Work and Asset Management User Guide

Hi All,
I am very new to Oracle Utilities WAM and would like to go through the user guide of this application.
I dont have the software installed and hence have no access to the online help.
Please send the PDF file of the Oracle Utilities WAM user's guide or let me know from where i can download the same.
Its very urgent, so quick replies will be highly appreciated.

Unable to access WLS_FORMS for Work and asset management via weblogic

**I am in the process of installing Oracle WAM 10.3.4 on Windows x86 64bit, Oracle 11.2.0.1 database Java 1.6.0_23.**
**I have already installed everything and have started the WLS_FORMS server from weblogic console. However when I am trying to access the forms website - I am just getting 404.**

2. RAID, 845PE MAX3 and the Raid user guide.

I want to mirror two ata/100 drives one of which contains an existing XP installation. They are attached to IDE1.
Page 11 of the Raid user guide is completely confusing me. MSI reminds you not to do what it immediately appears to tell you TO do!
In addition MSI say you can attach only ONE HDD to IDE3 so where does the other go?
I would be very grateful for a clear and simple guide as to how to achieve the mirroring, including how to load the RAID drivers before attaching something to IDE3.

Does anyone use Framwork POs for WBS and Asset management.

We have had issues before with trying to use Framework POs for Assets. I wanted to know, does anyone out there use the Framework PO for the creation of Assets with charges going to WBS elements? Do you track service charges as well as material charges that are purchsed for Assets?

For PO, WBS, Asset frame work below is the sample
Create WBS which manage AUC
Example you will create a clinic,
Create Project - [Project Clinic]
Create WBS under the Project Clinic - [Clinic Expense]
Create AUC under WBS Clinic Expense - [Clinic under Construction]
Let say you purchase Paint for the clinic - create a PO and use account assignment WBS [Clinic Expense] (e.g. 1000 USD)
Let say you purchase Wood for the clinic - create a PO and use account assignment WBS [Clinic Expense] (e.g. 2000 USD)
During month end you can settle the amount to AUC (tcocde CJ88 - Settlement type - Automatic)
All charges to WBS will go to AUC
Once construction of clinic is finished and is ready to use, you need to settle all the amount from WBS to AUC (through settlement)
Then create Fixed Asset [Clinic Building]
Then settele the AUC [Clinic under Construction] charges to Fixed Asset [Clinic Building] through CJ88 settlement type - Final settlement

CS Mars, Cisco Works and Security Manager

If we wanted to get all three applications, do cisco bundle it into one package? Or does it have to be purchased separately?

do we need a NetFlow card or is the service implemented by default in Cat4500. Is MARS & CSM suitable solution for main configuring, incident monitoring and evaluation of ASA5520 & Cat4500?
Yes, you need WS-F4531= card (Netflow is not available in Cat IOS as a service/command), which works with Cat 4500 Sup IV/V.
MARS is a monitoring device, and CSM is a management device. You can get critical NBA (Network Behaviour Analysis) alerts from MARS, and from CSM you can get configuration backups/audit/bulk administration (of security devices only).
