Work item display for step : Deadline Missed

Hi,
Parked invoices for one of the vendor is not triggering the work item in the workflow inbox.
But the status is showing as complete. Appreciate if provide guidance how to analyse the issue.
The message is read as below:
Deadline Missed: Invoice# 5106117758 PO# 4567819 Vendor# 10300

"i looked in SWI1 to see who processed it. But it is not showing any parituclar agent name. "
Maybe nobody has process it, which is why it went overdue and passed the deadline.
If it's a dialog task and it's completed then there must be an agent attached to it.
Look in the workflow builder to see how the deadline is set up for that step. It could be that it just issues a notification.

    For having a tab in the workitem dispaly you need to use screen painter for the same, go to txn SE 51 and build a custom screen with the tabs, once your screen is active then call the same screen in the workitem preview tab of task or a much better option that i feel is calling the screen in a task and assigning the task itself as an activity in the workflow.

  • Change in Work item Text for Approval Workflow WS14000133

    Hi,
    I need to change the work item text for Shopping Cart Approval Workflow WS14000133.
    I have created an Attribute in Business Object BUS2121 and called the same attribute in work item text.
    In PFTC -> Redefine Work item text - > and i have defined the work item text as well called the attribute from the container.
    what  the problem over here is - when I am passing the attribute in the work item text in the task, I am unable to see the work item text with the Dynamic Attribute but I am able to see the work item alone (not with the Dynamic attribut)
    But when i debug the workflow from SWI1 then i can see the dynamic attribute in the Container of the workflow but nt in the approver's inbox in portal..
    Can you please tell me - that why is this a strange behaviour that i can see the Dynamic attributed created initially in the workflow container of the Business Object but nt in the Approvers inbox either in Backend nor in the front end...

  • Multiple line item display for PAYMENT ADVISE form(script) using F110 tcode

    Dear All,
    I am currently working on PAYMENT ADVISE script ( form ) - for which i have copied the
    form F110_IN_AVIS to zform.
    I am executing the form for output through executing Tcode - F110.
    The output works for single line item entry of vendor line items - but doesnot support
    for muliple line items.
    I have checked the standard program - RFFOUS_C - which has include - RFFORI06 for remittance advice -which supports for single line item display.
    Kindly advise me for the soultion of the same.

    we experienced the same problems (mass printing smarforms F110), we would like to use one time F110, and generates all the spool, for all the line items.

  • Work items creating for GoodsMovement IDOCS

    Hi Friends,
    We have IDOC to File and File to IDOC scenario, we are able to post GRN files  into SAP successfully, but for some idocs , work items are creating  for some line items where there is error . After analysis we have come to know that there is some error in article or price is missing.
    what i would like to know is instead of creating idoc for some items success and some with work items ,can we restrict if there is error in any line item.
    for example:
    let us say if i have one  GRN file with 10 line items.when i post this File into SAP .. It post 7 items as success and for 3 items it creates workitems.
    1) Is there anyway i can restrict the entire idoc , instead of posting 7 items once and after re-processing 3 items in second one.?
    2) how to avoid creating work items?
    one more thing I have created a backgrounduser for PI while posting to SAP. Some articles are showing as article is locked by piuser.
    can anyone suggest how to overcome this..

    What is the Message type / IDOC type your are using? You should be able to create one single IDOC with multiple line items instead of one IDOC for each item, provided the header information for the material document is the same for all the line items. In most cases this is possible.
    Check your mapping in XI and see if you can club all the items in one single IDOC. Doing so will also prevent the material locked issue. But, point to note with this design is that you will be penalizing good records in your file just because one line item was in error.

  • Customer number needed in "GL a/c line item display" for customer gl?

    Hi SAP Experts,
    while running GL account line item display in FBL3N,customer number is not displaying against the gl accounts relating to customer reconcilation account or the gls relating to the customer line item entry.my clients need that in either ASSIGNMENT field(where presently showing the document entry date as defult) or in a different column.for that he even does not want to write any report.
    How can i solve this problem?
    Plz guide me.

    Check If you are using the G/L account which is the reconciliation account for your customer, then it is possible to display the special field1-U_KUNNR and it is ALSO possible to add Sort Key 031 into the Assignment field of that account in FS00 tab Control Data and therefore to display your 'Customer no.' in the Assigment field in FBL3N.
    If you are using the G/L account which is the offsetting entry or the other side of the posting, then it is NOT possible to display your 'Customer no.' neither in the Assignment field, nor adding the
    special field 1-U_KUNNR to the display. At this stage, notes 112312 and 217189 may be of use, which enable you to use a Business Transaction Event to populate offsetting account information.

  • Line item display for Segment Clearing GL account

    In my scenario, document splitting is activated and zero balance is set for profit centre and segment.  I have assigned a GL account for automatic posting for segment clearance for posting.  I have posted few transactions and the document shows the posting happened to this Segment Clearing account.  However, when I want to view the line items posted in this account, system does not show the line items eventhough this GL is set up with line item display.

    Thanks for the reply.  But using this tcode also, it is not possible to display the line items.  I reproduce the message issued by the system while I am trying to view the line items of this particular account:
    "Error message issued because line item display cannot read data for an account in a ledger if line items exist partially in the entry view together with clearing items for which there are no line items. In such cases, only the data with line items would be selected."

  • Additional fields for line item display for Vendor Accounts

    The additional fields for line item display have been defined for the vendor accounts. I am able to see the additional fields in SAP 4.7 system but not in ECC 6.0.
    Could you help me to know how the same will be displayed in ECC 6.0 system.

    In SPRO, Vendor Accounts -> Line Items -> Display Line Items -> Define Additional fields for Line item display, the fields for Check number from (PAYR-CHECF) and Tax Jurisdiction (BSEG-TXJCD) have been defined.
    When I am executing Vendor Line Item display (FBL1N), I am not able to select these fields for defining a layout. Could you please let me know, how I will get these fields in FBL1N.

  • No work item found for workflow WS14000109 Urgent

    Hi,
    I am using Extended classic scenario, I have created a PO in SRM having a PO value of 100000 INR and the work flow which is triggered is WS14000109 i.e. spending limit worlflow.
    My approval limit is 25000 INR and I have three approver
    Approver A has approval limit 50000 INR
    Approver B has approval limit 75000 INR
    Approver C has approval limit 12500 INR
    Now the problem is that the PO has the status " Awaiting Approval" and when I checked the PO in transaction BBP_PD, I got the  message that no work item is found for all the three approver.
    I am not able to understand why the workitem is not being sent to appover A and later on to B and C
    Please help me out as this is really urgent

    You approval workflow task should be a general task.
    Make it a general task and you will work items flying around.

    Hi All,
    I am trying to find a workflow that ran on 9/3/09.  What is easiest way to find the particular workflow ID if I only have a container value to tie to the workflow?  Is there a WF table or transaction that I can use to search for work items on a particular day with a specific container value?

    Hi,
    If you know the value of key elemnt of your BOR then you can use SWI6 tcode.
    Here you have to enter the object name, object key, slection variant as All instances and selection period as All.
    Example : my object is BUS2012 and iknow the object key : 4500002345 then in SWI6 you will definitely get it.

    Dear All,
    Following Workitem which is created from Leave workflow is appearing commonly to all users.
    there approx. 200 Workitems as HR Administrator: Check Request Data with R/3 Data
    As SAP suggested , we have removed the binding in Administrator Check Task. wast that  the problem ?
    When I check the table SWWUSERWI, all these workitems are not there.
    From where system picking up these administrator Check workitems and what will be the solution ?

    SAP is suggesting to apply the Note - 779075.
    Note says-
    The application "LeaveRequestAdmin" is not released. Use transaction
    SWFVISU to delete the following entry:
    TS12300104 WebDynpro Java
    APPLICATION LeaveRequestAdmin
    PACKAGE sap.com/ess~lea
    You must then register the work items again. For more information about
    registering work items, see the UWL documentation.
    Rule binding for 60100010   HRA dmin is removed. But Terminate if RUle Resolution wiout result is ticked.
    How to Register the workitem again ?

  • SC in Awaiting Approval but no work item found for SC

    Hi
    We are in SRM 5.5 Extended Classic Scenario will item-based approval workflow for SC.
    A requestor has created a SC which requires several steps of approval.
    The shopping cart has status 'awaiting approval' but when we check via BBP_PD system gives 'No workflow item found .
    Why this occurs is already strange we have lots of SC every day and workflow item is created properly.
    But 2nd question is if there is a solution available to retrigger / restart the workflow for this SC ?
    Any help would be appreciated

    I already had tried to execute the RFSEPA01 but it shows RUNTIME ERROR ..Somebody knows a program to equal these .

  • G/L Account line item display-text column data missing-t-code faglb03

    Dear friends,
    MY client requirement like below,
    In the GR/IR Clg account no.xxxxxxxxx. the bill no was displayed in the text column. Hence we can compare the debit entry wrt to the credit entry so that the left out credit entries can be traced and booked. The vendor code was displayed against the invoice no.before upgradation. 
    But now After upgradation this facility is not available.text column data not fletching, If the text [i.e invoice no. } is not available how can we identify which vendor bill was not posted or booked. Which was in this ledger before upgradation.
    kindly help me out to sort out this issue.

    initial screen
    Double click on on Accumulated field then it will display you the line item
    Text column is displaying at line item
    kindly check the Layout if still it does not showing there
    then add this field in below Tcode then it will display
    Tcode:  OBVU
    Table : Bseg
    Field name : SGTXT
    and save it
