after updating ios8.0.2 i wont able to update apps & download new apps.
recently i updated ios8.1 still facing same problem

Apps are always associated with the AppleID that purchased them, you cannot use another AppleID with them,
So in order to update them you must use the credentials that were used to purchase them.
You can chnge the details (Name and Primary email) for an AppleID instead of creating a new one.

The storage you purchased is in the cloud, and doesn't do anything with your pad. Your problem is simply that you have too much content on your pad. Go to settings, general, usage, and it will show you how much space you have avaliable on your pad. If you let the screen sit for a while, all the apps will be displayed, and you can see how much stuff you have associated with each.
You have to no option but to delete some of the content on your pad. Videos, comics, pitcures and some music files use a lot of space. The cloud allows you to leave stuff there, so you can get it when you need it.

It is popping up because you have apps installed that you bought with the old AppleID, you can either delete those apps or buy the apps again using your new Apple ID, if they were free apps then not a big deal, paid apps obviously means you would have to buy them twice.

I cannot update apps on iphone so I tried to solve this problem.... rebooting, all reseting, all network reseting etc. but I cannot handle this.
when apps are being updated I can see waiting under icon but does not progress any more.
also I cannot delete apps waiting under icon on iphone and itunes. x mark does not appear on these apps but I can see x mark on other apps.
It is very strange thing that it is impossible to download or update apps with korea app store id but it is possible to do that with usa app store id.
I do not know how to make it.

I am unable to update Apps on iphone and in itunes. Same pw. itunes says update not available for this apple id because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or canceled. On my iphone I click on update it asks for pw then goes back to update

Yes as long as they are signed into that Apple ID. Apps are always tied to the ID that was used to purchase them. But it is never a good idea to change an Apple ID. If you get a new email address and change the name that you use for the Apple ID, that's something different, but creating a totally new ID is not advisable.
You will always have to be signing in and out of the two ID's on the iPad and when you sign into another ID and download content with that ID, you lock yourself out of the other ID for 90 days.

Not able to download or update apps on iphone

I'm not able to update or download apps on my iphone 5 (iOS 6.1.2). I'm logged in, but when I tap update all or update next to the individual app or install at a new app, nothing happens. It's as if the phone is not registering my tap - or that there is some restriction in place. Any suggestions?

User troubleshooting steps are in this order:
1. Turn your phone off, then back on.
2. Reset.
3. Restore from Backup.
4. Restore as a New device.
Since a reset didn't change anything, signing out/in didn't change anything & restrictions are not on, a restore from backup would be the next step.

Cannot download/update Apps from iPhone 4. Able to log in to iTunes Store

Here is the skinny,
I cannot download apps or update from my iPhone. It gives me a warning "Cannot download this app. Please use the Itunes Store from the computer." I am able to connect to iTunes on the iPhone, but just cannot download anything. From my computer (Pc/Mac) I can download apps, but it's annoying that I have to sync to update my apps.
This happens when I am on both wifi/3G. I've reseted my phone's network setting.
I've been searching around and I do not have shipwreck or sylvian game thing.

I have the same problem too, I can't download updates on my iPhone or on iTunes, I can't sign in to my Apple account after I logged out, I tried changing my Password but nothing has changed. When I turn off my iPhone and try to long on to my account in the App Store, it says "Cannot Access (acc email). Review your account information in Settings."
What's going on? I still can't access my Apple account on iTunes.

After updating to IOS 6 i'm not able to download/update apps on my phone. It says
Account Not In The Store
Your account is not valid for use in U.K store. You must switch to
the Indian store before purchasing.
For example: I tried installing "Facebook" app.
Is there anyone who is having the same problem ? . If anyone know about this issue please let me know.

Hi,
Try the following:
Step 1: Go to Settings, iTunes and App stores
Step 2: Touch your Apple ID, and say view Apple ID
Step 3: Enter your login credentials
Step 4: touch Country/Region, Change country to the country your registered location, in your case it's India
The country pointing to maybe India itself, but touch change country anyway. Once again, select same country, in your case, India and accept all the legal terms.
Step 5: Since, Apple has no official Indian iTunes Store, choose None as option for credit card payment information and skip.
Step 6: Your account is SetUp and you can download Facebook and other supported Apps
Caveats: This solution worked on my iPad for the same problem. Not sure about iPhone.
