manager and manually force the Premiere Pro (or other Adobe-related process) to stop. I've searched other posts here and found one other person experiencing the same problem, but they didn't find a solution.
I've tried uninstalling and re installing, not only the effected programs, but also the Creative Cloud Application Manager, to no avail.
What is going on? Anyone?

I am an adobe Cloud Member and Premiere pro user
I updated the premiere pro family and cannot find adobe encore
I am running on a 64 bit mac pro running 10.8.3

According to the Encore page, you can get the "Creative Cloud" or a Premiere subscription.
It is part of the "Premiere" family install.

Klicke mit rechter Maustaste auf den Tab (Reiter) der Sequenz, dort auf den Sequenznamen, dann kommt das Menü wo Du das einstellen kannst.

I cannot install any extensions to apps in Creative Cloud 2014 (v 1.8.1.451).

My system: Mac OS 10.7.5 -- Creative Cloud 2014 (v 1.8.1.451)
I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the latest versions of my software, signed out, signed in, did cartwheels, sacrificed a Twinkie to aliens... Been doing this crap for hours...
I thought it was Business Catalyst that was the problem, but I have tried a dozen other Add-on extensions with the same error results.
The Error is "(insert extension name here) could not be installed as it requires a compatible CC app. (error -411). I have tried extensions for InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator - none will install and have the same error.
Adobe support was no help whatsoever.
Has anyone any idea what the problem could be?
I have attached samples.

Well, as usual, I ended up fixing it myself by reinstalling everything from scratch:
Uninstalled every app using Creative Cloud Desktop
Uninstalled Creative Cloud Desktop
Deleted every com.adobe file on the system
Deleted every Adobe folder on the system
Rebooted
Installed Creative Cloud Desktop
Reinstalled every app

I just got creative cloud 2014 and decided to install After effects on my laptop. I get error to install Adobe Application Manager. I got AAM but installing it, I got an error message "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe support advisor"
