Oracle Work Flow Mailer configuration to use O365 mailbox

Our mailboxes are now in O365 and we would now like to configure our Oracle 11g to use work flow mailer with Office 365 mailbox configuration. There has to be someone that has done this successfully that can share your configuration. Have not had too much
luck with support calls on both ends. I only found one other post in the Office 365 community and it did not give me enough info. to move forward.
We use the SMTP of the oracle server but the IMAP configuration using outlook.office365.com for incoming on port 993 has not been successful. Anyone have any ideas or has done this successfully that can share? Do we need SSL certificate configuration
on the Oracle side?

Work Flow Manger Configuration Wizard

Hi,
Im getting an error while configuring Work Flow Manager, Snap shot of an issue has been attached and also error log has been mentioned below.
[Error] [12/5/2014 5:09:21 PM]: System.Management.Automation.CmdletInvocationException: The token provider was unable to provide a security token while accessing 'https://<ServerName>:9355/WorkflowDefaultNamespace/$STS/Windows/'. Token provider returned
message: '<HEAD><TITLE>Tunnel or SSL Forbidden</TITLE></HEAD>

While using the configuration wizard, did you tick the checkbox to open the FW Ports automatically for all the default ports mentioned in the configuration wizard. And it is worth checking that those default ports mentioned in configuration wizard are not
in use. You can verify this in FW Settings of the server.
Also make sure that setup account is the administrator on the server.

PO RESPONSE WORK FLOW - SRM SUS

Dear friends
We are confirming PO items from SUS , The XMl message generated fails in ebp with following error -
Exception occurredE:BBP_WFL:012 -No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator
We have activated event linakges for following workflow -
AppPCO_1stp 14500019
and also for -
AppPCO_0step 14500001
When a buyer also tries to create a PO response in EBP without changing any quantity it gets created successfully.
But When the byuer changes some quantity and submits a PO response even he gits the same error - No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator
please help me with your valuble solution\

We have resolved this problem by doing the following
1. we have deactivated wf 14500007 where email maintaining to the user is mandatory.Due to this
2. we have activated WF 14500019 where user email id not mandatory.
now it is working fine

Problem in work flow Rule 157

Hello experts ,
Created organization
Company
Hod of department    user-mgr01                        -- level 1
                         Manager             user-mgr03          level 2
                                     Employee 01        user-Emp01      level 3
                              Employee 02        user-emp02       level 3
                                         Employee 03        user-emp03       level 3
In work flow I put two decision Step
1 for manager approval    here I used rule 00000168.
2 for hod approval           here I used rule 00000157.
After manager approved workitem should go to hod . this my scenario
employee 03   Trigger the workflow based on the rule 00000168 workitem will go to manager
It's working fine .
After manager approved
Next decision step will executed
Work Item should go to superior of ( Manager ) that is Hod of department, here I am using rule 157.
but it would go to manager.
How to solve .

here we should not assign any hard coded values like position id, organisation id . but the workitem will go to his superior based on the organisation structure .
i did small mistake ,ok it is working in workflow . when i run the workflow seperately
i am executing the workflow through web dynpro abap ,
it getting started and working fine upto manager approvel .
but HOD approval decision step was not executed .here ( i am using rule 157 ) after approved manager .
but i specific organisation id instead of using rule 157 in HOD approver decision step of workflow .
it is working in uwl .
i want to use rule 157 in decision step of HOD
but it is not working in UWL . what should i change

Configuring work flow steps

Hi,
SAP hr erp 2004, and for a leave request we currently have an n step workflow, but we want to configure it to one step.
Can anyone let me know as to how can we make that configuration, from n step approval to one step approval?
Hint: We are trying to configure it for leave request approval in the ESS application

i dont have much knowledge in terms of real estate module but in workflow i can help you, the abap may get involved in trigerring of worklflow, you can write down backend codes for trigerring the workflows stating the condition, as you said if it is less than 50 you call workflow with the initator as an approver and if it is more than 50 send it to the manager and for esclating the task after 2 days you can use deadlin emonitoring in your workflow and define the required tasks to happen. again for sending email to the manager's manager you will need to get the email id of the that particular person before trigerring the workflow and pass it to the container of the workflow to be used in case if the deadline monitoring becomes active.

You will find scenario specific config guides for EBP40. Download the config guide for self-service procurement and gothrough workflow configuration section. This is still the same in SRM50 also.

Hi,
Once gone thru all those documents u need to folloe these steps.
U need to configure the SLD and techinical system if it is properly conneted then your work is easy.
Then you have to go and crete the create the JCo Destination systems.
After you can urilize the created JCO in your application.
When you create the create the model you need to give the model names and Jco names and give the r/3 system details and get your function module from the R/3 side before need to make your fnmodule as Remote enabled and give the authrization roles.
Then you can get the Ur fn module into webdynpro.

Need clarification ,is work flow configuration & custmization T.Codes in srm same as in r/3.
For example:Starting condition defining in srm is through SPRO>SRM>SRM server>Cross appl basic settings>sap business work flow
And in R/3 it is through T.Code PFTC
