Wont let me update or download existing apps on my iphone PLEASE HELP!!!

I just took my phone off my dads account and created my own apple id. I have then synced my iphone, and the apps that were downloaded onto the itunes, from my phone will not let me download them onto my phone or update them.
It keeps saying that I need to authorize my comp, but it already is!!!

If you're being prompted that your payment information needs to be veriefied, then there is some aspect of your payment type which is being denied by your financial institution. I'd like you to please follow the steps below to verify your information.
Open iTunes. If you are signed in to iTunes, skip to step 4.
Note: Verify that you are signed in to the correct iTunes account. If you are unsure which account you're signed into, choose Store > Sign Out and proceed to step 2.
Choose Store > Sign In.
Enter your account name and password, then click the Sign In button.
Choose Store > View My Account.
Click the Edit Payment Information button.
In the Payment Method section, choose None.
Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.
Click the Edit Payment Information button again.
Enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Select your credit card type in the Payment Method section.
Enter your credit card information, your card's security code, and the expiration date.
Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

You should remove his AppleID and restore it as new.

You must contact iTunes support to get the problem resolved.

It works fine through my macbook, can't find anything in settings on iphone to resolve problem

The headset has to have A2DP capability, which most (I believe) do not.

My ipod won't let me update or download any apps

I have a iPod touch 4g up to date and so do my brother and sister and we have had them for years without this problem. none of us are able to update or download apps, or anything for that matter. I have completely reset the router just in case I set something wrong with the settings, and its defiantly not a router problem and now i don't know what to try. Every time we try to download something it says "app name"could not download at this time. It also took music off of my sisters iPod that she had bought from the itunes store and it tells her she has to purchase it and download it again, but then it gives her pretty much the same message as with the apps.

I have turned off the router a few times, that isnt the problem, i"ve checked double checked and triple checked everything that could have to do with the router. I cant download apps onto the computer I tried thinking that it might work but it gave me an error code

What do you see instead of update on the apps you are concerned about?
When updating to iOS 7 auto update for apps will be turned on. When an app has an update available your iPad will download and install the update with no input from you. Apps that have been updated by this automatic process but which have not yet been opened will show a blue dot before their name.
A record of updated apps is kept for your convenience. You can see this record by using the App Store app and select Updates, the right most choice in the bottom row.

Contact iTunes. You need a valid payment method and the messages says you do not have that.

MIne is doing the same thing!!! It is the same card I have used for the past year, and yesterday, out of the blue, it stopped working, and it says my security code is invalid. I can't login from my iPad, it just keeps asking for my password over and over, and when I log in from my computer, I get the security code error. I have double checked everything, and it is all correct.
