TarekWere you able to find a solution to this issue? I am having the same problem, different patch. I have 8 failed workers, all with the same error. Different jar files. I can only think that I have some issue with java on my server.

Patch 3480000 install - Failed worker because of GL locking
I am in the process of installing Patch 3480000 (11.5.10.2) and during the running workers fail on sql scripts under the GL schema. Checking the log they are failing because the account is locked(timed), however if I unlock it and run again it locks the account again.
All the other ones have been running as they should (I have had to reset a couple from EXPIRED(GRACE) to proceed however). Is the password saved incorrectly somewhere? If I change it does that hose things up for everything else or is there something else I can check for this?
(glxlatxd.sql & glqtposd.sql are the two failing if it matters)
Thanks
Edited by: Toolman21 on Jan 22, 2010 3:30 PMIf I drop the sequence and create it again with the higher values as they are trying to alter it to, I assume that would fix it however I also assume that it would mess up some number or something somewhere in the program which is of course bad.
I have continued to search metalink and the internet and can not find anything relating to oracle patches and that error or that error and oracle app sever in general.
I have logged an SR with Oracle but any advice that you (or anyone) have would be appreciated.

Looks like I should not apply this patch, it assume the version of 11.2.0.2, I am on 11.2.0.1.
What took me off a little was this statement me in the BUG:12317756 - DBCONSOLE PERFORMANCE PAGE NO LONGER DISPLAYS ON LINUX
"it used to work in previous versions including 11.2.0.1"
and this is not true for me - I have 11.2.0.1. and it is not working - the graph can not be displayed.
So I guess I am back to the original question I was asking about in my other post. Let me see if other 2 Notes you provided will take me to any other patch
Thank you

ACR 8.4 CC RC install fails with AAM message 'patch not applicable'
ACR 8.4 CC RC install fails with AAM message 'patch not applicable' - Running Photoshop CC on OSX 10.7.5
Anyone seen this or have any ideas for a fix?
I also have my legacy CS6 installed on the same Mac - tried installing ACR 8.4 CS6 RC and that fails with the same dialogue box from AAM
The DNG converter installs no issue.
Thx
Chris.Do you have some other software, like Photoshop Elements 12 on your system that would generally also be compatible with ACR 8.4 final but isn’t compatible with the RC because the RC’s only for PS users?
I installed the RC the same day it was released on my computer that has PS-CS6 & PS-CC with Windows 7 and it worked ok, so the update generally works, but something isn’t on your systems.
Are you up-to-date with your PS-CC version, which seems to be 14.2.1:
http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2014/02/photoshop-cc-14-1-1-update-now-available.html
And is CS6 updated to 13.0.6?

Patch: CSCun25809, AnyConnect Password Management Fails with SMS Passcode for ASA 5520
Will this patch be installed in a version which I can use on ASA5520, if I understand the documentation correct, this patch is only installed in versions which are running on -X models of the ASA. 9.2, 9.3Once the ASA has dynamic NAT enabled to an outside interface, routing between same security level will not work.
You need to add route exempt the inside interfaces to all private subnet. -
I'm in the process of trying to convert an existing gen1 VM (Win Server 2012 R2) to a VM template using VMM 2012 R2 with rollup 1. The creation keeps failing with the following error :-
"Error

that is not valid.Recommended ActionEnsure
that the parameters are valid, and then try the operation again."
I've checked that the local administrator account for the machine being converted to a template and it is blank as expected and in an attempt to troubleshoot I've output the template creation script via the VMM GUI and executed the commands in order which appears
to have resolved the problem, well the template finishes creation, i'm yet to deploy a machine via it?

Now the only fields that weren't populated when I ran through the gui were FullName and Organization? Before I changed the script these two fields were just set to ""? Is that what has potentially caused the issue are they both required fields?Your not the only one who can reproduce this. Did you ever find out what it was? I saw your post and tried your same work-around and it also worked for me via Powershell.

My phone randomly shut off. When I turned it back on it said it needed to restore, to plug it into itunes. When I did, and tried to restore it, it failed with a code 21. I have followed all the instructions, it still isn't working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all that the steps told me to, I've updated everything in my computer. I don't know what else to do. My phone will just show the apple sign and the itunes plug in sign.
Hey Carolefromthelou,
The following link will provide steps on how to best remove all traces of iTunes from your PC and then reinstall it:

Patch 9655006 failed with code 135 when applying to Oracle Restart
Hi all,
I install Oracle RAC single node version 11.2.0.1 on Linux (kernel 2.6.18).
I try to apply patch 9655006 (prerequis for upgrade to 11.2.0.2).
Everything is OK for grid applying with success.
When I apply this patch to oracle db home, I get :
Oracle Interim Patch Installer version 11.2.0.1.5
Copyright (c) 2010, Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
Argument(s) Error... Given 'ocmrf' file does not exists.
Please check the arguments and try again.
OPatch failed with error code 135
I've given the complete path and filename (same as for grid applying).
I've found A document [ID 1283954.1], but not useful in my case.
Any ideas for workaround ?
TIA
yang
ps. this does not occur when applying to a RAC with 2 nodes.yang wrote:

Could you try it again with debug info? Before you run the opatch, run the following:
$ set OPATCH_DEBUG=TRUE; export OPATCH_DEBUG

Date in iCal icon not in right place
Does anyone know why the date in my iCal icon shows like this: !http://www.feisar.plus.com/ical.jpg! In all the screenshots I've seen of Leopard, the date is shown in the white part of the icon. The numbers in mine are shifted up a few pixels.

Lion running hotter on MacBook Air
Just installed Lion on my MacAir and it is the first time I've ever heard the internal fan run. Is it me or is Lion using more resources which causes the computer to run hotter?

Any ideas for an alternative to AppleWorks Database?
I've always used the AppleWorks Database to keep a record of my self-employed income. To be specific I use the 'Cheque Register' template which simply has four fields, one of which is the amount (paid to me, although I suppose the template's really
