Wont finish installing app updates

I am trying to update some apps. not installing. Just says waiting. I tried to delete apps and reinstall completely but I am being told I downloaded the app allready. Well DUH!! The ones I didnt delete, I cant use. I tried rebooting. Didnt work.

See if any of these things help.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered.
If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad.

Try stating in Safe Mode:

The update failed - using a USB to microUSB lead (that Apple annoyingly don't include!), try to restore the AppleTV software to current version software using instructions here:

Pay attention to differences in power connection depending on whether or not you have AppleTV2 or AppleTV 3.

Mine's much worst - can't send nor receive emails from Yahoo and Gmail. It simply won't connect. Gmail first gives an error about the SSL and to try again without it. But, it still won't connect. Yahoo on the other hand keeps on saying that the apple.imap server is not responding no matter what settings I change. It really does seem that there's something wrong on their end, however, it seems selective.
This is on top of the fact that all of my contacts were erased and the Personal Hotspot disappears intermittently.
By the way, I came from 4.2. I updated my wife's from 4.1 and her's is just peachy.

Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

Yes, reboot: Hold the power and home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds (keep holding past the swipe to shut down bar if it appears) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. Hopefully, things will be back to normal.......

QT7 wont finish installing

I downloaded the iTunes + QT, and the QT standalone, but niether of them will finish installing! In the iTunes version, QT keeps 'installing' in an infinite loop, when the meter is at 100%, it starts over. In the standalone version, it just stops at 'Updating environment strings' and wont move on, and now I'm getting error 1603, 'Fatal error during Installation.' Please help.

I've spent far too many hours trying to resolve this and I am ticked at Apple for leaving us hanging. I'm a faithful Mac user who uses XP at work. I followed every suggestion I could find and nothing worked.
Today I downloaded QT 6.5.3 and it installed. When I try to download iTunes 4.7.1, only the Mac version downloads though the Window's min req are listed on the page.
This is what I sent Apple...doubt it will help:
"I have tried every possible solution to fix failed installs of iTunes 5 for Windows. The installation removed QT and iTunes 4.7 with a failed iTunes 5 / QT install and no solution I could find over 3-4 hours on your site or others solves this problem. I am very frustrated with Apple. Can't install App updates

I'm using an iPhone 3G which has been upgraded to 3.0 today. I'm attempting to update the apps I have, but it isn't working. Here's a play-by-play:
I go to "Updates". I press "update all apps". It takes me to the home screen where the apps appear to begin installing. Then a window pops up saying:
"iTunes Terms & Conditions
have changed.
"Before you can proceed you must
read & accept the new Terms &
Conditions"
I press "OK". It brings up the white page with "loading" on it, but at the same time, it pops up a window identical to the last one. If I press "OK", the white page disappears and reappears, with the same pop-up reappearing. If I press "Cancel", it takes me to the Terms & Conditions. I attempt to tap "Agree", followed by a pop-up that reads, "You must accept terms & conditions to continue." I press OK, and it reads, "Thank you. Please try your purchases again." So I try pressing "update all apps" like I did in the first place, and everything that just happened happens all over again. It's a strange loophole that I can't outsmart. When I try emailing the terms & conditions, it just doesn't work. It sends the email, but I can't actually agree to the Terms & Conditions. I tried agreeing to them on iTunes, but they never came up. It leads me to believe that I already agreed to them but my iPhone "forgot" that I did.
Please help!

I'm having the same problem with App updates on my iPhone - have accepted the T&C about 30 times, even with individual updates only, but I still can't download any updates.
I tried via my computer as well, but something is weird : next to "Applications" in iTunes, it says 6 updates (same as on the App Store icon on my iPhone). So far so good.
But when I click on "Updates Available" to download them via iTunes, I get to the My Applications page and it says "No updates available - check again later". It's as if I didn't have the same status on my phone and the computer, although I have "Sync all Apps" checked in the Applications tab in iTunes?
So no can do via the computer or the phone...
Anyone have an idea what might be wrong?

Apps are registered to the Apple ID used to acquire them, whether free or paid apps, and this cannot be changed. To update an app acquired by a particular Apple ID requires the ID that acquired it. Apple will not combine Apple IDs either.
The only way to get an app into a new Apple ID is to abandon the app from the old ID and remove it from your computer and iOS devices. Then acquire the app with the new Apple ID.

Reset to factory, won't finish installing windows updates

My computer has been running really slow, so I decided to reset the computer to factory. After resetting I went to find updates to reinstall, and it says it has updates that need to finish installing by restarting my computer. However I've restarted my computer numerous times and yet it hasn't bothered to install my updates (keeps saying I need to restart it still). What do I do?

Are you having slow connection to download iOS 6.1.3?
If fast, try download again.
In future still the same, try iTunes to download update instead.
1. Connect to your Mac or PC to iTunes.
2. Click iPhone/iPod/iPad.

5. Wait until finish.

If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.
Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

The option to update without the computer (Over the air) was made available with iOS 5. If your iDevice is using a version of iOS lower than 5, you will need to use iTunes on your syncing computer to perform the upgrade. Use the Apple link below as a guide for the upgrade.

I was trying to update to Photoshop CC 14.2 and I am getting an error.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app before I dug into the Error Log File. I got the error during the reinstall. The app installed, but the update did not.

Can't INSTALL app update?

I have Grocery Gadget Lite 2.1.1. App store says 2.1.2 is available. I have tried to install it several times. Not only does the App store continue to say the 2.1.2 update is available, but the app doesn't even get updated, despite the icon saying "downloading" and "installing" each time. But when I launch the app it's still on 2.1.1. Any fix for this?

The other threads I saw said the update actually installed, but it was just the App store that kept saying there was an update.
In my case, the update won't install at all. The app continually shows the previous version upon launch when the newer version is there and available. It appears to install, but it actually does not.
