Table Relation with Payment and Invoice of Vendor

Hi all,
     I have one question about Table Relation with Payment and Invoice of Vendor.
     the scenario is.
     2 Purchase Order number : 100000001/100000002
     1 Invoice document number : 200000001 which include 2 Purchase Order.
     1 Payment document number : 300000001
     How should I found out table relation from Payment document number - Invoice document number - Purchase Order number. ?
      I try to link the following table, but it does not work.
      RBKP     *     Invoice Receipt
      RSEG     *     Invoice Receipt document line item
      BKPF     *     Accounting Document Header
BSEG     *     Accounting Document Segment
PAYR          Payment Medium File
BSIK          Accounting: Secondary Index for Vendors
BSAK          Accounting: Secondary Index for Vendors (Cleared Items)

Does any one know about it ?

Thnx a lot for the reply. This has almost solved my problem, however there's one thing left. when I'm trying to take a print out after exporting the info into an excel sheet, the information really looks scattered, i.e., is there a way where we can go ahead and get the info in a rather unscattered manner.
I've tried to take a print directly without actually transferring the info into an excel sheet, then each of the vendor is printed in a separate page, which again they feel is a problem.
So, if you have an idea pls suggest.

Hi Reena,
Then main pricing related tables are KONH header details, and KONP item details.
The other tables your have mentioned like A601,A609.............. all these are condition tables, which stored the values which you save for access sequence combination.
Eg : For condition type PR00, lets us assume one key combination customer/material, so these details will be saved in condition table which is initially generated with fields as a part of condition techinque.
So here the table would be A005 i guess or its A006.
So like wise there will be condition tables for each key combination.

Let me to tell you something to find out the tables referred in a datasource.
Execute your datasource in RSA3 in Debug mode. This will give you the details of the tables used by that datasource.

Using attachments in work-flow and creating custom text with key values

Hi,
I have 2 simple requirements.
1. how to attach a tcode or trigger method of business object for work-flow item. The user should be able to navigate to transaction to see data before approval or rejection.
2. I have created custom task for long text that will be displayed in the SAP inbox. How do I provide key values in this long text. I was able to do in the subject line using Substitution parameters(&Name1& etc..)

I did the same thing. see details.
Created Workitem and attached a task "TS92500097". in the task, I mentioned Business Object and method to be called. I have set the binding also for this business object. the method I am calling is nothing but just "display" which is using call transaction. 2 problems here.
1. How do I show this "BusinessObject.Display" as an attachment or link in the mail.
2. how do I assign key values during exection of this attachment or link.

With this I got an understanding that all the data related to functions of SAP CRM (i.e BP, Org Model, Product, Transactions etc..) are stored in various tables and logically linked for easy access, update and retrieval of data for the consultants whenever required.
Pls correct if my understanding is wrong.
Coming to the linking of these tables or relationships,
Whether does a consultant need to manually link the tables? or is it done automatically in the SAP system depending upon the type of function used?

Hi, workflow definitions can be done using wft files (that is: not working directly on the database, but on independent files). A suggested way of working with Applications workflows is to have an administrator save the definitions to a filesystem file, then work on them, and only after the work is finished upload them to the database. Working this way, you don't have to give apps account access to developers.

Workflow:
Purpose
SAP Business Workflow can be used to define business processes that are not yet mapped in the R/3 System. These may be simple release or approval procedures, or more complex business processes such as creating a material master and the associated coordination of the departments involved. SAP Business Workflow is particularly suitable for situations in which work processes have to be run through repeatedly, or situations in which the business process requires the involvement of a large number of agents in a specific sequence.
You can also use SAP Business Workflow to respond to errors and exceptions in other, existing business processes. You can start a workflow when predefined events occur, for example an event can be triggered if particular errors are found during an automatic check.
SAP provides several workflows that map predefined business processes. These workflows do not require much implementation. For an overview of these SAP workflows, refer to Workflow Scenarios in Applications.
Integration
SAP Business Workflow uses the existing transactions and functions of the R/3 System and does not change the functions. You can combine the existing functions of the R/3 System to form new business processes with SAP Business Workflow. The workflow system takes over control of the business processes. If you are already using SAP Organizational Management, you can use the organizational structure created there to have the relevant agents carry out the individual activities. It is possible to have an activity carried out by a position. This ensures that the respective occupiers of the position can carry out the individual activities during execution of the workflow. This means that personnel changes in your organization are taken into account immediately in the execution of a workflow.

SAP Business Workflow provides a number of tools for defining and analyzing workflows as well as for monitoring operation.
The Workflow Builder is for displaying and making changes to workflows. You can make small extensions directly to the original workflows supplied by SAP, such as carrying out your own agent assignments or changing deadline monitoring.
There are several Workflow Wizards to support you in the definition of workflows, with which you can create specific parts of a workflow. The Workflow Wizard Explorer gives you an overview of the existing Workflow Wizards.

I would wonder if you could use SE11 and SE16 for getting information on table relations.
You can use e.g. SQVI to create queries and you can set the link between tables (define the relation of them).

Automator work flow and iTunes

I want to creat a automator work flow to start itune at a specified time daily and ply the songs in the specified playlist for an hour and then stop.
In the automator actions I found "Find iTunes Playlist" and Start iTunes Playing". But the other bits to do the full sequence that I need are missing.
Please help me how to go about it.

Hi,
Here's one way.
In Automator, create a Calendar Alarm. This will have two actions from the Music library.
The first will be "Get Specified iTunes items". Click the Add... button in the action pane and specify your playlist.
The second action will be "Play iTunes playlist". You don't need to modify this, just make sure it's second in the workflow.
Save and close this Calendar Alarm, calling it something like "Play my Playlist". Calendar will activate and will create a new calendar called "Automator" if it doesn't already exist.
In Calendar, schedule this Alarm for every day at waking-up time.
Go back to Automator and create a second Calendar Alarm. This will have a single action, "Run AppleScript" from the Utilities library. Delete all the text in the action ("On run... yadda yadda... End run"). Type in a single line:
tell application "iTunes" to quit
Save this Alarm, calling it something like "Stop iTunes", and again you'll be taken to Calendar. Schedule the Stop iTunes alarm daily to run an hour after the first alarm.

Doubt in export, import and table para when creating Function Module

Dear fellow ABAPers,
I have a doubt in defining export, import and table parameter while creating a function module.
I am calling a function module inside a user exit. Now in the user exit the SAP fills an internal table called i_lfa1 with all the data user has eneterd.
Now I want to pass this whole internal table to function module and the perform some checks on the values of internal table.
After that function module fills an error structure with values depending on some check.
1)
How do I pass this internal table to function module ?
When I am creating function module in se37 where do I define this iternal table type ? Is it in Import or Table parameter during function module creation?
2)
Where do I define error structure type (which is returned by function module to main program)? Is it in Export or table parameter during function module creation?
Please clear my doubt..

   I assume u are creating your own Y/Z FM.
   Pass it thru TABLES parameter.
2. When I am creating function module in se37 where do I define this iternal table type
   Define this in TABLES interface.
   What Type ?
   THE SAME TYPE WHICH HAS BEEN DEFINED
    WHILE PASSING IN THE USER-EXIT FUNCTION MODULE.
   IF U SEE THE FM OF THE USER-EXIT,
   U WILL COME TO KNOW.

Define it in TABLES interace. (not in export, import)
(Since what u are going to return is an internal table)
U can take for eg. BDCMSGCOLL.
OR u can create your own Y/Z structure
for the same purpose.
(or u can use the structure type T100)
