Word files on e71 memory but can not open using qu...

Hi
I copied a Word file to my E71 and when connected via USB I can see the file - in 2 places, copied twice.
Problem: can not open in Quick Office, they don't appear in the folders that I see them when connected via Nokia PC suite.
Any idea ?

well not really a reply.
the file were saved in rtf that quickoffice is un able to read.
saved them in doc and voilla!!

Most recent version already installed.....but can not open & use NM

I recently installed nM on my lap top so I can make the new printer print wirelessly...the desk top computer needs to have NM installed too. I downloaded it & then clicked "install" it tells me it is already installed....but will not open or start ordo anything.... any advice?
THX both machines are using XP. The desktop computer is connected to the router & the printer... the laptop can not find the printer... that is why I am trying NM... have used in the past & never a problem....

Try these following steps:
•open the C Drive
•open program files
•open Pure Networks folder
•open support folder
•double-click on serveme application
•right click on the Network Magic icon (w/c is found on the system tray) and select Stop NmService, once you have done this the ServeMe icon will turn red
•right-click on the Network Magic icon on the system tray and select Delete NetworkLib.xml
•right click on the same icon again and select “Force First Run”
•repeat all the steps above for all computers connected to the network
•restart all your computers connected to the network; this will restart the Network Magic service

you need both the 7z and exe files. put both in the same directory and click (or double click) the exe.

Ah yes school boy error there out of frustration and discontent..
My issue is with music/apps/films etc not downloading from iTunes / App Store.
They initially fail and message is displayed stating unable to download / purchase at this time, yet if I retry it says I've already purchased (?) or alternatively I go to the purchased section and there they are waiting with the cloud symbol..
However some items get frozen in the download window and cannot be retried or deleted. Message appears stating to tap to retry, but even if you stole every bath and sink in the uk you'd still not have enough taps.
I post here as the iTunes guys are useless in there 'help' and have only advised posting here or phoning apple, at my expense, to explain a problem that could be rectified by forwarding my original email to a techie. However the tech team apparently don't have an email address as they're from ye olde Middle Ages..!
Anyways I digress.
So I tried sync to pc, but instead of showing the file as ready to listen/use/view, the iCloud symbol shows and I'm back to square one as the item is unable to download..
At frustration station waiting for a train from pain...
All my software is up to date, and had all worked fine prior to the last big iOS update that resulted in all the changes in display and dismay.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
It's probably not the cause of your problem, but you should update the iOS to iOS 7.1.2

No not really. If this is a brand new Macbook Pro take it back for a refund. Apple has a 14 day No Questions Asked return policy for Full refund.

Is there any message shown on the screen?
Power down the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait 10 minutes.
Plug it back in. Power it on. Wait until all the lights are lit up properly.

I downloaded pages, completed file sharing but can not open the documents on my ipad

I have pages on my ipad2, I went through the file sharing instructions for 2 files. I can not open them in pages. When I go to Documents, copy from itunes, the files show but cannot be selected.

Quit Pages and restart the iPad and try again.
In order to quit or close apps - Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Mini will open to desktop but can not open any apps

We can get the Mini up to the desktop, but it will not let us open any apps or shutdown. I can not remember what version of OS I have and can not open information about the Mini.

Could be many things, we should start with this...

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.

101 error - file is downloaded, i see it on my pc but can not open it

I downloaded via assistant the program, Photoshop cs6, I even found it on my computer, not in program files, but the installer can not extract the files, giving me 101 error - error extracting the product installer. Here is the file I have on my pc Photoshop_13_LS16.7z how to open it or what to do with it?

Lubty please download the installation files to your downloads folder. Once the download is complete you can then install the software. You are likely receiving the extraction error due to choosing a location that the Adobe Download Assistant is not designed to download too such as the Program Files/Applications folder.
