Workflow Problem (Accept the vendor bid).

Hi Guys,
I am activating Bid Invitation and Bid submission Using SRM 5.0.
Now Everything works fine i.e.:
- Strat purchaser creates Bid Invitation.
- One step bid invitation workflow is working fine.
- Approver can able to approve the bid invitation and publish sucessfully.
- Bidders can view this Bid Invitan and Submit their bids against it.
- Strat purchaser can see the submitted bids and accept and reject the bids.
The problem is:
The accepted bid (by Purchaser) should be approved by the manager.
The status of bid (submitted by Vendor) is showing as "awaiting for approval" and in Approver preview it is showning the name of the Approver who has to approve that bid.
But the inbox of that Approver is empty. So approver can not approve that bid and go ahead.
I have activated the workflow WS79000002 One step approval of bid and start conditions of workflow WS790000002.
Can you please tell me which workflow , task or assignment I am missing??

Dear Sindy,
the main question is where you have created the approver allocation, we miss many details:
1. Workflow step
- for each step you allocate the step in the worklow builder to the agent
2. or customizing on vendor side (application)
- details are needed to be looked for customizing
I think we need further details how you evaluate the agents.

We are having a workflow issue for the Vendor Bid...
We have activated the event linkage for the Vendor Bid..
WS79000010 (No approval required) and deleted all the start conditions for this bus. obj (BUS2202)..
The vendor as a bidder is able to submit his bid.. and once this bid is accepted the status is alwayz awaiting approval...
is there any way we can inactivate the awaiting approval...bcoz in BBP_PD i see for this vendor bid the awaiting approval is not marked inactive....
or do we have to maintain anything in the org structure..

Correct the error either here in the local system or in source system

Approval for Vendor Bid

Hi All,
I have activated "WS79000010"- No approval required for vendor bid and maintained the required start conditions for this workflow, but when the vendor submits the bids the system throws an error that " No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator".
We are using SRM 5.0 with SP09
Any inputs on this issue are highly appreciated.

Please check your starting conditions.There seems to be some problem with that as the system is unable to identify the workflow to be triggered.

Employee Ext no. against the vendor

Hi Experts,
I am fetchiung the vendor from lfa1.
My requirenment is to get the extension number of the employee who deals with the vendor that is stored against the vendor number.
I am not able to find any table for the above requirement, Pls suggest.

I have to created a BAPI which accepts the Vendor No. and Returns the Extention number of Employee who deal with that Vendor. This BAPI will be integrated with Webmethods.
Based on the Vendor No. I have, I need to find the Employee or Employees who deal with that vendor. Once, I'll get the employee. I need to get the extention no. of that employee and pass back that no . to the Webmethods.
I am not sure which table I have to use to get the Extention Number of the Employee.

sometimes we can change text elements in HTRC files from ITS service (double clic on theme 99).
This method is not really easy (you have to connect in each translated language).
In your case, I don't think tab texts are in BBP_QUOT HTRC language files.
So you need to use SE63, or Translation menu from SE80 to change the text, as I said in my previous post.

Workflow Aproval - Non standard (Problem in the Worklist - bbpbwsp)

I have build one approval workflow to the process bid invatation. In this workflow i have one task (non-standard) where the user can approve de process.
The client use de ITS SRM, the worklist used is the BBPBWSP.
When the Workflow start, the approval task appears in the worklist, but when i execute this task, it is open initial menu SAP. Not using our service Z.... instead /scripts/BBPAPPROVAL/...
Can anyone help me?

I am having ongoing connection problems with the Clash of Clans app which means that I lose battles, resources or boost times. This results in a loss of gems which I have purchased but will not be refunded as they will not accept responsibility.

Whilst playing Clash of Clans I will continually lose the internet connection. This means that I lose battles, resources, gold etc and lose boost times. I have informed Supercell who blame my internet connection even though the iPhone, laptop and TV all work fine so it is obviously a technical problem with their game and probably something to do with their last updates.
As I have purchased gems I feel that I should be compensated for my loss but they will not accept responsibility nor investigate the technical issue. The loss of connection occurs constantly with the game often freezing during replays or searching for battles. This is obviously not a connection issue.
What suggestions do you have to resolve this situation?

Thanks for the reply. I asked because I also wanted to see if others had encountered the same problem.
I have no problems with my internet connection as I run my TV, laptop and iPhone off the same connection with no problems. I believe that since the recent updates to the game this has caused the problem. The game often freezes, cancels out or returns me to the main game screen during battles or replays.
What I want to know is how do I get the game designers or owners to acknowledge my problem as at this time they keep telling me it is my internet that is a problem and not their game. How do they know this when they refuse to investigate. What can I do and who do I go to for support if they won't accept responsibility?
I am very grateful to you for replying but concerned that if this can happen to me then how many other gamers are losing out and paying for something that they are not going to receive.

As you have discovered... you cannot use the install discs from another Mac...

ITunes won't upgrade to10.5. Error message "There is a problem with the Windows installer package. Contact the package vendor". I need help.

iTunes won't upgrade to10.5. I'm on 10.1.17.
When installing 10.5 it terminates with an error message "There is a problem with the Windows installer package. Contact the package vendor".
It does not provide an error code or details/description to further troubleshoot. As a result I can't upgrade my Apple devices to leverage the cloud.
Any smarts out there who could help?

I know there's a million threads like this, but I thought I'd record my experience. I, too, was having the original poster's error when I tried to update iTunes on Windows XP. I think I was stuck on 10.
I solved it by un-installing iTunes and every other Apple app. I discovered that Apple Software Update would not un-install as its MSI file could not be found. I used the "Windows Install Cleanup" tool from Microsoft to remove Apple Software Update from the list of installed programs. Google "kb290301" for a Microsoft page that includes a download link for it. After that, I was able to install a fresh copy of iTunes 10.5.2.
I'm not sure why this app's folder and MSI were missing from my computer. I had once used Laplink PC Mover to move everything from my old computer to this one, and perhaps it missed a bit.

I have a brand new HP laptop windows 64bit that is having issues installing Itunes 10.6.3. Looking through the logs, it shows error : 1721, problem with windows installer package.Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try?

TS1398 I have been having network problems on my Ipad and I reset all network settings as advised in the article about problems connecting to networks. Now my Ipad will not allow me to sign onto any network....it will not accept the passwords for any net

My ipad has been a little glitchy for the last couple of weeks....not able to load pages because of DNS lookup failure and really slow loading...some of which has to do with the DSL service I have, but I followed the directions on one of the Apple wi-fi issues pages to reset network all connections..which I did, and now the Ipad cannot connect to WiFi because it will not accept (or cannot resolve..or??) password. I am sure I am typing the password correctly and have tried it on several routers..and it cannot cannect to any router properly even with the correct password. My laptop is connected just fine and it accepts the password and I have confirmed the password with the ISP and tried other routers.
So the question is what should I do if I am entering the right password and the Ipad can't sign itself on to the Wifi network?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Problem about replicate the vendor master from R/3 to SRM5.0

Hi guys,
I have vendor in R/3 backend system.And the vendor data has been customized.We have added some customize fields to the table LFA1 which is not exist in the standard R3 system.
Now,
I want to replicate all vendor information to SRM5.0 include these customized fields.I have tried t-cd: BBPGETVD&BBPUPDVD.But it only copy the standard fields.
Then I searched the web and found some information said that at SRM side I should use eewb to make extension for vendor in SRM and create instance for the BAdI:BBP_GET_VMDATA_CF and do some coding in the method GET_DATA & UPDATE_DATA.
At the R/3 side I should create a instance for the BAdI:BBP_MAP_VMDATA_CF and do some coding in the method MAP_DATA.
So at the SRM side I used eewb and it generated some function:
ZZSER_BUPA_DTL_ADD
ZZSER_BUPA_DTL_CHANGE
ZZSER_BUPA_DTL_REMOVE
ZZSER_BUPA_GET
And I created a instance for the BAdI:BBP_GET_VMDATA_CF.
At the R/3 side I created a instance for the BAdI:BBP_MAP_VMDATA_CF.
My problem is
1.I don't how to use those functions(generated by eewb) in the method GET_DATA & UPDATE_DATA.
2.I don't know what should I do to the method MAP_DATA(R/3 side)
3.When will these instance be called?It seems that the t-cd BBPGETVD &BBPUPDVD won't find the BAdI's instance(I didn't find any code such as cl_exithandler=>get_instance in the programe BBP_VENDOR_GET_DATA which is for t-cd BBPGETVD&BBPUPDVD)
4.If there is a solution to the problem 1-3 and all has been done, then from where should the import parameter IT_LFA1(in R/3's BAdi BBP_MAP_VMDATA_CF) get its value?
Can anyone who are familiar with these BAdI help me? Thanks in advance.

No you just need to turn on Tap to Click. Go into System Preferences - Trackpad and click the Point to Click tab and select the first box which will say Tap to Click and you should be in business.

You said, "the 4 also has signal and wifi whereas the 5 has only wifi". By "signal", I'm assuing that you mean cellular signal. If so, that means your iPhone 4 is still active on your cellular number and your iPhone 5 is not. Contact your carrier to sort out which phone is active on your account.
