Would anyone have an explanation for this link?

Question

I was trying to purchase an iPad case over Apples online store, decided to back out before purchasing the accessory. I then recieved this email, within I found this link. I recieved this within a few days.

Does anyone have any idea? Is this spam? Should I keep an eye on my credit card statements?

When you changed one file to autoextend, Oracle dropped back to following the longest running query - which is what you had previously been expecting.
