Work network causing me to not be able to get to the home screen or access any icons besides mail, calendar, contacts or internet

I got a new phone that worked fine. It was then put on the Blackberry server and then my IT group added my work email. As soon as that happened, I am not able to advance back to the home screen that has all the icons. I can only get to the screen that has the mail, text, contacts, calendar and internet icons. I should be able to go back one more screen but it wont. I went back to Sprint and they thought it was something wrong with the phone so they exchanged it. I then went back to my IT group who went through the steps to add my work e-mail and the same thing happened. I just haven't had a chance to go back to Sprint to let them fix. I had my work IT look at it and they couldn't figure it out but said that has been a common problem with these? Is that true? How can I get fixed?

Hello RussellTA. I udnerstand you're unable to print from IE 9 and IE 10.
Those errors seem to be referring to some Java or Javascript files (those with the extension of *.JS). So a good place to begin would be to update Java.

That's an ongoing problem with this recent version of iPhoto as you can see from the topics at the right under "More Like This". The workaround that works for all is to export the photos to a folder on the Desktop and upload to Facebook with your browser until a fix is found.

I have used Firefox for 3 years on all my computers. However, Firefox 5 on my Windows 7 64-bit laptop locks up. I want to uninstall it and use an earlier version. Also, the "key' in the address bar to 'remember the password' for this site will NOT behave! No matter what I do, it continues to crop up. I dislike Firefox 5 because it is causing me delays, using up my time with constant problems. What previous version do you recommend I use?

I have not been able to get to the Firefox Sync setup page. I can't find the right Firefox button to push. A number of buttons and Can't see "Set Up Sync"

I have tried to find the page where I can click on the Firefox button and get to the "Set Up Sync" page. I have tried every Firefox home page and web page I can find and there is no button that gets me to the "Set Up Sync" page. Please help me. I just want to set up the Sync page on a number of computers I own.

My I mac 27 late 2009 will not start up I get to the grey screen with the mouse cursor but it stays that way. if I press shift during the boot i works into safe mode. any idea?

It gets to the grey screen and the mouse point sometime show up but noting more.

- Try another cable
- Try on another computer

Using Safari? Safari/Preferences/Advanced - enable the Develop menu, then go there and Empty Caches. Quit/reopen Safari and test. Then try Safari/History/Show History and delete all history items. Quit/reopen Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History and Web Site Data. The down side is it clears all cookies.Doing this may cause some sites to no longer recognize your computer as one that has visited the web site.
Try another browser as a test.

If not, you should always do so*:

You never know when a hard drive or a directory might go bad. Having a bootable clone is a must.
That link also shows you some tools you can use to recover data.
If you aren't backed up, try buying those tools first, before attempting to repair the directory.
