Work scheduling view

Hi,
In production order, basic dates are coming what we are maintaining as in house production time in material master.
I want to maintain basic dates as per the quantity.
Ex: To produce 100 pc, in house prod. time will be 5 days. And if the order quantity is 200 pcs then basic dates should show 10 days.
In work scheduling view, I maintain base quantity and in house prod. Time. When I run MRP for order quantity of 200, basic dates shows 5 days only.
What is the purpose of having base quantity, in house prod. Timeu2026 in work scheduling view?
Regards / US

Dear,
Your master date is correct. Go to OPU3. In scheduling - Adjust Dates Set 2 Donot adjust basic dates, dep req to operation dates.
It Determines if and how the basic dates or the dependent requirements dates are adjusted during lead time scheduling. You can customize this in OPU3 for planned order & OPU5 for Production Order.

  • Change/ removal of Unit of Issue in Material master Work scheduling view

    Hi,
Is there a way to remove Unit of Issue from Work scheduling view? it is giving error message as "this is being used in BOM". Even if we put deletion indicator also it is showing same error message.
    Regards,
    R. Srinivasan

Do a CS15 for the material in question and make sure you go in the BOM and select the material and click on delete/remove you can then do this.
I have tested it and it works.

  • Work scheduling view-material master

Hi, wht is meant by lot size depenedent parameters and lot size independent parametrs? how to use that data in manufacturing industry? pls advise.

    Dear Yadav,
case1: If you have maintained the Inhouse production time for any product in the MRP2 view, this get's automatically reflected
in Work scheduling view as lot size independent Inhouse production time.
At this point if basic scheduling is carried out during MRP then the date calculation will be based upon this number of days
    irrespective of the order quantity.
case2:Once after maintaining the operation timings in the routing, you can update the same using CA97,for the relevant task list
type ,group and group counter no and include the check box for update material master directly, you can find the timings
maintained on hour basis in the setup, processing and inter operation (This calculation is based on the timings maintained in the
routing and also your work center capacity details, like the number of hours this capacity will be available for a day).
Once after performing this, even if you have maintained the inhouse production time in days, that value gets removed.
This time will be considered for basic scheduling purpose during MRP.
So in my understanding this will be helpful during the scheduling purpose for the date calculation.
Check and revert back with your further queries.

    hi,
my require ment is work scheduling . u see in material master work scheduling view is here . when i will create the production order . where we will see the work scheduling view . pl tell me entire procedure.
    thanks

    Hi,
You will not be seeing work sheduling view in production order. But work sheduling details are used and available in production order at different places.
Explore/click through the following tabs of production order:
    A) Assignment tab:  You can find Production scheduler
    B) Goods receipt tab: Tolerances:Underdelivery, Overdelivery, Unlimited delivery can be found
    C) Control data tab : You can find Production scheduling profile
    Hope this clarifies you.

  • How can we configure in MSS to view Employee work schedule?

    Hi,
How can we configure in MSS to view Employee work schedule?
    Regards,
    Poornima

    Hi,
Can you please tell me what is your exact requirement?....
I think in the standard MSS package there is an iview for viewing the workschedule related information like Hours/day, Hrs/week, hrs/month and hrs/year for a position.
However, if you want to view the workschedule for employee, it can easily be configured through the OADP.
You can create a custom Function module for fetching the workschedule for each employee and after creating a custom column, add it to any data view.
    Thanks,
    Pinki

  • Scheduled view in Reminders app not working

I have no problem with syncing my ios reminders and mac reminders via icloud. however, when i go to the "scheduled" tab in the ios app, nothing appears.  even though I have items scheduled for today they do not show up there.  Plus, the app freezes up when i open the scheduled tab.  what is going on?

I have had this problem since December 2013 or January 2014.  Here's what my screen looks like when I press the clock to access the Scheduled view.  It locks up too, so I have to force close the app and reopen it for it to work again.  It clearly recognizes that I have due dates for "43 items" but they don't show up.

  • Screen exit in MM01(VIEWS : Purchasing, MRP1, Work Scheduling, and Costing)

    Hi All,
I have one requirement like I need to add one custom field in all views where the Plant-specific material status is available. i. e Views names are: Purchasing, MRP1, Work Scheduling, and Costing 1.
The location of the new custom field is below the section that contains the Plant-Specific material status field. in above Views.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Amjad.

    Hi,
Adding customer fields to MM01 screens involves customising.
Go To SPRO>Logistics General->Configuring the Material Master.
Here you will find a step-by-step guide with an example in the documentation as to how to add field on a screen on the Material Master.

  • How can I view someone's specific work schedule within outlook 2010 if their calendar is shared?

I would like to be able to do the following
    1) access different user's calendars
    2) see their specific work schedule
    3) possibly add appointments
    4) Also some users have different schedules on different days. How can this be entered?
    Thank you.
    Aline Vida

You need the appropriate permissions, but assuming you do have permission, go to Calendar module. Right click on Other Calendars group name (or any group name) and choose Add Calendar, find the person's name and open their calendar. This will open it in
your outlook and add it to your calendar navigation bar.

  • Appointment Details are not shown in Outlook 2013 Calendar Schedule View

In Outlook 2013 Calendar one has got five standard views to view appointments and meetings:
Day, Work Week, Week, Month and Schedule view.
When hovering with the mouse over an appointment the details are shown in Day, Work Week, Week and Month view but
    not in Schedule view.
Is there any configuration setting to turn this feature on in Schedule view?
    Remarks:
    - In Outlook 2010 this problem does not occur.
    - Within the scheduling assistant, the details are shown in Outlook 2013 when hovering with the mouse.

    Hi,
I tested on my Outlook 2013 and got the same result. When hovering over an appointment, the details are shown in Day, Work Week, Week, Month, but it's not shown in Schedule View.
I haven't found such a setting to change this, it seems to be a product limitation so far.

  • Looking for an app that is easy to create a work schedule on PC and download to phone.

We have a small group of managers who have blackberry's and were wondering if there is an app that would allow us to easily download our individual schedules to our phones.  We currently use excel to create the work schedule and even though we can view it through email it would be nice be able to plug it in with our calendars.  Any help would be Great!

Are you all using BES or BIS? If you're not on a BES then you can use a program called Google Sync. If you all have a gmail account you can use this program to wirelessly sync between your BlackBerry calendar and Gmail calendar. Read more about it here
