Work docket for employee performance

Hi, is it possible to trace the machine used and hrs used by individual employee for particular time period? Is there any std report available for employee performnace in sap? pls help.

Hi,
Not sure about Employee performance report, but you can find it in COOIS with Operations & layout 000000000002 combination.
Here you can change the layout as per your requirement.
If it is not helpful to you then go for develop new report with ABAP person.

  • Work centres for employee of more than one plant

    Hello experts
I have a question regarding work centres. Our department is managing a pool of workers which consist of employee from more than one plant. Somebody had made experience concerning this issue?
Furthermore we have to manage external workers as capacity. How can I build up this in SAP?
    Best regards

    >
    > I confused plants with company code.
    >
This bit difficult for me to decide and say something.
Depends on the business requirement and business process and legal statuses it will be decided.
some time plans can also be company 'codes'.
if the management wants to differentiate plants in financial terms plants may become company codes.
    >
So we have employees of different company codes which get managed by one department manager. Is that possible to make one work center so that we are able to manage them together. Seems infeasible.  So we have to create for every company code one work center, but we never have an overview of our total workers...
    >
One thing you need to get clarified here. Company is a separate legal entity.
if you want one employee to work in different companies on different assignments you support use (MGE and CE concept)
    >
    > If he/she working in two different site we can manage the situation with dual reporting concept.
    > and with:
    > For cost center you can always use cost center split. while posting to FI/CO.
    >
Dual reporting is to manage the people.
Cost is for final analysis ( where employee work how much incured, how much profit/loss earned)

  • Employee performance management - enter objective on behlaf of employee

we use performance management plan for employees performance.
we have this case where we have lot of employees can not use the system .
we need a way to let their direct manager to enter their objectives in the objective setting phase.
and to finish their appraisal in the appraisal phase.
without the need for the employee to access the system

My Email Id is [email protected] .
    Regards,
    saumya

    Hi Rudhras
I don't uderstand why u use MYSAP ERP ESS support package since u using SAP R3 4.7 as backend.
I think it's diffrent from SAP R3 4.7 ESS coz it's used webdynpro
so download the Business Package for Employee Self-Service 4.6C - 4.7 50.4 version

  • E-Recruitment,Syncronization for Employee and Business Partner not working?

    hi there,
i itend to create a business partner for employee in SAP E RECRUITMENT but when i run the report HRALXSYNC for an employee, the result i am getting is total blank. I suppose there should be some errors if it is not working properly, but the the screen after running the report is total blank.
are any prior settings must me meet before the business partners can be created using HRALXSYNC?
    thanks you

    HI Ravi
Requirements to use the report are the activation of the integration for buisness partner. You could get details from sap note  550055.
You have to switch on the following keys in table T77S0  with  SM30:
    Group    Sem. ID
HRALX   HRAC           to  'X' for global HR-Integration
HRALX   OBPON        to "ON"  for activate the integration between organization object  and business partner
HRALX   PBPON         "ON"  for activation the integration between central perosn and business partner
    Hope this helps.
    Regards

  • Has the minimal (max performance) CD install worked well for you,or n

I'm just trying to get my system setup for the best performance possible. I found something interesting... there's only 2 more services that install when you go the full route vs. minimal (max performance) route. To be exact, it's these:
    DLLML.EXE (2 instances)
    VolPanel.exe
Now what's interesting to me, is in my previous testing... I found my performance DECREASED when I disabled all the Creative Labs services. It decreased in every benchmark I ran (3dMark 200-2006 and PCMark 2004-2005 benches).
Now I could test everything with each version... minimal(max performance) vs. full install... but that would be moot if people are having issues with the minimal (max performance) install. So, thanks for the feedback!

If it worked OK for you (max install vs. minimum performance install) please say it did. If not, then please say what was wrong.
    Thanks!

  • Increase the number of background work processes for data load performance

    Hi all,
There are 10 available background work processes in the BW system. We're doing some mass load to multiple ODS.But system uses only 3 background processes. How can i
increase the number of used background work processes for new data load.
I tried to change number of prosesses with RSODSO_SETTINGS. But no successes. Are there any other settings need to change?
    thanks,
    Yigit

    Hi sankar,
I entered the max proc. number into ROIDOCPRMS. But it doesn't make difference. System still uses only 3 of background processes. RSCUSTA2 is replaced with
RSODSO_SETTINGS in BI 7.0 and this trans. can only change the processes for data activation, SID generation and rollback. I need to change the process numbers for data extraction.

  • Workflow for Predefined Performance Management Process

    Hi All,
We are in process of implementing Predefined Performance Management to our client, as I know we donu2019t have workflow for predefined performance management, but I saw below thread:
Performance Management Process - Workflow between participants
Please give me more clarification about configuration of Workflow for PMP, we need e-mail notifications only when ever manager is going to do some status change like approve planning phase, reject planning phase etc.
We are expecting these notifications not through portal only employees e-mail account, can you tell me where the location of the configuration is?
    Thanks in advance.
    -Abhi

    Hi,
The pre-defined is not ment for changing by anyone. The template is generated and the settings are as is. You would need to go to the phap_catalog to change the template (but that option is disabled for PMP templates). Theoritically you would need to change the status flow tab and select the correct workflow there. The information workflow is standard delivered for use in the flexible one.
So, yes you probably are able with tricks to get it working in PMP but it is not supported by SAP.

How do I access websites that warn: "Firefox is NOT compatible with this application. For best performance, please use Internet Explorer 5.0 and above...."? When I try to download any alternate browser, all I get is another warning that the alternate is "not compatible with your operating system." Is Firefox preventing this? The site listed below is a job application site. I've had this same problem with other job application sites also.

There should be a User Agent Switcher menu item under Tools, which gives you the browser names you can impersonate.
The menu item name changes to the browser UA you are presently using.
There is also a User Agent Switcher button, you can add it using View -> Toolbars -> Customize, and dragging the button to your toolbar.
    See http://chrispederick.com/work/user-agent-switcher/features/ and http://chrispederick.com/work/user-agent-switcher/help/
You can just start trying IE versions (or the versions it says on the site) until it lets you in.

  • SharePoint Foundation 2013 - report / chart / Graph for Employee vacation.

In SharePoint Foundation 2013 I want to create a report / chart / Graph for Employee (Employee Id,Employee Name & Department) which will show month wise from which date to which date Employee are on vacation in particular department.
I'm thinking to create one List where where user will enter there vacation details and from that list report I will create chart / Graph Department wise to check the Employees availability.
Please provide some good example or idea in detail for this.

    Hi,
Chart Web Parts are useful for visually representing data in line charts, bar charts, and other views. Charts enable you and other users to view performance information at a glance.
In SharePoint 2013, chart web part is one of the discontinued features. We usually use Excel Service to replace it, however, Excel Service is only available in Enterprise edition, so we need to figure out coding methods or third party tool if you are using
    Foundation edition.
Here are some links for workaround in your situation, please check if they can be help:

  • Optimizing system for best performance/stability and a custom kernel

I have ArchLinux running on a MacBook 4.1 (early 2008), and it's running very well so far. But I would like to optimize it for best performance and stability (but not at the cost of losing 'graphical interface' quality). I want to compile a custom kernel, and I actually did once, but didn't do it well (and removed it), so I need some help from experts to tell me what should I disable or enable when compiling a custom kernel.
I will post dmesg and lspci (and rc.conf) here, but if you need any other information, please tell me.
    Thanks.

This might not help you a lot, but if you want a stable system, try using packages from the repo wherever possible, look at the news before you update your system and don't mess things up (like bad configuration etc.).
When it comes to performance, you won't gain much by compiling linux by yourself! Just use the linux package from [core] or if you want a bit more performance, install the ck-kernel from
    [repo-ck]
    Server = http://repo-ck.com/$arch
(this has to go to the bottom of /etc/pacman.conf)
(use that one which is best for your cpu (in your case this might be the package linux-ck-corex).
Hmmm, Linux-ck-corex doesn't even load.. I am now trying to install the generic one. Hope it works.
Edit: I will first try linux-lqx...

  • Set working directory for a single thread

    Hi there,
Well, there are already some threads about the "working directory" subject.
Here's a new variant: I need to have different working directorys for each thread.
I am currently enhancing an application to do some similar jobs multithreaded (but each one in a different working dir).
So far, I started n instances of the same application in n virtual machines in n shells with each one having a different working dir.
I think compared to the old way, doing it with multithreading is a good resource saving optimization...
Reading through the 'working directory' threads , I everywhere found the recommendation to do without the internal 'cd' and use absolute paths instead.
    The problem is:
Some of the lower level classes create directories and files in their constructors to make sure they exist when performing later actions.
If there is really no way other than using absolute paths, I would need to change many constructor's and method's signatures (from the creation of a Runnable Object all the way down to the creation of the mentioned classes).
So please, don't recommend me to use absolute paths if there's a trick to do a 'cd'.
Of course, if there is really no way to do a 'cd' for a thread, this would be bad luck...
    Hoping for help
    Markus

    Hi,
Reading those threads, I was not sure if the conclusion is "I can not" or "I should not" (maybe because its very difficult or it may have side effects or whatever).
The scenario I described is true, but it was also meant to prevent people from saying "you should not" too easily.
But if the conclusion is "I can not", it seems I will have to do numerous changes. Bad luck for me.
    Anyway, Thanx.

  • Imail dates into ical - Not working well for me

I thought one of the new imail features in Lion was that you can click on a date in an email and it will create an event in ical.  But every time Ive tried it, it doesnt seem to recognize the correct date.  It recognizes the time but tries to put the ical event on todays date - not the date of the event...(whether it says something like tomorrow or the 17th --- and it's happened with emails Ive gotten from Apple addresses!)...  So Im wondering how it's supposed to work?  Because even when it tries to create an event, it gives me a chance to edit, but I dont seem to be able to edit the date...so its been useless.  It gives me the ability to edit the name of the event but not the date.
Is this working smoothly for other people?  Any suggestions?
The latest example was an email from an Apple employee that said "I can meet with you at 12pm on the 17th."  or "will see you at the workshop at 11am"

I have a similar problem, except in my case when I click on "add to ical" nothing happens - nothing shows up in i cal.  This function worked perfectly OK in Snow Leopard.

  • Does Apple have any plans on making an Iphone app to control Logic Pro like Motu has done for Digital performer? They make it for free which is a HUGE plus!

i was wondering if Apple has any intentions on making an Iphone/Ipad app to remotely control Logic like Motu has for Digital performer. Motu has it available for free which is a huge plus but Id be willing to pay for one if Apple came out with one of its own.Im a little mift as to why it hasnt been done, Im sure they are capable of it.

I've been using Touch.OSC, from Hexler. It is not created by Apple but works like a charm on Logic. I've been using the app for over a year both on my iPad and my iPhone. Check the app on Hexler @ http://hexler.net/software/touchosc. Another app (which I still haven't tried) is lpTouch. You can get more info at http://www.delora.com/delora_products/lptouch/lptouch.html. Both are sold at App Store for $ 4.99. Yeah, it would be cool if Apple included its own iPad/iPhone app to control LogicPro on a future update... but for the stick price of the apps I've mentioned you might have a good 'bang for the buck".
