Won't even give me the option to compress a video
right now I'm working on trying to compress a series of videos to size that can be put on Youtube. the videos right now are all less than 30 seconds, but since i have iMovie HD and Final Cut Express HD, almost all of the videos are almost 1 GB each. Its extremely important that i get these compressed, yet when i go to export, everything is highlighted as an option under it except for compression. I'm assuming this is my fault, yet i have no idea how to fix it... help?

My iPhone 4S will not play music out loud. I can't turn sound up or down, it doesn't even give me the option. I think that it thinks its docked, I've tried to blow air in it, I've tried compressed air with no luck.
Clean iPhone charging port with clean dry toothbrush. See if fixed. If not, and if there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution. If no coverage, clean again, very well with toothbrush and small amount of Isopropyl Alcohol.

I'm wondering why when I go to my camera and try to use my front facing camera it will not let me use it the screen just goes black for no reaso. And it will freeze up sometimes when I try, when I'm in snapchat it doesn't even give me the option to switch to my front facing camera anymore

You don't get that option unless you signed up with NONE on your account in the first place.

IMovie doesn't give me the option to trim my videos?!
I just got a macbook air, and i transferred clips from the Photo Booth into iMovie, and it won't let me trim any clip. I know how to iMovie works, i have worked with it before, but on my new laptop and on this new iMovie it just won't give me the option. When i go to the menu bar in iMovie and go to the tab "modify", the following options are light gray and unclickable: "trim to selection", "split clips", "join clips" and "detach audio". Even when i select the clip and right click it there is not option of trimming it, and under the adjustments bar the square angle button (3rd one from left) and the camcorder looking button (4th one from left) aren't clickable.
Are your clips in a Project?
They cannot be trimmed while the are in Events.

My iPod doesn't give me any choice to access the camera. I have tried sownloading a camera app and restarting my iPod but when I had the camera app the screen just turned black. Any idea what's going on?
Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order -
Why won't my iphone sync with Outlook. It will not even give me the option to click on Sync Calendar

Some how, many old pics and videos have a duplicate copy in my photo stream. They don't allow me the option to delete them ( no trash can symbol at the bottom).
Need help ASAP. Memory full.They are the same folder - pictures I moved from my computer to the iphone but I tried the unsync thru itunes and it didn't work. I also tried to just access the folders from libraries file on the computer thru the phone and they aren't showing up there either.
It's almost like it doesn't exist on the phone - won't even give me the option to just delete the folders from the phone or itunes.... -
I'm having troubles with my iMessage. Every I text people when I have iMessage (Internet) it always shows up as my email. Never my number, whenever people text me it goes to my text messages (green) please help. It doesn't even give me the option of "Start new conversation from" because it won't let me click on my number when it says "Address". I need to prevent this ASAP!

My iPod video won't even give me the right battery life.. I charged it full. Then I start playing then in one hour its red.
When did you recieve the iPod?
You should be charging the iPod for about 2-4 hours.
The 5g 30gb iPod allows 14 hours of audio playback and 2 hours of video playback. The 60gb iPod allows 20 hours of audio playback and 3 hours of video playback.
The battery meter is just an estimate. It is not exact and it is wrong almost all of the time. To make it more accurate I suggest that you drain the battery and charge it back up. -
I use an external hard drive as a Time Machine back up, but I want to use another external hard drive to save movies, photos on it, but it won't give me the option to save anything on the new external hard drive. Nothing is wrong with the external hard.

The built in email program does sound an alert for new messages.

You could set the iMac to go to sleep after non use. My Macs are
always sleeping when not in use, waking them up takes seconds.
Unlike windoze, never knew if it would be locked up or not.
5. Should I get the extended warranty? I'm usually
against them, but I am expecting this computer to
last me at least 3 years (for $1300 it better!)
before I upgrade, as I got that much out of a Dell
and from what I understand, Mac's do not age nearly
as fast as Windows pc's.
It is well worth the cost. Never know what might happen. Also
it is good insurance for future upgrades. I traded in my G4 tower
purchased two years ago for 75% of what I paid for it. Apple care
transfers, giving the buyer the remainder of your warranty.

I downloaded an album but one of the songs is corrupted, it only plays for about 4 seconds. When I try to re-download using the iTunes Store and "Purchased", it won't give me the option to download it again. How can I get the song I PAID for!!??
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.

I'm having trouble importing pictures from the internet....when I drag the picture to the icon, it gives me the option to import all duplicates. Even when I click "NO", it STILL imports every picture I have imported AGAIN, including the new one! WHY??
