Workflow on Email shoot for Un-Attended Lead more than 24 hours in MS Dynamics CRM 2011?

I want to create Workflow for Un-Attended Lead more than 24 hours then Email will shoot Automatically to User as {BM(BranchManager)}
My Business Unit Hierarchy is :        
Main Organisation  >>  RBH Trading(Head)  >>  BM Trading(Branch Manager)  >>  RM Trading(Relational Manager)
So, if any RM will not attend his Lead until 24 hours then 1 Auto Email should send to his BM.
Actually the Problem is how to set BM Email into Email Template's "To" Field and i cannot fix any 1 BM there.

Seems like a permissions error to me... maybe check the actual file it is attempting to scan... I know it is in your home folder, but just to be sure, you might want to check that everything is sane.

  • Problem in CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN for updating qty in more than 1 line item .

    Hi abapers,
    I am using BAPI CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to update quantity. Its updating the quantity properly if there is single line item for a transaction .If more than 1 line item is there then its throwing an exception* "Document is being distributed - changes are not possible"*.
    Scenario:
    I have a itab  which is having 2 line items for a transaction. i run a loop pass the pass the required parameters in CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN ,do CRM_ORDER_SAVE , BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT for the 1st line item. When i run the 2nd loop, in  CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN it gives an exception saying NO_CHANGE_ALLOWED for the same transactions 2nd line item. leaving the quantity unchanged for both the line items. What may be the problem?
    Note: We cannot say how many line items are there for an transaction. so no chance of grouping all items at a time and saving at a time.

    Why its not possible to use CRM_ORDER_SAVE only once. I think its possible. Call CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN in loop for all the line item in transaction and after that call CRM_ORDER_SAVE once. Pls follow the below sample code.
    loop at it_item.
    call CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN. (Here append data for all the line items and miantin the transaction).
    emdloop.
    After endloop call CRM_ORDER_SAVE. Also you can add some wait after CRM_ORDER_SAVE, In order to avoid locking issue.
    PLs let me know where you are trying to use CRM_ORDER_MAINATIAN ? In any BADI or Z program ?

    I have some suggestions. But first, you realize that you have some redundant indexes, right? You have an index on account(account_name) and also account(account_name, account_id), and also account_history(invoice_id) and account_history(invoice_id, adjustment_id). No matter, I will suggest some new composite indexes.
    Also, you do not need two lines for these conditions:

  • How can I enter "Flate rates for travel costs" with more than 2 decimals?

    Hi expert,
    I want to enter flat rates for travel costs in table T706F.
    I have a figure with more than 2 decimals (0,066), but I cannot save it, because only 2 decimals are allowed for EUR.
    I don't want to change the decimals for this currency.
    I found OSS note 446116 which is release independent. It is a note of 30.10.2001.
    It suggests to create a new currency e.g. EUR3 and enter translation ratio's and exchange rates.
    This seems pretty drastic.
    Do you know if there is another way to handle this issue?

    I have checked it with consultants from SAP Brussels.
    They confirm that OSS note 446116 can be used to create flat rates for travel costs with more than 2 decimals.
    I will create a new currency (EUR3) with the description "for travel expenses only".

    If customer is present in more than one company code then you can config in different co codes.
    Now could you brief your requirement, i think you want to print only once and system should print in both company codes at one time. Is it like that?

  • Options for integrating Tickets between Dynamics CRM 2011 and Service Manager 2012 ?

    Any suggestions on the integration of Dynamics CRM 2011 and System Center Service Manager 2012 ?
    I am looking for side-by-side integration like this:
    1. A ticket in CRM is entered I want it to be entered in Service Manager.
    2. Once a ticket is updated in SM we'd like that reflected in CRM. 
    3. If ticket is updated in CRM should be reflected in SM.
    [Tickets originating in SM moved to CRM is not a requirement.]

    I'm currently in the process of integrating CRM with Service Manager. I'm actually using Anton his approach, using Orchestrator 2012 runbooks.
    Basicly I am creating a runbook that queries the database of CRM (via the filtered views) and with that data I am creating objects in Service Manager (via the Service Manager integration pack)

  • Document split of a paymnt doc. for an invoice wit more than 999 line items

    my question is . what steps should we take care of in the system, to make the the document Split automatically on a payment document when we post an Invoice with 1001 lines items in it. is it some thing in the config or do we need to update a table or???
    any kind of Input would be really appreciable, as i know this would be the same problem with all other clients too. who ever has more than 999 lineitems on their invoices.

    The only option is to create a clearing account and post this first entry to this temporary account and in the second entry clear this temporary and complete the transaction posting. Example:
    Entry 1

    It is generally advised to split the transaction after 900 lines if document split is active in your client. Hope this helps. The same logic could be used for all interfaces and ABAP programes.

    If you need to modify the myRIO FPGA personality you have a few options.
    The best option is to start with the myRIO FPGA sample project, add and remove components as needed and then build your bitfile.  Any registers (LV FPGA controls / indicators) you don't modify will still work with the Advanced IO VIs and Express VIs.  In order to use the new bitfile (FPGA Personality) you'll need to update the Open FPGA VI Reference in myRIO v1.1 Open.vi (LabVIEW 2013\vi.lib\myRIO\Common\Instrument Driver Framework\myRIO v1.0\myRIO v1.1 Open.vi).
    After doing this any time you use a myRIO Express VI or Advanced IO VI it will use your custom bitfile.  Any peripheral channels you've left in place will continue to work.  Any channels you've removed will still show up in the VIs, but will not work (they will probably throw errors at runtime) and any new channels you added will not show up in the VIs.  For new channels you'll need to use the FPGA Read / Write nodes to read and write the configuration and data register you created in the FPGA personality.  These changes will persist on that computer until you change the Open FPGA VI Reference back to the original bitfile.

  • Support for file extensions with more than three characters when saving - I want my FLAC!

    Why does the Wave Editor still drop characters from filenames with more than three character extensions when you save a file? But since -opening- a FLAC file with an extension of ".flac" doesn't get chopped to ".fla", why does Audition still chop off the extra character when -saving-?
    It gets old quickly when you have to save, close and reopen files in order to get Audition's Multitrack editor to play nice and be able to find files when you reopen the Session.
    Given that the FLAC filter is open source, I may just have to modify the code and recompile it to force a save to ".fla"... But of course, ".fla" is a Flash file extension, which I also use, so that is a crude hack for me.

    I've got an easy question: I want a region only to be shown, when elements (:P1_x, :P1_y, :P1_z) are null. this is no problem if showing region depends on only one element:
    "Der Wert des Elements in Ausdruck1 ist NOT NULL" --> so Ausdruck1 is filled with: P1_x
    But how can I simplfy APEX, that showing region depends on more then only this one element . I tried with AND (P1_x and P1_y and P1_z) or with semikolon (P1_x; P1_y; P1_z), but it doesn't work.
    So how can I tell APEX more than only one condition for showing region?

  • Email app suddenly deleted all mail more than a month old on the ISP's mail server!

    I've lost all my e-mails from more than one month ago on my ISP's mail server. My Palm Pixi Plus (running WebOS 1.4.5) still has all the old e-mails, but I would prefer to have a record of them with my ISP.
    My settings are set up to only delete something from my ISP if I've deleted it on my Palm. Clearly, I have not deleted these items, so there is no reason they should have been deleted on the ISP side.
    I was nowhere near to using up my ISP's storage quota either. Last time I checked, I was only using 20% of my storage.
    And then today I log on to my webmail and I can't see any of my messages from May or June or even October!
    This was working up until a week or so ago.
    I spoke with my ISP and they told me to post the bug here, and they have not deleted or would have no reason to delete the old e-mails.
    Post relates to: Treo 680 (Unlocked GSM)

    I might add that my profile was out of date. I no longer have the Treo 680. This is about email on webos on an at&t pixi plus.
