Wondered how long it would take

Well on Monday Engineer came and installed Infinity, over 38mb..  I was so impressed i left a not on here Praising BT.
By monday night i changed my tune  when i discovered how severely they throttle the connection.
And today my speed is down to 15-18mb depending on which speedtester i use, Although speedtester.bt.com reckons i'm at 24mb.. 
In all honesty, the connection seems no quicker than my old 1mb connection.
So................    What tomorrow, will it slow down more, drop out completely ? who knows, i suppose thats the gamble now i've joined BT
I foresee a LOT of very unhappy Infinity customers will be moving away again if BT don't change something

No i'm not directly complaining about getting 24mb or even 15mb, especially after 5 years suffering a connection that barely reached 1mb on a good day, ALTHOUGH it would be nice to receive the speed i had been told i would receive CONSTANTLY and RELIABLY....
What i am complaining about is that the speed i am receiving wether it be 14 or 40 is not any better than my old 1mb connection, in fact during peak period, it is WORSE than my old 1mb.
What i am complaining about is that i signed up to a service which is suppoed to give me close to 40mb speeds and be UNLIMITED, but what i receive is a speed that is slower than advertised, is throttled so heavily it's almost unuseable during peak periods, and currently has a 300gb cap !!!
So......  are you seriously telling me to shut up for excersing my right to complain about receiving something other than what i thought i was paying for,
If you went to the shop and bought 40 pints of milk, then got home to find you had only been given 24... would you complain ? damm right you would, and i defy anyone to say different, but what if you then found that 23 out of those 24 pints of milk were off and only one was useable ? Sound familiar ? YES i may have 24mb and sometimes even get almost 40mb, but get to use only a fraction of it because of BT's idea of trafficking.
Naturally like most NORMAL people i did not read the miniscule small print, i fell for the sales patter and jumped in with both feet, So ok i'll admit i was a twit and i suppose i got exactly what i signed up for, But thats exactly what they rely on, i guess the vast majority of customers will NEVER read the small print, because if they did, nobody in thier right mind would sign up for such a service.
I want to use my internet like other normal people in the evening when i come home from work and at the weekend when i'm also not at work, I do NOT want to use it in the middle of the night either, So why the **bleep** is it limited at these exact times when normal people actually want to use it...
