Hi Masa,
Thank you for your reply.
I used the word "miss" or "missing" by mistake.
Purchasers or requestors want to let the venders to know, if the delivery is not completed alothough the delivery date is already passed.
I am looking for WF function or something for delivery urging or delivery reminders to the venders.
Regards,
Tadasuke

    Hi,
Check in the R/3 tablesLIKP and LIPS for the delivery information.
Make a note of the the missing deliveries and resetup them and reload to BW.
You can aslo check from sales order with the tcode Va03. display sales order and goto environment --> document changes

    Hi,
I have a requirement related to reminder for delivery date.
For ex i have PO in which the delivery date is 20th NOV 09.I want there should be the reminder alret message to be send to personal mail or to SAP mail before the delivery date approches automatically.
I do not want to open the PO for checking the delivery date.
If possible then pls explain the detailed process for config the scenario.
    Regards,
    DD

Reminder letters are send to the vendor, not to the buyer.
I think your "reminders" can be done more easily with scheduled standard reporting.
    use ME2L,
use selection parameter WE101 for open receipts.
enter todays date in delivery date field
press F2 while cursor is in delivery date field and select the sign for lower and equal.
fill your other selection criteria, such as purchasing group, scope of list etc.
    Then save as variant.
    enter variant name and description
scroll to the right and put the cursor into row for delivery date into field selection variable.
press F4 and select Dynamic date calculation
put the cursor in the same row into the field name of variable and press F4
then enter I for include and EQ  for the Current date
    now save your variant.
execute SM36 to define your batch job.
    enter a job name e.g. ME2L_reminders.
    click button spool receipients.
you get a popup, here enter the the users email adress and click copy.
then click button start conditions to define when the job shall run.
    then click STEP button
    enter as program name RM06EL00
    enter your variant name.
enter the language that the report shall have.
    then save.
From now on the buyer will receive a list with all overdue deliveries as often as you scheduled the job.

  • Schedule Line Item 100001 delivery date is missing

    Hello Sirs,
After created a sales order in ECC and transferred to TM via XI, the queue remains with STOP status. Entering in transaction /SAPPO/PPO2 I’m facing the error “Schedule Line Item 100001 delivery date is missing”. The delivery date is filled in ECC side.
Is there something that I need to check in TM regarding delivery date?
    Thanks.

Please try to edit the PO[Change date] and process it again. This issue happens when we use a conversion program to create PO instead of creating it from UI.

  • Workflow  for po delivery date

    Hi
    Good morning to all .
Well I am an abaper and new in workflow . i got a requirement  to mail a user two day before po delivery date .
can any one guid me .
    Regards
    Rakesh kumar singh

I think if you are changing the Delivery date you can track this as the Change Event of BO BUS2012 gets triggered. You can track what type of change by coding in a virtual attribute of your Custom BO which is delegated to standard BO. In the attribute you should code that filter the changes are relevant(Delivery date change) for workflow or not. If the changes are relevant the Flag will be set. In the start condition(SWB_COND) of Wflow you should make use of this Flag for triggering.
Regarding sending mail at end of day this can be done using Requested start Tab of step in Workflow Builder.

  • In Business workflow outbox 2 days messages are missed

    Hi All
In Business workflow outbox 2 days messages are missed, i.e in the entire January 12th and 13th dates only
what might the problem and how to solve this please help me
    Thanks in advance
    Jaya Naidu

First, have him go to Mail>Preferences>Accounts
Then have him locate his account and your account on the left.
Have him click and drag the .mac account below his account in the list.
This will solve the default setting of mail going out from your account when he clicks on the Inbox.
Removing the smtp server for .mac may not even work for him, especially if the account is active.
Instead click on "advanced" and there should be a check box for "enable this account", deselect the box. This disables the account without deleting any mail.

  • Delivery date is missing in BW

    Hi All,
Delivery date is missing in BW for few PO's.. I have checked all transformations and routines everything is fine.. in R/3 for same PO's delivery date exist but in BW for PO item in PO's delivery date is missing...  what  may the cause for this
    Data source: 2lis_02_itm and 2lis_02_scl
    Regards
    Sreekanth

Did you check the data in RSA7 for the current delta and then in the PSA?
Do you have the Delivery dates shows there?
If yes, then there is something wrong while updating the dates in the further BW targets.
In the other case, where in PSA itself the dates are not available, you'll have to check the R/3 side. Maybe the data source?
    Hope this helps.

  • Delivery date issue in the ASn inbound process via IDOC

    HI
we want to start with ASN and we ´re already receiving IDOC´s
    DESADV Delvry03
we are using Fm /SPE/IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1 and we have tried IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1 but teh reesult was the same.
The segment E1EDT13 Qualifier 007/009/006  exist and we are able to create a inbound delivery. The problem we have is that we are not able to calculate the delivery date in the inbound delivery.
The idea was that the vendors sends us the GI date (Qualifier 007) and our SAP calculates based on the plannend delivery time in the SA/PO the expected GR date 8what we see in MD04). But at the moment we only the creation date as delivery date.
    what do we miss?
    thanks for the help
    regards
    Alex

    Hi,
Firstly, for DESADV processing delivery date field (LFDAT) is taken from qualifier '007' while goods issue is from '006'.
As far as I understood you would like to get delivery date based on data from given delivery schedules. But note that inbound delivery items are not related specifically to delivery schedules. Instead, those are referenced to purchasing document items only. Therefore it is not exactly specified what delivery date should be selected for which inbound delivery.
Alternative could be to perform scheduling for inbound deliveries based on route transit times etc.But in standard inbound delivery types are not available for SD scheduling and thus it is not directly available.
If you need to get such functionality, you would need to use one of the DESADV processing u-exits available and include your own logic for lfdat calculations.

  • Vendor Evaluation Standardizing Delivery Date Variance

    Hi,
We are determining what the settings should be for On-Time Delivery and Quantity Reliability under Vendor Evaluation.  I understand how the formual works when it determines the scores for these.  Can someone tell me from a business process perspective what Standardizing Delivery Date Variance relates to?
Ours has been set to 100 which is 100 days with the scores set as:
    Percentage
    Score
    0
    100
    10
    90
    20
    95
    100
    80
    200
    60
    300
    40.......
When we pick 100 days, is that supposed to be an average of how many days late goods receipts are?  Or is there another way to look at it?
    Thanks
    Beverly

Have you really read the documentation and the F1 field help, or any of our blogs, documents and wikis here in SCN?
The table that you presented above is far a way from reality. a percentage can go from blank  to 99.9  and your from -99.9 to blank
this is to cover both situations early deliveries and late deliveries
the Standard Delivery Date Variance means the it is the maximum number of days a vendor can be late or early to the wanted delivery date, if this value is reached, then he just missed the point in the sense of the word. he does not get any single point for his performance.
You have to ask your business how much days variance they accept before they cancel the order, or at least looking for a new vendor with the next order.
From our point of view everything beyond a week is not at all acceptable and results in a total miss
and in this case you do not need many percentages either in a 5 working day week  each day corresponds to 20%

  • Delivery Date needs to be changed on Schedule lines

    Hi All-
I am using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, to update the delivery date on the schedule lines...If I have 2 lines of schedule, needs to be updated the second one ETENR '0002'...
Bapi returns message that successfully processed, when I go back and look at Sales order, I don't se any changes on schedule line..
I am pssing into BAPI, sales doc and schedule line with the delivery date and the flag 'U'..and also I am using BAPI commit...
But, let me know if I am missing something and also let me know is it possible to change schedule delivery date or not?
    Thanks,
    Sony

    Hi
    Please follow this process.
Only specify fields that should be changed
Select these fields by entering an X in the checkboxes
Enter a U in the UPDATEFLAG field
Always specify key fields when changing the data, including in the checkboxes
The configuration is an exception here. If this needs to be changed, you need to complete it again fully.
Maintain quantities and dates in the schedule line data.
    1. Minimum entry:
You must enter the order number in the SALESDOCUMENT structure.
You must always enter key fields for changes.
You must always specify the update indicator in the ORDER_HEADER_INX.
    2. Commit control:
The BAPI does not run a database Commit, which means that the application must trigger the Commit so that the changes are read to the database. To do this, use the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT BAPI.

  • How to join two tables and get the supply delivery date next to order?

So there are two tables. One has customer's order no, ordered date, order quantity, available quantity and code of article-
The other table comes form supply side where we have supply order no, article number, ordered qty, and delivery date.
We keep stock so this can not be MOT (made to order) system.
What i need is correct date of arrival to appear next to cusotmers spoecirfic order. The older cusotmers order get's the parts first, second oldest order is next in line etc.
    here is any example
    customer's order
    ref order
    art. code
    ordered qty
    available qty
    order date
    1809202491
    700497
    60
    0
    3.7.2014
    1809200528
    700497
    13
    0
    20.6.2014
    1809198640
    700497
    7
    0
    9.6.2014
    supply order
    supply order
    art. code
    qty orderd
    date of arrival
    4501243378
    700497
    50
    4.8.2014
    4501263437
    700497
    20
    6.10.2014
There is actually a 3rd "table" and that sort of connects the two and that is stock on hand per art. code.
The main issue is that stock is assigned to purchase orders only when it actually arrives in the warehouse.
A human can easilly connect the dates of when the stock will arrive and quantities with correct customer's order. In this case the firts order will get 50 pcs in August while 10 pcs will remain on backorders. The missing 10 pcs Will arrive in October. The second order will get 10 pcs in october and 3 will remain on backorders with no delivery date. While the third customer orders does not have a delivery date.
So how to make the SAP do this calculations and display the arrival date next to date of customer's order?

I checked the instructions as i do not have access to this part. It seem this is a query. We had issues with queries in the past as not all codes from orders would appear in them. They never found the reason why that is happening.
However, I think the main issue is that the information here is not connected and is separately provided for supply and for sales. So i doubt it can be connected in this query.
edit: as you can see the only connection is stock on hand.
and total number of various items we have is close to 100.000 of various article codes.

  • Change delivery date on sales order -- change of Billing date on item

    Hi,
We are trying to change a delivery date for a sales order's item, if we do so normally the billing date on that item's billing tab will change automatically also.
Now, for a specific sales order the billing date in the billing tab is not changing.
We compared 2 sales orders .. the same statusses - no blocks - ... and with one it works (changing of the billing date) and with the other it does not work..
    Please help !
    thanks a lot!

    Hi,
    Check the following.
If invoice dates are defined for the customer, the system proposes the billing date from the invoice date calendar. If no invoice dates are agreed, then the actual goods issue date is formed on the basis of delivery related billing. In order related billing, the billing date of the order forms the basis of the billing date.
If you are billing services, the system proposes the date of services rendered. You can change the date manually in the sales document.
If you are using a billing plan to bill a project, the system can propose billing dates for the billing plan on the basis of planned or actual dates in the corresponding milestone.
In a billing plan for a maintenance or rental contract, you can specify rules by which the system determines billing dates on the basis of other dates in the contract.

  • For a Sales order, what is Actual Delivery Date to Customer?

    Hi Experts,
I am an ABAP consultant. In a particular report, for a Sales order I am asked to display:
    ‘Delivery Create Date (LIKP-ERDAT)’,
    ‘PGI Date’,
    ‘Requested Delivery Date (VBAK-VDATU)’ and
    ‘Actual Delivery Date to Customer’.
And in addition, I also have to show:
‘No: of days between Order Create Date to Delivery Create Date’,
‘No: of days between Delivery Create Date to PGI Date’,
‘No: of days between Requested Delivery Date to Actual Ship Date’ and
‘No: of days between Order Create Date to Actual Ship Date’.
I’ve searched SCN for similar questions but I couldn’t get clarity. I’ll be very grateful if somebody can explain me how to find the ‘Actual delivery date to customer’ and what is the difference between this date and ‘Billing date’. Also, please explain, the difference between ‘Delivery Create Date’ & ‘PGI’?

    Hi Rashmith,
It seems the report is related to delivery. Below is the explanation for the different terms you mentioned in your question.
Delivery Create Date (LIKP-ERDAT)---- when a delivery is created with or without reference of an order system writes the date of creation time of creation and created by in the header data. Creation of delivery does not means that goods are dispatched. There are many steps further after a delivery is created before goods are dispatched.  For example I have created an order, created delivery on 01.01.2014; delivery date will always be 01.01.2014.
PGI Date (LIKP-WADAT_IST)------ Post goods issue date is the date on which goods move out of the company to carrier. This is the last step of delivery. When delivery is created system derives different dates of planning; at this stage it will determine the planned PGI date (LIKP-WADAT) and when actual PGI  happens system writes the date in LIKP-WADAT_IST which is actual goods issue date.
Requested delivery date (VBAK-VDATU)------When order is created for a  customer he asks for a material, a quantity and a date on which he wants the goods. This date on which customer wants the goods is called requested delivery date. Based on the requested delivery date system will check feasibility of delivering the goods on the requested delivery date based on the delivery scheduling.
You can get the RDD based on the below logic.
Input the delivery number in VBFA-VBELN and VBFA-VBTYP_V and get VBFA-VBELV.
Input VBFA-VBELV in VBAK table and get the value of VDATU.
Actual Delivery Date to Customer-----Actual delivery date is Actual post goods issue date (LIKP-WADAT_IST). This is the date on which goods are issued to the customer and customer is liable for billing for the goods dispatched.
Difference between the Actual delivery date (Actual goods issue date) and billing date.
Normally as per standard SAP, once goods are moved out of the company customer is liable to be for billing for the goods dispatched. So by default in standard SAP system copies the actual goods issue date (LIKP-WADAT_IST) as billing date (VBRK-FKDAT) irrespective of the date of creation of the invoice (If delivery is goods issued on 01.01.2014 and billing document/invoice is created today i.e. 14.04.2014, system by default will take 01.01.2014 as billing date). And this is the correct practice.
However  if you want the current date as the invoice creation date instead of the actual goods issue date we can control it by copy controls feature given in SAP.
So based on the copy controls setting, it may be different from the actual goods issue date/ actual delivery date.
