Work Center in CO11N

Hi All,
There are two fields for work center in the T-code CO11N , one is non editable and the other is editable.
We have a scenario, In a specific "Z" report we need to capture the value in the editable field for the Work Center.
i.e. In the T-code CO11N we need to capture the field value of the <b>ARBPL</b>.
As this field refers to a structure we need to know in which table it gets stored.
Help and Suggestions will be much appreciated.

We have already tried with the Table AFRV, but the editied value is not getting stored in tht aprticualr table.
Instead itz referfing to the Structure AFRUD.

Hi, we assigned 6 parameters like setup, machine etc in work center. Same work centers used in prod orders. While confirming against prod order and operation no in co11n screen, only 3 parameters were displayed where as we set 6 parameters in work centr. Please advise how to display all parameters mentioned in work center in co11n screen.

1) For this you need to settings in OPK0
2) For ur confirmation profile double click it
3) Now under are selection for second option take 0310 ( activity 1 to activity 6 )
4) Now click on default tab, for all 6 services there should not be any ticks
5) then click on Preview, now system will show all 6 parameters
5) then save & back & execute CO11N, u can see 6 parameters

CO11N work center mandatory and without default

Dear guru,
i need to make work center mandatory in CO11N and without any default
from production routing.
I donu2019t want to use SHD0.
Do you suggest any exit to obtain this ?

I believe the user-exit which you should look at is:
CONFPP03 PP order conf.: Cust. specific check after op. selection
or
CONFPP05 PP order conf.: Customer specific enhancements when saving
Check with your abaper if the above can meet your need.

Hi, is it possible in CO11N Screen to change the workcenter as it is now gradeout. i want to keep wc field as amendable? pls advise the settings.

You cant change the work center for confimation time but you can enter new actual work ceter for that time of confirmation, pls change below configuration
To Check confirmation parameters (SPRO) OPK0
(Pls include Details area 0410 or 0420)

CO11N: how to perform confirmation entry authorization per work center

During production order confirmation entry authorization per work center is required however the standard authorization object for the confirmation Is only per plant and order type

Yes, you are correct..
There is no check for the workcenter, unlike for Network Orders..
But, you can use the User Exits:
CONFPP02 PP order conf.: Customer specific input checks 1
CONFPP03 PP order conf.: Cust. specific check after op. selection
CONFPP04 PP order conf.: Customer specific input checks 2
for your own chcks at the time of confirmation..
Take the help of your ABAPer..

Work Center displaying wrong in CO14 Transaction

Dear Experts
We are facing a Problem at time of Confirmation Through CO11N,Under work center field there are 2 fields Current to Confirm & Planned to Confirm,user is entering same Work Center in both fields,But when we save the confirmation & check in C014,we are seeing in Current to Confirm field some Other work center which is not there in Routing.
From where system is picking this work center.
I am not able to understand.
Is this a customisation issue,Or a Master data issue.

Planned to confirm work center is Production Order work center
Current to confirm work center is actual running work center (becase due to some reason for doing other work center)
To Check confirmation parameters (SPRO)
OPK0 (may be included Details area 0410 or 0420)

How to find the reporting for work center machine wise

My question is . In one work center machine capacity category 2 machines are used. Client is asking the report machine wise. i.e as 2 machines are available .What is the capacity utilisation for each machine.Provide me the information for this. Thanks in advance

Hi Kalyan
you have to make some settings in production order & work center first.
In work center capacity header ,you have to make indiovidual capacities as 2.
In the same capacity header screen by going through the menu Goto--->individual capacitities define these different individual machines.
In the production order operation detail screen goto " capacity reqmt assignment " assign the quantities for different work centers.
Adfter this in the confirmation CO11N you have to fill the split field accordingly& confirm different wortk centers seoperatley.
Then you can the report in the CO14 for diferent work centers.

[HELP] - CM21 Rescheduling work center.

Hello SAP Gurus,
I have a problem with transaction CM21 when I try to change an operation from work center to another. The scenario is:
     - WC01 (Work center)
        - CC01 (Cost center)
           - Activity A
           - Activity B
     - WC02
        - CC02
           - Activity C
           - Activity D
In my production order I have WC01 in the operation 0010, I release order and save. Then I go to CM21 and I schedule the operation 0010 to WC01 and save, until now everything is good.
I change my mind and I go to CM21 and I change from WC01 to WC02 and I save.
When I make the confirmation in CO11N for operation 0010 the system shows a message of wrong cost calculations because I have changed the original work center in the CM21, and the Cost Center and the Activities Types are not updated...
Little help please...

Dear,
Check whether the Standard Values used in WC 1 & WC 2 are alike, if there is any difference in the standard value unit of measure of WC1 & WC2 or any differences in the activity types UOM then it may cause some inconsistencies in the cost calculation leading to error.

When i tried to use co11n , the earning appearence :
You want to confirm a network/order of the order type FEN1. However, this order type is allocated to an order category whose confirmation is not intended in this transaction.
You try to confirm a network using a transaction intended for confirming production orders. Since networks and production orders are assigned to different order categories, the system issues an error message.
so i still can't use this tcode, do you have any?

Cost work center A to work center B

Dear All,
I must to modeling this situation:
I created an production order. In routing I used an work center A.
After I confirmed a half of quantity, I want to transfer the cost the work center A to and other work center B.
I want to keep the history u2018s confirmations on the work center A.
The first confirmation CO11N on the order 1 and work center A => Quantity 1 hrs.
Actually we transfer the cost by KB15N by at the level EOTP.
We want to push the cost down at the work center.
So we want this situation :
The first confirmation CO11N on the order 1 and work center A => Quantity 1 hrs.
The second confirmation on the order 1 and work center A=> Qauntity -1 hrs ( Itu2019s possible and how?)
The third confirmation CO11N on the order 2 and work center 2 => Quantity 1 hrs.

Hello,
The user clock in his time by CO11N, for example 2 hrs, on the posting date 2011.02.01 (on the project A).
After the cost transfer into CO.
At the end of the project, on the posting date 2011.06.01 , we want to transfer 1 hrs and the cost to an other project B.
I try two incorrects solutions :
- The first : I can't use the CAT5 by negative value.
- The second : The user don't want to modify or cancel the initial confirmation.
How can i to deduct one hour from the initial project to the second project, and i want to keep the information work center ?
Can you help me ?

In our process for each process (operation) there are more than one physical work center.
The assignment of the order to each work center is decided only at the time of operation execution.
How can we map this scenario?
Can we change the work center during the confirmation at operation level?

1) Yes , when you enter order number & operation number, system will pick the work center
from Prd order in CO11N
2) Now just change the work center as required, system will not stop you
3) coming to costs, Variance will be calculated for changed work center

Change work centre in CO11N

Hi,
In production order of 10 EA, I have two operations. operation 0010 on work centre T1, operation 0020 on work centre D1.Co11N is done for operation 0010 for 4 EA.
Now rest 6 Ea of first operation has to be done on work centre T2 ( because T1 is brokedown).
Pls help how to map this? Else is there any option to enter a new work centre( work centre T2) in CO11N screen during confirmation?

Hi,
As we know there is possibility in routing to have alternavtive sequence & parallel sequence along with standard sequence. But there will be one work center always associated to single operation. And as you explained, this change in work center for operation 0010 for 6 quantities was happened due to breakdown for work center T1.
For work around you can do one thing, for first 4 quantities do the confirmation as per planned work center i.e. T1 (as per routing data). Now go to change production order, change work center T2 from T1 for operation 0010. Now the confirmation for remaining 6 qauntities will happen against T2 work center.
Now whenever you fetch report for confirmation to that production order, it will always shown two confirmations for operation 0010 with 4 qty -T1 work center & 6 qty - T2 work center. I hope this will slove your problem. Coz change in work center was very uncertain due to breakdown, not a regular one. If it is regular, you can map with sequencing in routing.

HR assignment to Work center

Hi All,
I am having few queries with the above subject.
My customer is asking that he will assign persons(from HR) to the work centers. and based on the assignments done he want some functionality like
1. At the time of operation confirmation through CO11N in the person field only assigned persons(in Work center) should be available
2. At the time of capacity availability check system should check the person attached to work center only. e. g. suppose two persons for 8 hrs are assigned to work center then if order need 18 labor hours, in this case system should tell that capacity is not available. and then if third person added to Work center master then it will tell capacity is available.
Now my question is :
Whether above requirements are possible? if yes then please please tell me how to do?\

Well Work center is the main integration part for both PP and HR OK.
As your requirement is to maintain the responsible person for the work center follow the path:
1) SPRO -
> PRODUCTION -
> BASIC DATA -
> WORK CENTER -
> GENERAL DATA -
> DETERMINE PERSON
    RESPONSIBLE.
2) GO TO THE PARTICULAR WORK CENTER YOU ARE USING THROUGH T-CODE CR02 OR CR03 OK.
    THEN GO TO THE TAB CAPACITIES TAB DOWN THERE ARE PUSH BUTTONS THE VERY FIRST ONE IS CAPACITY BUTTON
    PRESS IT -
> YOU WILL GO TO CAPACITY HEADER SCREEN -
> ON THE TOP YOU CAN FIND PUSH BUTTON CALLED
    AVAILABLE CAPACITY PROFILE -
> ON THE TOP OF THE YOU CAN SEE A GRAPHIC PRESS IT THERE YOU CAN GET AN
    IDEA OK.
