I have just ended my 7 day trial, i kep getting emails about getting 3 months free for .99 a month. When i go and click on it, it says i am not eligible. I dont understad why it wont let me do anythings, since i just ended my 7 day trial.

I apologize for the mix-up. The '3 Months for $0.99" offer is only for accounts that have not had premium or taken a trial in the past. Since you just took the 7 day trial, you are now ineligible. If you'd like to unsubscribe from promotion e-mails you can do so through that e-mail near the bottom there should be an unsubscribe link or you can change your settings here and here.

What do i do when my app store on my iphone wont let me get apps

the other day one of my apps on my iphone 3gs was running slow so i deleted it and was just gunna redownload it. but now my app store wont let me get any apps even free ones. when i hit the button that says free it moves and all i can see is the fr in free then it moves again when its suppost to say install. how can i fix it so i can download apps?

Wont let me get cellular data, why?

I bought the cellular data for my ipad but it told me it failed to connect and it asks me for my sim pin number but when i try to go to my att account it says it doesnt exist but when i have wifi i check on my ipad and it says that i did pay and that i do have an account i dont know what to do it wont let me get the cellular data

I read something like this recently but can't remember the solution - however, if I recall correctly, it's something that needs to be straightened out with ATT.. sorry couldn't be more helpful.

I'm on Windows 7 - using itunes daily without problems and suddenly itunes wont open, I get "itunes application could not be opened. An unknown error occurred (-50)" The only thing I can think is I think there was a download in progress when I shut down the computer.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalled, but I get the same thing. I tried clearing the itunes folder and reinstalling, same thing. help!

Doublechecking. When you did the complete uninstall, were you using the following document as a guide?
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
(If damaged program files are involved here, a standard install might not remove them, and a reinstall might not then replace them. So the Verify iTunes and related components are completely uninstalled section is an important step.)

Try the following to rule out a software problem:

- Power off and then back on your router

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. If you have installed software to performunauthorized modifications to your iOS device, that software may have redirected connections to the update server (gs.apple.com) within the Hosts file. First you must uninstall the unauthorized modification software from the computer, then edit out the "gs.apple.com" redirect from the hosts file, and then restart the computer for the host file changes to take affect. For steps to edit the Hosts file and allow iTunes to communicate with the update server, see iTunes: Troubleshooting iTunes Store on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod—follow steps under the heading Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store. Do you have a Restrictions set that prevent installing those apps? Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and check.
Vine requires iOS 5 or later but y have to 17 years old. The age is determined by Restrictions, not the Apple ID used.
