Won't show firefox since last night
It crashed. Tried to restart and it won't show. Did a full scan. Uninstalled and reinstalled over 6 times. It says that I must close firefox that is currently in use but it isn't. When I use explorer to download firefox, explorer will sometimes crash.

If you see
Firefox listed, try to shut it down normally. If it does not shut down, then on
the '''''Task Manager''''' right click FF, and select '''''End Task'''''. However, if FF
still does not shut down, or FF is not listed as running; on the
'''''Task Manager''''', select '''''Processes'''''. Look down the list for Firefox.
Right click and select '''''End Task'''''.
If this problem keeps coming up, ask for more help.

A green light means that your battery is full or that it can't be detected. If you can't start up the Mac, probably your logic board or battery aren't working.
Take the MacBook to an Apple Store or reseller to get your battery or logic board replaced. If the MacBook is in warranty, this repair will be free -
help me to troubleshoot my ipad2 there is software update and i updated mine from 5.0 to 6 version but now the screen shows only usb cord arrow up sign then itunes and music logo. it has been like this since last night.what i will do?i even tried turning it off but it doesnt work too. i only see the apple logo and it comes back to cord image and itune then after 30 secs the screen turns black. help me please.
The iPad is telling you to connect your iPad to iTunes on your computer so do it. You may have to restore the device.

I have a white screen on my iphone 3G since last night.. I tried a holding home and on/off buttons down but it won't switch off - help
Apparently, this is caused by a loose connection between the "guts" of the phone and the LCD screen. While it only displays white, the touch screen will still operate correctly - so if you know where to swipe, you can still power it off or unlock the screen, or touch to answer a call or etc.
With my phone, pinching the top right corner near the power button while pushing the home/power button to wake up the phone, seems to tighten the connection enough for it to work. I have not had to maintain the pinch after waking up the phone, but I do have to do it each time I unlock the screen. I have gotten by for about 6 months so far, and hoping the iphone 5's come out soon!!

After firefox update last night to 36.0.4. I cannot open Firefox. It says Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open.
I try to close it under task manager, it is not listed under process but under details - Cannot end task, as it says access is denied.
I try to look for help on the net. It says to delete the file PARENT.LOCK, It says action cannot be complete as the file is open in Firefox.
I try to shut down my computer, even log out on my current user but cannot delete the file Parent.lock.
I am using a win 8.0
The easiest way is to uninstall and to install a fresh application, but will this wipe out all my bookmarks etc....

Ever since last night my macbook pro 13 inch has been doing weird and not so wonderful things. It will only power up with the power pack attached as soon as the battery pack is removed my lappy goes dead. The charge icon shows when its connected. Also if the lid is shut while it is still operating and not been shut down it completely shuts down, whether or not it has been shut down properly it takes 4-5 attempts of opening and closing the lid to get it to start up. It only seems to restart with the lid closed and only reason I know it has is because the apple icon lights up. When I finally get it started up the clock has reset itself back to 2008, requests for internet access pops up, outlook is not allowing me to delete emails, etc. Help!!!

Amethsytfyreyea man you need to take it to the Apple store ASAP. This is why I bought the Apple Care warranty when I bought my Macbook pro. At the Apple store they will trouble shot your problem and if it cant be fixed you may end up with a new lappy toppy good luck my friend, hope everything goes good, and your partner isn't to badly damaged

my apps have been crashing since last night including even the app store. this only started happening late last night since doing the ios 5.0.1 update. i am not sure what is happening. even when i click on the phone buttom the apps are all crashing not loading stuff. i cannot even seem to get email only some of the time and than when it does and i try moving them to trash they dont go to trash they re appear right back in my inbox a few minutes later. i have rebooted the iphoine a few times but with little avail to any situations that are working for me currently.
i think this is an apple ios 5.0.1 update issue. i think they may have screwed things up big time this time. i have also found no improvement with battery life at all. not sure what is wrong but i hope they fix it fast. this is ridiculous

My phone died last night and when I plugged it in it wouldn't turn on.I tried restarting it but it has yet to turn on since last night,It was just a black screen,i try the on/off and home buttons together but its not working,What should I do?
How long have you had your phone? Because if you've had it a long time, the battery in the phone might of died on you. Or have you dropped it in water, snow, from high up? All those things could of disconnected something internally in your phone, or permentaly damaged the internal hard drive its self, or the sims card.

Since last night Siri has been out.. I wonder if there are others with the same problem I am having.
Siri been working very good the last few days for me. Seems even better since the 5.0.1 update. The only outage I have experienced was a week ago thursday, but a phone restart fixed it. However, my brother in law called last night and said his had been down since yesterday morning. This makes me think that users are being scaled across multiple server farms and locations. I am preorderd and had my phone setup the first day of release. My brother in law has only had his about a week. Note, that Apple is still building the back end of this and scalling massive amount of users into the system everyday and likely why they were very specific about calling it "beta". I have worked technology business for years and Siri is very impressive but likely not trivial to scale especially with the variety and unknowns that occur in the network traffic.

Some - not all - of my games are not opening since last night or this am on my iPhone 4S ???
Two of my games are not opening so far and either is Game Center. I have been wrestling with this sporadically since last night. I have no idea what to do.
You can try resetting your iPhoneby simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists. -
My macbook is stuck trying to install an office 2011 update. It continues to say "23 minutes remaining" but it has been saying that since last night. I am unable to stop the installation. Every attempt is thwarted and I am even unable to turn off the computer! HELP!

Go up to the Apple menu and see if you can force quit the process. If not, hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds and it will shut down your MBP. -
ICloud Mail has been down (Mac, iOS, online) since last night. Anyone else?
Mail has been down completely since last night. Not able to access from Air, iPhone, iPad, or via Safari. System Status reports no problems. Other iCloud tools (Calendar, Contacts) seem fine.
Anyone else having this problem?I've noticed this as well since about 10:30 EST. I used to have emails forwarding from another address and when I switched that off the other address is receiving emails instantly so it's definitely a problem on Apple's end. It's good to see that at least one other person is reporting the problem here, but it would be even better if Apple would update the status page. I can be very patient if I know it's a known issue for them, but hate seeing that all is up and running normally from their point of view when it isn't.

I have been successfully downloading Aps from CC, but it is stuck at 90% on after effects. It has been stuck since last night. I am on a Mac.
