Won't allow me to use iTunes store while deployed

I'm using the American store and an american card and trying to buy american music in Qatar and it won't let me. I'm deployed with the US military and connecting with the same laptop I buy music over iTunes on back home. But now that I'm out here, it refuses to allow me to purchase anything and tells me to contact support. Any suggestions other than finding a US proxy IP.

You would have to work with a retailer selling iTunes cards who would accept a non-US credit card. Best Buy is a possibility; they carry iTunes prepaid cards and will accept orders from other countries:

You'll have to have the order shipped directly to the person in the US (or at least someone with a US address, who could then repackage and resend the cards for you).

this problem . Today I have find a software called "Hide my IP" i have opened up that
when this software was opened , itunes have said "iTunes can't verify the identify of the server "init.itunes.apple.com"".
then i have click on "continue" then iTunes said "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occurred (310)."
And theres a matter that i think that have a connection with this topic and thats , that when i want to go to the lots

Aperture is Apples version of Lightroom. This has nothing to do with Adobe. Ask on a Apple forum. You won't find many people here using this program.

Make sure you have the correct Security Code.

First, I tried to play a game but it didn't work.
So I signed out from Game Center and when I tried to sign in again, it said ''GKErrorDomain 3''.
Moreover, I can't install apps ...
I updated iOS but the issue isn't resolved ...
