Workflow getting de activated

Hi
I created a custom event 'ItemCreated' for object type MSEG.
However, whenever a item is created in MM transaction, the event is getting created which I can see in event trace but the workflow does not get triggered and event linkage gets deactivated as well in the workflow.
I am getting the following feedback in event trace:
Workflow definition of task 'WS91100019' cannot be activated
Please let me know how to fix this.

I'm wondering if at the time of triggering the ItemCreated event, if the data has been truly committed to the database.
I'm getting at what may be a conflict between the MSEG getting created in an Update Task and the point in time when the BADI is called.
If the BADI is called before MSEG gets committed that would cause a problem, though probably and OBJECT_NOT_FOUND exception.
First I would start the workflow using SWUS. If that works, then...
I would try triggering the ItemCreated event manually using SWUE, for the instance of MSEG that you got your most recent error. You know for certain that the instance was created earlier (just no wf started). If SWUE starts the WF, then the BADI call is suspect. If you still get the same error then its something else.
The Workflow Template itself is active from what you mentioned before correct? I would go back to the template, generate a new version, then activate it, and examine all the messages that come from activating it, looking for something suspicious
I would also create a new shell of a workflow (maybe a simple container operation step at most), with the same Event Linkage to ItemCreated and see if it starts.
I would also try deleting the binding between the Event Container and Workflow Container temporarily and retry just to see if the WF will start. Sure the flow will error without a leading object, but at least it would have started.

Purchase Order Workflow - getting de-activated

Hi All,
We have a Purchase Order workflow that has been working well for quiet some time now. Over this weekend, we installed Enhancement Packs 1 to 3 and in the midst of testing in QA, I have noticed that, each time a PO workflow gets triggered, it de-activates the workflow causing other instances of the workflow to not be triggered.
Each time, I have to go and re-activate the workflow.
Has anyone faced such an issue and if so, what did you do to prevent them occuring.

I think the person who is creating the PO do not have the Proper authorization hence this deactivating. This deactivating thing can be avoided by going to SWE2 and changing the Error on Feedback field to Do not change Linkage. I hope this will solve your issue. You can also try to find the event that have not triggered from Event Queue SWEQADM

The trigerring event for the workflow is getting triggered thrice. The event is attached to bsvw and i have activated the event, thats it, but when i check in swel there are three entries having the same event. Any suggestions please..

Its a simple logical expression which gets evaluated before the workflow gets triggered,in this way we can prevent the other workflows from getting triggered.
Another option is to have a check function module.This helps in preventing most of the workflows from getting triggered.

after transporting a workflow from DEV to QUA environment I get the following error message in transaction SWU0:
"Workflow definition not activated"
How can I solve the problem?

Hi,
Looks like your workflow template that is transported is not active. Check the workflow status in the Information Area on the top left in SWDD (below the wokflow template id). It shud be "Active, Saved". If it something else click on the "Activate" button.
I am not sure if you are allowed to do this directly in Quality. If not allowed try creating the WF template in a new request and try transporting again (U might get one more version generated in quality but this might solve your problem)

BO XI 3.1 : Active Directory Authentication failed to get the Active Directory groups

Dear all
        In our environment, there are 2 domain (domain A and B); it works well all the time. Today, all the user belong to domain A are not logi n; for user in domain B, all of them can log in but BO server response is very slowly. and there is error message popup when opening Webi report for domain B user. Below are the error message:
       " Active Directory Authentication failed to get the Active Directory groups for the account with ID:XXXX; pls make sure this account is valid and belongs to an accessible domain"
      Anyone has encountered similar issue?
   BO version: BO XI 3.1 SP5
   Authenticate: Windows AD

Please get in touch with your AD team and verify if there are any changes applied to the domain controller and there are no network issues.
Also since this is a multi domain, make sure you have 2 way transitive forest trust as mentioned in SAP Note : 1323391 and FQDN for Directory servers are maintained in registry as per 1199995

You are going to need to change the email address you use with your old ID. Once you have got access to your old account you will then log into both accounts at the same time on your Mac and transfer your data to a single account. We can do this later, but need you to get access to your old account first.

The activation servers are retired and so your old CS2 copy and serial number no longer work.
Adobe has non-activated Photoshop CS2 and a new serial number to go with it only for CS-CS2 owners.

Getting the active role of an user in a trigger

I've been searching to find out if and how I can get the active role of an user when programming a trigger.
Unfortunately I did not succeed in finding some information about this. Is it possible? If yes, how?

How does it usually take to get the activation email after receiving the invoice receipt?

Hi all. I'm doing the develop enrollment. I received the invoice receipt 3 days ago, which says apple has received my 99 dollars. But I'm still waiting for the activation email. It should take no more than 24 hours to get the activation email, right? if I click "Program enrollment" in this page(https://developer.apple.com/contact/), safari will tell me there are too many redirects and can't open the link. What should I do, please?

I got my activation e-mail rather quickly; however, something is wrong with my Developer enrollment (I registered as an individual and it says they are trying to verify my identity to see if I can act on my company's behalf--which does not make sense because I registered as an individual).
Apple has my $99 too and I also am unable to contact them due to the same redirect problem you are facing.
I am wondering if there is a recent bug on their site that needs to be addressed (seems like it is getting caught in a loop while trying to verify the device and/or browser). I have posted a question as well so let's hope this gets resolved soon.

How do I know which workflow has been activated for my SHC in SRM

Can anyone tell me where to find which workflow has been activated to my Shopping cart in the SRM. so that it creates a PO in the backend
To create a PO in the back end it should have a WF actiavted.
do we can have only always one WF activated or can we have multiple WFs depending on the conditions for one scenario

You need to check Event linkage is either Activated or Deactivated aor these above work flow . I fit is activated it shows green light.
