Word closses and give error after making a pdf with Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended

Dear,
Everytime i use Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended i get the error:
"Windows cannot open the file ~ WRS{E488CD etc /OEF}. If the
file is stored on your computer there might be a problem with your
hardware. If the file is stored on your network ..."
for example:
- there's an Word document on the desktop, i click right an
ask for to combine with pdf.
al works good, but still the error prompts and Word opens a
blanc document.
system : XP with office2007, Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended
i have searched on the net where they where talking about
removing HP software from the system,
+Also reinstalled
-office2007
-Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended
-cleaning of temp files
-system clean up
but still no solution.
any one a idea ??

I'm sorry you're having trouble with Acrobat. Unfortunately,
