Won't let me go to the next song

When I shuffle my songs (or try to play songs from a playlist)the Ipod will not let me forward to the next song. All the forward button does is restart the song, and when it gets to the end of the song it just repeats. Can someone please help me fix this?

Hey there,
Head to Settings and check the repeat setting and make sure it is set to Off and not "One" or "All." See if that helps. If you want the playlist shuffled just go up one setting and make sure it is set to Songs or Albums depending on what you want.

If you're on windows try the following:
This worked for me an hour ago and has allowed me to sync ok. Still haven't tried downloading the new version 5 to the phone yet as I'm still backing up photos etc just in case.
1. Quit itunes
2. Start an elevated command prompt (Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> right click Command Prompt -> Run as Administrator)
3. Once in the command prompt type the following 3 words starting where your cursor is flashing: netsh winsock reset
4. press ENTER
5. Reboot your machine
6. Restart itunes & connect device to sync
7. Good luck

If possible you need to upgrade OS X. However, what you can upgrade to is dependent on what your Mac hardware and configuration is which you have not provided in your profile.

Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.

Some of my songs on my iTunes are stopping towards the end and going to the next song. It won't play those specific songs the entire way through.

I recently bought a MacBook Pro and transfered my entire library to my new laptop. Itunes was working fine until I started to notice that certain songs won't play the entire way through. It'll stop at like 1:43 or another random time and skip right to the next song. I know I definitely bought some of these songs off of iTunes, and I really don't want to repurchase them. The Photoshop LR CC is active but you have not yet activated it. The activation server shows it. Please log out & log back in of the CC desktop CC.

You will need to Restore it as a New Device...

1: Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

Have you created another admin user? Go to system preferences click users and click the + to add a user; if you haven't already. Once you have another admin user other then the "test" user make sure you're signed out of the test user account. Sign in with the alternate ADMIN USER that you just created or had created already and go back to SYSTEM PREFERENCES and click the same USERS icon near the bottom. Now select the TEST user and click the - sign. This should prompt you if your sure you want to delete the user account. And your done.
New User created and Test User deleted... I hope this helps.
