Wont let me get cellular data, why?
I bought the cellular data for my ipad but it told me it failed to connect and it asks me for my sim pin number but when i try to go to my att account it says it doesnt exist but when i have wifi i check on my ipad and it says that i did pay and that i do have an account i dont know what to do it wont let me get the cellular data
I read something like this recently but can't remember the solution - however, if I recall correctly, it's something that needs to be straightened out with ATT.. sorry couldn't be more helpful.

First, try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

What do i do when my app store on my iphone wont let me get apps
the other day one of my apps on my iphone 3gs was running slow so i deleted it and was just gunna redownload it. but now my app store wont let me get any apps even free ones. when i hit the button that says free it moves and all i can see is the fr in free then it moves again when its suppost to say install. how can i fix it so i can download apps?

my husband has 1 of the newer macbook pros that runs off of lion and know his computer wont let him get past the starting screen it keeps telling him to put in a bootible disk he cant use his key board or anything what should he do?

Use Lion Recovery to repair the startup disk if necessary, or reinstall the Mac OS X.

IIIaass it wasn set up with a credit card no but she's had it for almost a year and prob downloaded every app an 11yr old would want but just recently it says itunes terms and conditions have changed before you ....................false alarm just got her to show me and all she had to do was select agree to the new terms and conditions said she had read about paying and payment and she was just too over caution the wee pet so happy now there she is downloading away thanks so much for all the help

I own a I phone 4. I recently changed my service from AT&T to Straight Talk. It was working fine but then I deleted the vpn file on accident. Now when I try to get on line I get a message that I am not signed up with a cellular data network. Does anyone know how I can retrieve or download the vpn file?
I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

Wont let me get premium , says im not eligible.
I have just ended my 7 day trial, i kep getting emails about getting 3 months free for .99 a month. When i go and click on it, it says i am not eligible. I dont understad why it wont let me do anythings, since i just ended my 7 day trial.

My iPod screen wont let me get into apps and the power won't shut off
THe iPod screen can move like I can move apps but it won't let me get into ANY. apps not even settings the power wont shut off
Try:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Do you have a Restrictions set that prevent installing those apps? Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and check.
Vine requires iOS 5 or later but y have to 17 years old. The age is determined by Restrictions, not the Apple ID used. -

I'm trying to use the new iTunes radio but it keeps telling me "Network Unavailable, Connect to Wi-Fi network or use cellular data". Problem is, I am hooked up to a Wi-Fi network. I went to settings--> Wi-Fi--> and it is one and connected. How can I get iTunes radio to recognze this?
Thank youAfter I did a hard reset I was able to see the radio. Now, a few moments later, the radio has dissapeared from my music all together. I just turned my phone off and back on again in hopes that it would reappear but it did not. I then tried to do another hard reboot butthat did not work either. I have lost it altogether.

Have you ever synced/backed up your iPhone? If not, then you have no backup to use and will have to start with a factory fresh iPhone. Note that you can redownload your apps for free. Hopefully you've been syncing your contacts with something?

I try to go to my Hotmail email and it wont let me go through. so I deleted cookies and still the same issue with my home page. It will not go to home page it just goes to a blank page. However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Featurs appin the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

OS 10.6.8 is Snow Leopard and that's the last update. OS 10.7.x is Lion, a different operating system, and that's already been replaced by Mountain Lion, OS 10.8. Both of the new operating systems have to be purchased from Apple. OS 10.8 is available from the App Store. You would have to call Apple if you want to just buy OS 10.7.
