Working time sca files

Hello Guys
I need to modify ESS CATs application under Working time. I got SAP_ESS SC in NWDI but dont see CAT application under that. Later I found its in different SCA file but whats that file and what are the other depended files, I have no idea. I searched the forum but did not get anything related to working time sca file. Even I don't know if i'm not right direction to modify working time component.
Your input will be highly appreciated

Check the available component for ess under content administration >> web dynpro..check the whcik application you want to modify. then you can find application in imported SAP_ESS track in NWDS.

Let's summarise, for those reviewing this threadless thread for app support..
Mobile pages works reliably for simple docs, especially creating letters and Menus for Microsoft's Kindy canteen (even on special days with nice big pictures).
When importing more complex docs and/or working with larger creations, it is prone to randomly corrupting files upon re-opening, along similar lines as Word (running on a PC).
So, Menu Boy, do they let you sneak into classes every now and then? What is the secret to their training? You cannot have two different TC setups.. at least until Mountain Lion.. it did introduce some changes but I am not sure if you can setup two different configurations for TM.. you can use two different devices to back up to. I doubt this will help you.
You might be better using a real backup software.. superduper, CCC, chronosync etc.
The TC by default is available to any Mac in the network to do backups. TM will sort itself out and put each computer on a different backup. These are kept in separate sparsebundles.. so that is all fine.

Import SCA files in Development Tab of the Transport Studio take more time

Hi,
After Check-In files in the Transport Studio, the import of SCA files starts in the development Tab of the Transport Studio.
The import takes more time. Why this happens?
Am I missing any configuration? Please specify in detail.

Time machine was not working. I bought a new time machine and migrated time machine files to new time capsule; not recognized by yosemite

Time machine was not working after yosemite upgrade on new and old MacBooks in my house. I bought a new time machine and migrated time machine files to new time capsule. I changed the names of the older sparse bundles to the default values. Yosemite still does not recognize them.

I presume the bought a time machine means a time capsule.
How did you migrate the Time Machine files?
From where? A Time Capsule or external drive?
It is difficult to get TM working with Yosemite.. since it doesn't work after the upgrade on the old TM backup.. it will not work on the migrated files either.
You simply start a new backup and store the old backups for a few months until you are ready to dump them.

However it is just unlikely to work.. TM in Yosemite is very different. Broken even.
I also strongly recommend people to use Carbon Copy Cloner or some other 3rd party backup until Apple get the bugs fixed. And after several months.. they are still rampant.

@Autowired doesn't work for sca:reference beans

@Autowired works fine for spring beans that were declared with the <bean> element, however it fails for beans declared with <sca:reference>. I get the following error message:

there is no customizable message which will provide for a duplicate
check based on reference field in transactions F-47 or F-48
In a vendor master where a duplicate invocie check is set up
"Chk double Inv." in screen "Payment transactions" for Company code
level. The F1-help to this field says:
"Indicator which means that incoming invoices and credit memos are
checked for double entries at the time of entry."
When creating down payment requests from F-47 you will not create
in-coming invoices or credit memos. Therefore, this check will not work
in F-47.
There is no possibility to make the system check for duplicate entries
when using these transactions.

Unable to deploy SCA file for MII 12.1

We are trying to install the SAP MII 12.1. But through JSPM we are unable to deploy the SCA file. When we ry to deploy we are getting an error "AS JAVA is Not Running". Before starting the deployment we chckd that AS JAVA was running, but when we satrt deployment within two minutes the AS JAVA is stopped.If anybody come across the sam issue please let me know about this.

How can i RECOVER a time machine file from the trash

I hope someone can help me... I have spent hours and hours reading forums but none that have addressed my problem.
My daughter gave me her old backup drive. She also has a MAC so she had Time Machine backups on the drive already. I started backing up onto this drive about a year ago. Backups have been done now for a year or so. Last night I got the message that I was running out of space so I looked at the drive and realized that her backups were still on the drive so I moved them into the trash. Then Time Machine wouldn't work anymore and I realized that not only did her backups get moved but all of mine did as well. I need the backups because after I upgraded to Mavericks many of my photos dissappeared from iPhoto. These are photos that I can't recreate - I sell jewelry and take pictures before I send the piece out. Everything is one-of-a-kind so it's very important for me to get these back. I realize now that I never should have moved the backups into the trash as I will have a problem deleting it once I separate her backups from mine but I will deal with that after I figure out this problem.
Is there anything I can do to move the backups back from out of the trash and into Time Machine again? (BTW - I don't know which version of Mavericks I have - I have done all available updates so I assume it is 10.9.3)

As long as you don't delete the trash, the files should be recoverable.
I suspect using the Put Back command could take a long time, so be patient.
If your Time Machine backups are mixed with your daughter's backups you might want to buy a larger drive and move the Time Machine files to the new drive.
Regarding missing photos in iPhoto...There might be options to rebuild/recover that data from iPhoto rather than trying to revert to a Time Machine backup.

I like the Seagate USB 3.0 Backup plus drives. Works on USB 2.0 ports. They come formatted for PC but easy to format in Disk Utility.
I don't recommend Western Digital because of the boot problem with some of their drives.
LaCie makes good drives.
All Mac formatted drives will cost more and it’s easy to reformat with Disk Utility. Do not use the software that comes with the drives. It’s recommended that you use Apple’s Disk Utility.
Prices vary but this gives you an idea of what you’ll find. As you notice the second and third TB is usually only $15 more per TB. Normally, you’ll find these prices but right now the 1T is more than the 2T

CATS webdynpro Java - working times in weekly view

Hi Team
1. Start & end time in Weekly view : Requirement is to allow shift planning employees to enter their working times in weekly view itslef. But as I had discovered that it is possible to enter it only in dailuy view of webdynpro Java application in ERP 6.0.
I came across a better Webdynpro ABAP application which exactly fits the requirement but it is part of EHP5, getting a mini upgrade for one application was also rejected. is it possible to implement in a short period of time without great impact ..anybody experienced on this?

2. Default Attendance type & target hours & start & end times from Infotypes : CATS0002 exit is called only when we go to next step ,is there any other way to default as soon as CATS screen is loaded ?

Thanks for your valuable inputs. I went and looked into the java file and found bit different.I dont see how they are getting the column headers like Saturday,Sunday,Monday...
Basically I need to keep one 'Submit' button on top of my table and on click, it should populate 8 hrs in the correspounding column.For eg. if its monday, it should default 8 hrs in monday column so that user dont have to manually type it in and also save these working hrs in the backend system without further click on 'Save' or 'Review'.
I still need to check with the ABAPers regading the user exit.
Also, Is it possible if I create a custom webdynpro application where I can use a BAPI that takes in the current day from my webdynpro and update the cats database and send an export parameter with success or error message.

How to solve this

We are using NWDS to create a small application to develop ( for ex jspdynpage)
.while deploying the par file or exporting it to the server,we are getting the error as "please make sure that the server running.HTTPS protocol is not supported,please ensure that this server is not using HTTPS.
the server is running and is shown in green.
we have also disabled the proxy settings.
we have also tried by specifiing the IP of the server in the proxy settings.
the above steps didnt work.please suggest the things to do to make this working.

Try this out. I had a similar problem and i did this to make the import successful.
1)     Go to usr/sap/J2E/JTrans/archives and copy the sca file with version shown like the above screen shot.
2)     Unzip the entire sca file by renaming it. In the META-INF folder open the SAP_MANIFEST.MF file and the replace the 32 character guid for the field 'pr_dtrwspropagationlistid'
3)     Change it to a different value and save it.
4)     There will be four folders when the sca file was unzipped. Select all the 4 folders and then zip it again to the original name of the sca file.
5)     Copy this file and then place it in the path usr/sap/J2E/JTrans/archives.
6)     Now try re-importing the file it should work.

I am having an issue in PS CS6 (on a Mac) where in the middle of working on a file, it gets corrupted by filling in a grid of squares in my layer masks as well as deleting out those same sections of misc layers throughout the file. I have reset the preferences, cleaned up the file. Renamed it to another file and 2 weeks later it is doing the same thing. Luckily I had my main subjects as smart objects and it saved them. This second time I just closed it out and opened it again and it is fine. Anybody else have an issue with this? Also it runs really slow these days on my MacBook Pro Retina 2.6 Core i7 with 16gb Ram.
