Workflow - Agent ID

Question

Hi all,
Can anybody guide me through this scenario...
I have activated the workflow for PO release. I have a 3 step release strategy.
In the third step there are authorizations for 4 number of HOD's.
In Workflow for object ID - USER, I can give only one name in Agent ID.
If i want the mail to go to mailbox of all the 4 HOD's, how do i do the same?

No yaar dun have any documentation..but i have worked on PFAC and PP01 so told you ...
anyways will try to explain you once more...
First step you create release strategy for PO(i am assuming you are taking pur org and pur grp as characteristics while defining release strategy).
Now to map this process in workflow, we need to go to tcode PFAC where we create responsibility id based on the levels(ur case 1,2,3) so u need to create 3 responsibilty ids for the release strategy. now after you create Rid you have to assign users to these responsibilty ids then only they will get mail in their inbox.
for this you have to go to Tcode PP01 and proceed as below:
select Plan version: Current plant
object type:Responsibility
Obj Id: this id is the one you have created in PFAC so copy from there(just make sure u only copy the number leave the alphabets present in Rid).
Then under infotype tab page(under active) select relatishonships and click on create button present at left top corner.
then enter the user id of the people you want to map, you can map as many as u required(make sure in SU01 authorization is there for them for the subjetc country and relase code.)
