Won't display popup needed for download

I accidentally deleted adobe flash player 9, thinking I didn't need it since I had version 10 and now youtube is saying I need an up-to-date version. I'm not sure if my deleted that is the reason it won't work but I went to the adobe website to install the latest verion, however when I click Download, the pop up needed to allow the download will not show up. What I mean is, when I click the Download button, nothing happens. I thought the reason might be because I already have version 10, so after reading the troubleshooting links on adobe's website, I uninstalled everything and tried to reinstall. I went through the installation process (for version 10), but for some reason I don't think it finished. I still have the same problem with youtube (and possibly other websites) saying my version is not up to date. Can anyone help me with this mess I've created? Thanks!
P.S. my operating system is windows xp professional

Hi, Please post back your edition of XP with Service Pack info. Also browser versions you want Flash Player Installed on.
Are you the Administrator? You need to use that Account for Flash Player Installation.
Also go here to this test site with each browser. And let me know if you can see the Flash Player Logo animation and what version does it say is Installed?

IPod Photo won't display album artwork for purchased songs

I bought some songs on the ITunes Music Store, and I can see the album artwork on the ITunes, I can also see in my IPod the artwork for most of the songs that I've downloaded, but I CAN'T see the artwork for those recently purchased.
I also noticed that when I purchased songs I had a duplicated file for each one of them, stored in \iTunes\iTunes Music\ and \My Downloads\ respectively, so I deleted the copies from \My Downloads\
Bottom line is, I can see all the album artwork in my iTunes, but my iPod Photo won't display some of it (specifically, the songs that I purchased)

Probably, the easiest way to resolve this is to copy the artwork from one song on an album and paste it into every song on that album.
In your iTunes Library, choose an album that has artwork issues; choose one track that has the artwork and copy it. Then:
the slightly longer method is to check each song individually, until you find the one with the missing artwork. Paste (the copy previously made) from one of the other tracks on the album.
a slightly quicker method is to highlight all the songs on that album (make sure it is just that one album) and paste the artwork into the box.
Sync the iPod with your iTunes Library.

10.8.5 won't recognize my camera for download

My computer won't recognize my camera for picture downloads. Worked before with older Mac system.

Your Panasonic should work fine under normal circumstances.
Remove the firewire hub from the loop. It will be a trouble maker.
Formatting must be Mac OS Extended. To check it, go to the firewire icon on your Desktop and right click it then select Get Info.
If it's not Mac OS Extended, use the disc utility to re-format, be aware that this will erase all files so BACKUP any imortant files before proceding.
You will need a spare firewire port to plug in the camera. Some externals have two, if yours has two, try it, otherwise you will have to add the suggested card to add the additional port.
Does the G4 have two?
The card arrangement gives you an additional BUS and is light years ahead of a firewire port for video editing.

Popup window for downloading a file

Hi,
my dear users want me to do the impossible possible. My code generates an XML file which in time I displayed it in an Iframe in the application. When the standard popup window shows up, they can either Open, Save or Cancel it. This was allright.
Now they want the file in a new window displayed (when they press Open), because opening the file in the same window means they leave the application and after reading the file, they have to start the application again. I do it like this:
The code works perfect only with the Alert instructions. Once I delete it, the window is opened and inmediately closed. The popup window for the file does not show up.

Hi Rajesh,
You have to download and deploy the following through SDM (for NW04s/EP7),
1. Business Package for MSS (contains roles,worksets for your Business Package)
2. PCUI_GP (WebDynpro Component)
3. SAP_MSS (WebDynpro Coponent - your MSS application files)
To use ESS and MSS in Conjunction, you also have to deploy Business Package for Common Parts.
Backend SAP systems should have SAP HR and SAP FIN configured.

If you want it on your Mac, not sure it works or not in your OS version.
Then double click on the DMG, that'll mount the disk image, in that you'l likely see an installer .pkg to double click on to install.

The problem i have been encountered with is...
Some URL's does not return any bytes, The code is not totally broken. In such cases, my code is hanging off at that particular URL and waiting to get some output data from the URL. The execution does not proceed furthur But if the URL is a totally broken link, the code is throwing an exception and I am able to handle it successfully.
But in the case of partially broken links, I am not able to go furthur because the code keeps waiting to get some data.
So for this reason I want to setup a timer and tell the code to wait for 5-10 min, in that time if it does not get any data, proceed furthur to download other links...
Please tell me how can I do this.. or plzzz tell me an alternative...
Please help me ans its a bit urgent plzzzz.

Firefox won't display "popup windows"

What I mean when I say popup windows are for example you go to UPS.com, you fill in your tracking number then you hit the display proof of delivery, a smaller window usually pops up showing that information, for me, I just get a huge blank gray screen. It also happens when I go to a support website for example and click on live chat, that window that should be popping up doesn't display. Tried reinstalling firefox and that didn't seem to fix it either.

Are you trying to install Adobe Reader? The latest version available is Adobe Reader XI (11.0.07) and you can get it from http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
Coming to your issue, Can you please post the address of the page from where you are downloading the file and the version of Adobe Reader that you've already installed.

Make a button or text hyperlink and link that to a zipped copy of the wallpaper via the Inspector/Link/Link pane. When the link is clicked on the zipped file will immediately begin downloading. The links in Toad's Cellar are all set up that way, to zipped files.

As you look in the title. Indesign CC, the only version supporting retina, is not provided in China. I has got the idea that retina display requires a complete re-write of the base code. But the horrible display has been bothering my work a long time. My patience is over. If it can't be sovle, I have to use pirated software while I do not would like.

That's the problem. By the way, credit card in China is very complex, especially visa or mastercard. It's inconvenient and useless in China. So no one will apply an international credit card just for purchasing software.

Why won't iPhoto '11 display CR2 tags for Canon 7D raw files

iPhoto '11 won't display CR2 tags for the raw files from my Canon 7D. I didn't have any problem with my Rebel ST or any previous version of iPhoto.
Any help to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

What a pity you didn't make the clear in your initial post. Would have saved us both some time.
It might also help to clarify some terminology. What you are calling the "image file number" is the Title of the photo. When you haven't added a tite, iPhoto uses the filename.
You can easily sort Raws from jpegs as Raws are automatically tagged with a keyword on import. So a quick smart album will tell them apart.
As to why it hasn't been fixed, you will have to ask Apple that question, no one here knows and Apple aren't here.
