Won't show usage for one line

I recently added my brother's phone to my plan, he had Verizon already and we transferred his number to my plan from another person's plan.  He's been on my plan since Aug. 2nd, and he's the 4th phone line on my plan now.  He isn't being responsible by telling me what his most frequently called numbers are so I may add them to my 10 F&F.  I tried to view his top numbers dialed in the usage section, and his number doesn't show up.  It only shows me usage for the original 3 lines.  I am able to view his calls and details under the billing section, but I have no way of knowing which numbers are most at risk for going over, it won't tell me which of his numbers have VZW or not.  He's completely on my plan now, so why wouldn't it show me his heavy hitters?  His usage is higher than the other three lines put together, so I need to be able to monitor his usage frquently to ensure no overages.  And by the way, I do NOT want him authorized on my account, so hopefully the answer will not be having him call in and access my account to update something...  Thanks in advance!

I was getting ready to reply...and saw the issue has resolved itself.
For others who may be reading, and logging in later doesn't work....you can sort the columns when you are viewing the bill online by clicking on the column header. Sort by number, sort by length of call, etc - not ideal but if the Verizon report features are not working, it will give you the information you seek.
if you are good with Excel, you can download the data to a spreadsheet and do your calculations and manipulations there as well.

    I do not think that it is possible to have more than one Automated Row Fetch process in a given page. See the thread:
    ORA-01403: no data found : Unable to fetch row multiple automated row fetch
    On your second question, the manual process should work provided:
    P_ID has a value when the process executes. You can do it this way:
    i. Make this process as a on-load After/Before header process
    ii. Make sure that P_ID page item has value when the process executes (set it from another page or before the pl/sql process executes)

    When we create and save a third pary sales order, the system will create a Purchase Requesition.
    If there are 5 line items in the Sales Order, the system will create only one PR for all the line items.
    I will create only one sales order, and  I want one PR for one  line item of the sales order.
    How to Configure this.

    Vasu,
    PR in the sales order is generated by the settings in Schedule line and Item category. In a particular sales order, if there are 5 line items and of same item category and schedule line then system will give only one PR number. Again if the item category ans schedule line is different then there will be multiple PRs.
    Can you please elaborate more on your requirement. Again from one PR you can generate multiple PO

  • How to trigger Condition Access sequence multiple times for one line item?

    Hi,
    We have a situation that, User will enter a Promo code (custom Field) in Sales order Header Additional data B tab to apply discount for line items.
    Logic goes like this:
    1. For each Promo code .. there may be multiple sale deals (Max 3 at this point).
    2. For each line item (refering to tkomp table) we have to apply the sale deals (found above) the Condition access sequence will pick the right sale deal to apply the line item.
    3.we have enhanced the tkomp structure to hold the sale deal.
    Challenge:
    As we have the standard logic to trigger the condition access sequence once for each line item, how we can apply 3 sale deals for single line item. Is there any logic or way to trigger the condition access sequence multiple times for single line item with diffrent sale deals. ~ There may be one valid sale deal for one line.
    Functional team maintained diffrent access tables in the access sequence!!!

    I am trying to explain again, this is the requirment given by the functional guys.
    we have Promo code in Hearder Addtional data B tab --> Have to retrieve Sale Deals -->
    At this point of time we may have at max 3 Sale Deals. we don't know which sale deal is vallied for which item we have in TKOMP.  We have enhanced the TKOMP structure to hold one sale deal only (ZZPROMO).
    We have enhanced USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP in RV60AFZZ to populate the value in TKOMP. Then it will go for diffrent access sequence to find the proper condition.
    Our challenge is that, for each line item we have 3 sale deals, we don't know which one is valid for which line. but we have to apply the vallied sale Deal to the line items.  Line item 10  may have Sale Deal 2 , item 20 may have Sale Deal3 and 30 may have sale deal 1.
    We may have solution, by fixing some thing in the code or through config. But i am confused that is it a valid requirment?

    thanks for the reply. Does not seem to work. In the PBX (AVM FritzBox) , I can not suppress the phone number for this line. If I use the code *31# or #31# on the SPA525, it tells me unknown number. On ISDN or DECT terminal it works. Note If the unknown number from the SPA525 or the PBX?

  • Title/text effects just for one line?

    As far as I understood do the PE11 title/text effects work just for one line of text.
    (1) How can I produce more lines text-effects with PE11 (and more complex, like 3D-animations)?
    (2) If this is not possible, do you know any free/beginners software for doing that?

    You are most welcome.
    I am not sure what the limitation to one line of text is related to - the program coding? The animation algorithms? However, with a bit of planning, there are several ways around that limitation, but it throws people, when they first encounter it.
    This article also has some tips on using Titler in Premiere (both Pro and Elements), and I have added some Adobe TV tutorials. Note: they are done in PrPro, so the interfaces will look differently, plus PrPro's Titler has some additional functions, that are not yet in PrE. Still, the basics are all the same, and I think that with a bit of interpolation, even the PrPro tutorials will be useful: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1131177

    I changed the overhead rate in costing sheet, in client C001 and TR is created , now I moved that TR to C002 client and ran the program RKAZUTR1, after running when I checked the OH rates for all the lines it is there in C002 except one line, and I did not receive any message while running RKAZUTR1 it shows the result successfully completed.
    What may be the reason, what should I do?

    Along with the note suggested by Christian also check note number 104017.
    The extract of the note 104017 is as under:
    Symptom
    Case 2: the transport is terminated without errors - however, the overhead rates are not imported.
    Solution
    Case 2:  Post-processing the transport of the overhead rates automatically, which is running during the import, fails. This case occurs if automatic post-processing of the transport of a client-specific table is executed in another client than  the import client.
    Read the respective warning message in the transport log. You will also be asked in the transport log to carry out post-processing manually in the client into which you imported the overhead rates. To do this, execute Report RKAZUTR1 using Transaction SE38 and enter the transport request number.
    The report executes the import of the overhead rates. If this post-processing was finished successfully, then the overhead rates that have been transported can now be found in the target client. You need not repeat the transport of overhead rates although the warning message remains unchanged in the transport log for technical reasons.
    If you do not use automatic recording, the transport of deletions requires that you include an existing overhead rate in the transport request first. If you delete this overhead rate afterwards and save it, the deletion is taken into account during transport.

I would love to think that it is a problem with the playback system, and that if I merely send the file off to the duplicator they won't have the same problem.     Of course, but in the case there is no more 'original project.' It is gone like the wind, stolen along with his computer and backups.
    I think I am stuck using one of two files as my master: a DVD he burned where I only see the stutter/vibration/jitter once, or the mpeg2 file where I see it three times. Hopefully, the duplication house can rip if off of one of them and not see the jitter. I know that in audio, my personal filed, you can do a lot to enhance already existing sound--EQ, compression, tape saturation emulation software, etc. I guess I'm hoping there is some kind of analog to the video world that address jitter after a source has been printed--if indeed the source has been printed to be jittery.

    If it is only one employee that it isn't showing for then it could be authorizations. Some other suggestions are:
    - Incorrect or no name for CP object
    - Incorrect authorizations of user used for delta-indexing
    My guess would to be to look at authorizations first.

  • SD / Third Party Sales / 2 line items in PR for one line item in Sales orde

    In a third party scenario, I have item category TAS .When I create a sales order, there are 2 Schedule lines for the item. The first SL has confirmed qnty as 0 and the second SL has confirmed qnty as full quantity ( say50). When I save the sales order, it creates a PR as expected. However the PR has 2 line items for this single line item of SO. Each PR line items have the same quantity, in this case 50. Why is this happening. Is it due to some configuration.
    All my SD configurations are fine for third party process. Please let me know if somebody faced this situation and solved it.
    In crux, one line item in third party process leads to 2line items in PR , each with the quantity as mentioned in teh confirmed schedule line.

    Yes interesting to see multiple scheudle lines during TAS processing.
    Also please check the scehdule line category. Should be CS. Also check the MRP type in your material.
    CS should have Order Type = NB , Item category = 5, Acct Assign Category = 5, incompletion = 31. Rest all fields should be blank or unchecked.
    Pur Requisition will be based on the scehdule lines. Since there are 2 schedule lines, you have two line items in the purchase requisition. If you can fix the multiple schedule lines problem in your order, then your requisition looks good.

    Yes it is possible by Po line item.
    Just go to transaction bbp_poc through the web interface.
    Select your PO
    Select your line item PO.
    goto the account assignment tab (item overview)
    you get a cost distribution field in percentage
    then you get a cost distribution button : click it and you get several lines where now you can split your 100% in as many lines as you want.

    I asked the user to cancel the invoice and PGI. He did that. And again he created the PGI and Invoice. But the value of line item 10 become 5024.27 EUR and again he cancels the invoice and the PGI. and again he created the PGI and Invoice. Now the value of line item 10 is correct i.e. 5024.26EUR in invoice.
    Note: No changes are carried out from sales order to billing and even in material also.
              I checked copy control settings also all are correct.

    Is the Item Category of that item different from the rest. If yes for that item probably pricing is redetermined. However if its the same somebody might have changed it manually.
    If all the item have same category then it is possible that repricing is carried out for all the items however it found new condition record only for that perticular item.

    I think this is standard SAP issue of rounding the condition records at item level. Can you please share the netvalue for all the three items and the header net value at sales order and invoice level.

      We have some contracts with cost center distributions that the exact amount is not known.  These Blanket Orders require a receiving confirmation.then only we can conclude the cost center, If we create one line item with total amount of contract to one cost center, is there a way can we distribute this cost to the different cost centers at the moment receiving the goods
