Wordpress 'Like' in comment section produces separate blank window

Click on 'like' in comment section of post on WordPress producing blank window with the address shown below.
I have tried this in Maxthon & IE, and all is normal.
The blank window is a verification of some kind??

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button

Facebook likes and facebook comments are associated with a particular URL.
If your new muse-designed page ends up with the same URL as your old page(i.e. www.foo.com/awesomepage.html) then the likes & comments should show up just fine.
If your new muse-designed page has a different URL, you could edit the facebook like/comment code to refer to the old URL, and the comments/likes should be shared.
I think this will only work if the old URL is still reachable(i.e. facebook is going to ping that URL, and if there's nothing there I think it complains)

Importing forms(FDF) into a new pdf (like you can import FDFs in comments section)

Hello I would precisely note what I want to do.

・I want to export the form and import it to a different PDF like you can do in the comments section.

This is my situation
・I am a teacher putting annotations and marking papers as my daily job.
・The paper consists of multiple pages which has variety of questions.
・Each question has sub-questions (Ex. Q1 having 1a 1b)
・I have to add each sub-question's score (Score(1a)+Score(1b)=ScoreQ1)
・Also I have to clarify the full mark for the sub-questions by putting (Ex if the full mark of 1a is 12. I have to write ／12)
・I always did this work by using the importing the comments by FDF files. (In the function of comments section)
This is what I want to do
・Sometimes I make mistakes doing the additions so I realized that I could use the form summation function to reduce my work and mistakes.
・However I couldn't import the FDF using the import function in the forms section.
・I want to paste all the forms into the correct location at one instance

Why are the thumbnails on the comments sections of blogs covering the text in safari?

Why doe my iPhone make the size of the thumbnails so large that they cover up the text in the comments section of different blogs? They're mobile sites and they appear this way in safari and chrome. This is a new occurrence after the latest update.

You may have zoomed the page(s) by accident by using "Zoom Text Only" (i.e. not full page zoom).
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

If you have made changes to Advanced font settings like increasing the minimum/default font size then try the default minimum setting "none" and the default font size 16 in case the current setting is causing problems.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.

It is better not to increase the minimum font size, but to use an extension to set the default page zoom to prevent issues with text not being displayed properly.

Youtube reply button in comment section does not work

As of today the "reply" button in the comment section on any youtube video has stopped working, Usually it brings up an input field when clicked, but now I get nothing except a blue glow around the button [http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/hh299/Viruzzz_bucket/Untitled-1.jpg (cropped picture of what I see)]
So far I have attempted the following with no success
*restarting firefox
*restarting the computer
*reinstalling latest version of flash
The button works if I access a video page through internet explorer, but I despise that browser.

What's even more crap about this is your old posts are not updated with your name. So new reply posts look like (on first glace without a user clicking on the user name of old posts vs Real name of new posts to see they are the same) that the posts are coming from two different users. Just messy all the way around... and frustrating that I cannot continue my convos today without surrendering my privacy.

Can't past text into "Comments" section in ITunes.

I've been using the "Comments" section under Item Info in Itunes to put information like band members, etc. for all my music cd's. None of the text is very long, a few sentences. I just want to know I can find out who plays on what.
However, yesterday and today when I go to place or type info into the comment area, click OK, then go back to look at that info, it cuts off about half of my text. I've even tried adding just one additional letter after the cut off, click OK, and that doesn't "stick" either.
This was working fine up until yesterday, even when I had listed many band members i.e. jazz orchestra and so on.

Yep... It's not as handy for data entry, though it does have the benefit that you can read the data when the track is playing on an iPod/iPhone.
Not sure why Apple would impose a 255 character limit to the comments.
I can't think why either. It was a limitation of ID3V1 but is no longer relevant or imposed by other software.

If you're not familiar with HTML make sure you create a backup of the html in a text editor before editing, that way you can replace it later if you need to.
What you want to do is go into the
Site settings > Module templates > News Layouts > Detail layout.
Click the html tab bottom of the editing window.
Remove the comment form div code which should look like this: starting with <div class="comment-form"> and ending with </div>

How to parse reader comments in new source comment sections

I enjoy reading through the comment sections to articles in various news sources.   However, the good comments are often hidden in the over abundance of spam and mind-numbing commentary. I would like to write an application that will selectively
extract certain comments that I feel will most likely offer informative content (i.e. to reduce the time and my effort to find comments worth reading).   For example, mind-numbing comments which I wish to ignore general consist of single sentences
and it is not unusual for a comment section to have hundreds if not thousands of them. Conversely, many informative comments are much longer in length (e.g. two or more paragraphs).
I am proficient in developing desk top applications in a rich client environment but have only minimal experience working with web-related applications.   As such, I am looking for suggestions on how I should approach this small project and work
through it.
1) Is anyone aware of existing projects or sample source code which parses the contents of web pages using .NET?
2) It is possible to view the source of a browser web page. For example, in IE10 I from the main menu [View][Source].   The source includes the text of the article but none of the comments. That is, the actual comments are not
included in the rendered HTML (e.g. view the source for
http://www.cbc.ca/news/business/target-s-launch-into-canada-a-multifaceted-failure-1.2901789).   So how can I obtain the comments so that I can then filter the ones I wish to review and ignore all the others.
If I should be posting this request in another forum then please let me know.

When I try to post a comment on an article I just read, my post stays in the box w/out posting. And when I want to click thumbs up or down in the comment section in these articles, the number stays the same. Also, my Skype has stopped functioning.

Glad you seem to have sorted things out.
The warning about the warranty is light hearted, I think at one stage it warned "here be dragons" but also intended to make us think as it warns that making changes may produce problems.

Unable to edit/copy/paste anything into the Comments section...

With 4 ipods and a wide variety of musical taste, I have a very extensive library of songs that are assigned to one or more playlists by the name in the comments section. This has been very useful ... up until now. I no longer can edit the comments section of the songs on my main library. any idea why not and how can I fix this? Having worked like a charm in the past, not sure if this was because of a computer move to Windows 7 or the lastest iTunes update. any assistance would be appreciated!

I seem to have fixed the problem for me though by doing the following:
- open 'properties' on the highest level folder you want to change attributes
- click 'security' tab
- click 'advanced'
- click 'change permissions'
- click 'add'
- enter 'Everyone' in the 'enter the object name to select' dialog box
- click 'check names'
- click OK
- click 'full control' in the 'allow' column
- click OK
- click the box (turn on) 'replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object'
- click OK
- confirm any 'are you sure' type messages that pop up along the way
and you should be set! Whew!

NI Vision Assistant - "Create LabVIEW VI" produces a blank VI

Hello, I'm using:
- LabVIEW 2011 SP1 v11.0.1 32bit
- Vision Assistant 2011 SP1 Build 20111212112331
When I create a simple script in Vision Assistant and click on "Create LabVIEW VI", the VI file is created, but when I open it, I can only see a blank VI.
I really hope someone could help me, I don't know how to solve this problem.

Hi Claudio, I added the following Express VI in a blank block diagram, like you suggested:
"Prompt User for Input"
"Vision Acquisition"
No error messages appeared after having placed them in the block diagram, or after their configuration.
However, if I place a "Vision Assistant" Express VI, I still receive the following message error after having configured it:
"There was an error in the process of creating the Express VI's code"
Moreover, I tried to repair the following modules, in sequence:
NI Vision Common Resources 2011 SP1 f1
NI Vision Assistant 2011 SP1
NI Vision 2011 SP1
For each of the 3 reparations, I had to reboot the PC. However, the problem hasn't disappeared, I'm still unable to generate a VI by using Vision Assistant.
I really hope to solve this annoying problem, because the day of my exam is getting closer... so suggestions are more than appreciated, at this point I don't know how I could fix that.
In attachment you can find a simple Vision Assistant script, and the blank VI produced. Please note that Vision Assistant always produces a blank VI, no matter of the script, like I stated earlier.
A final note, I tried to generate C and .NET code for the script in attachment while using Vision Assistant, and it seemed to work (no message errors or blank C/.NET files produced), so this is a problem related to LabVIEW code generation only.

You can set up accounts for them, but they will be completely separate. There is no "umbrella" account or global management where you can view and control multiple accounts. You'll have to log into each iTunes Store account separately to redeem gift cards, view purchases, etc. To set up a new iTunes Store account for each child, each will need a separate email address.
