Wont Turn on! Help Please!

Hi Everyone,
I have a BB Q5 which yesterday during a phone conversation went dead, before answering the call I had around 70% battery, when plugged in to one charger it was showing a black screen with a red battery box with an exclamation mark, I have now plugged it into an official BB charger and it is now showing the battery dead symbol with the lightning bolt however it has been on charge for a good 9 hours now, when I press the power up button it is coming up with the Blackberry writing in white and then it returns to the battery dead symbol, obviously having a q5 I cant just simply do a battery pull and the computer is not recognising that the phone is connected when plugged into a PC however it will charge when plugged into a PC!
If there is any solutions out there or anyone could give me some advice id be very grateful

I have just posted a similar question. I have taken the matter into my own hands and decided to delete the upgrade from my computer and to restore the ipod to its original factory settings. The ipod is certainly very active. I will not be able to tell you if I have solved the problem until it reimports the Gbs of music I have in my library, but I am reasonably confident.

What site did you buy it from? You should be able to print off a valid receipt, as long as it's not an auction site like eBay.

last time i tried to turn it on, the logo came up but was surrounded by blue, not black. now it wont turn on at all and is not read by anything. ive tried the reset several times. still doesnt work. its just off and not responding. can any one help? thanks

Have you checked your Control Panel to make sure you don't have the flashlight turned on?
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and make sure the flashlight icon (bottom left-hand corner) is not white. If it is, tap on it to turn it off.

Iphone 5 wont charge or turn on help please

my iphone 5 wont charge I tried everything to turn it back on. It was working one minute but then I went to go use it and it wouldn't turn on, 10 hours later and it STILL won't turn on. It was fully charged, but I charged it some more just in case - didn't work. Then, I plugged it into my computer while holding the home button down in order to update/restore it. It updated but never restored, and after that it STILLLLL won't turn on. I then tried holding the home and lock button down together for a few minutes in order to restart it, yet it still won't turn on. It is getting extremely frustrating at this point. I googled any other solutions to this problem, but all of the solutions I've basically already tried, and ended up never working.

It would seem to be a power issue as cjlim had indicated.
I would try another charger and if possible another battery, the E71 battery is used in an N97 as well so if you know someone that has either device you can try theirs.
If its is working with another battery, then you will need to observe what happens when its connected to the charger, if the battery bars are not incrementing when the battery is low then you either have a charger problem so try a different one, or the charging circuit in the phone has failed.
I have not seen batteries just "fail" but its something that I wouldn't rule out, additionally the new smaller jack type chargers are prone to failure, as the cable near the plug fractures inside and this can cause charging to fail.

Hi Good day. Just trying to ask about my HP Mini 311. It wont turn on. When I try to press the power button, only the battery light blinks "thrice". Also when i put an ac adaptor, also blinking "thrice". Nothing appears on screen, but only the battery light keeps blinking everytime i press the power button. This scenario came when I shutdown the laptop by long pressing the power button. Please help.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your HP Mini 313and having an issue starting up. Here is a link to do a system restore.
Choose the option that states restoring Windows to a previous point. you can restore it to a previous point when it was working correctly.Please note remove any and all USB devices, and remove memory cards from the card reader slot. Disconnect all non-essential devices.

IPOD NANO WONT TURN OFF! PLEASE HELP

my ipod is 3 days old and wont turn off! i bought it in singapore and i downloaded itunes on the computer in singapore and put songs and pictures on it, and it would turn off. the next day i was on the plane and i was listening to it and i went to turn it off and it wouldnt, i got it off by putting sleep timer on so it automatically went off but i couldnt turn it off by pressing play pause button or menu button. i have tried resetting it but wen you reset it you have to turn it off and i couldnt turn it off. everything else workd fine but it will not turn off!please help me its only 3 days old!!

The iPod does not need to be turned off to reset it. Here are the instructions for resetting the ipod. If this fails to do the trick you may want to try and do a restore.

There is nothing that anyone can do to cause the problem you have except to get the phone wet. If that happened then the phone probably needs to be replaced.
It will not show anything when you connect to the charger, but still leave it connected for 15 minutes, then hold both buttons.

My phone crashed after trying to update it and it wont turn back on please help!

I tried to update my iPhone 4 to the new iOS 7.0.2 but my phone said it needed to restore everything so i tried to do that and now it crashed. The screen is the Itunes screen saying its connected but i held down the home button trying to get it to turn on or something but it wont. I tried to go to Computer and go to iPhone but its not there and I disconnected and plugged it back in trying to get the window where you can upload photos i tried to get that up but it wont come up. Please I have no idea what I am doing and any advice would be helpful

BB 8120 WONT TURN ON - HELP

Start by doing a battery pull. Simply remove the battery for 15-30 seconds, then reinsert it and wait for the device to reboot. That may help, but it may not. If it doesn't, then the next step is to ensure that the battery simply isn't dead. In that case, plug it into the BlackBerry wall charger for a couple of hours and then see if that helps. Note that in this case, if the battery is dead, charging via the USB cable, a car adapter or a non-OEM charger may not work, so it would be best to use the actual wall charger.
If none of those help, then let us know and we can try to take things a little further.

i have a new 60GB ipod video and i got it 3 month's ago and it wont turn off i have tried pushing down the play/pause button but it wont work, HELP PLEASE!!!!

I had a similar problem with my dad's iPod Nano, here's a way to fix it for ALL iPods:
1. Enter Settings
2. Select Main Menu
3. Switch the last option: Sleep to On
4. Select Sleep from the iPod main menu to turn it off, then (of course) put the Hold switch on Lock.

Playbook wouldn't charge, and now wont turn on, HELP?

So yesterday, I tried to charge my playbook, but it wouldn't work. Its not brand new, but its not old either, I have had it for a month maybe? I used the charger that came with it, and I tried using the USB too. Neither worked. I tried my charger on my friends playbook (same kind, we bought them together), and it worked, so I know its not that. I tried leaving it over night, still nothing. Now it wont turn on either, the little button thingy (pardon my non-technical terms) at the top just turns red, then flashes yellow/green five times. Any suggestions are welcomed, please and thank you!

Try a hard reset with it plugged in...press and hold the power and volume +&- until the device restarts...worked for me.

Try:
Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM
Boot into Safe Mode if possible. If not then try booting from an installer DVD for your computer. If that doesn't work take it in for service.

i upgraded to iOS 6.1.3 and after that my ipod started having trouble charging, at first i though the lightning cable was the problem so i bought 2 more lightning cable chargers and my ipod still would'nt charge, so it died. now the only thing my ipod does is when i try to turn it on it shows the apple logo and then the screen goes off and does it again for a few times and then the screen stays off and my ipod gets really hot but wont turn on for the rest of the day help!!
