Would Apple listen to customers ever

I had replaced my Hard disk from Apple 2 times now. Still i hear grinding sound in both the replacement hard disk. Looks like apple provides only refurbished HDD as replacement. My Macbook is only 4 months old.
Is there any Apple executive to help me out with is frustrating service from apple. I am from INDIA. can anyone help.

As long as your unit is only 4 months old, you should still have warranty coverage through AppleCare India. Yes, you shouldn't have to replace the HDD over and over again, but maybe if it keeps having legitimate problems, your unit will be tagged as a "lemon" and swapped out completely -- who knows? It has been known to happen.

Of course Logic Pro X knocked Logic Pro 9 off the app store a few years ago. I really want to use Logic Pro 9 for music projects, but cannot buy it anywhere (I haven't purchased it before). I travel all over the world, and so that is why I need one like that. It is unfair to the consumer, and frankly turning away customers like myself willing to pay high dollar to Apple for their product, who can I speak with to complain about this, because I know their are factory unlocked iPhone 4S' sitting in a warehouse somewhere just waiting to be shipped, and I want one. I know why, cause Apple signed contracts with each carrier so the carrier could increase their sales making customers sign 2 year contracts, I get it, I own my own business, but the delay of releasing factory unlocked ones is just not right and I should be able to buy one without having to buy it over in the UK where it is unlocked when it comes out right away, I should be able to buy it in my own country! These business practices we practice in the US need to stop, their is a demand that needs to be met with consumers like myself who don't need subsidized iPhone's with 2 year contracts with carriers and don't mine paying full price for an unlocked one, it is unethical in a sense, forcing the customer to buy it with a carrier contract and NOT giving the customer the option to buy it full price and own it themselves, OR, making the consumer wait a month for that option to be available. THEY SHOULD BE RELEASED AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!! THAT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO!!!!!!
Apple can contact me and I will proudly pay for one. But making me wait a month for an unlocked one, puts AT&T, Sprint & Verizon's interests before mine, and that is not right, for it is MY money that keeps you guys in business, so my best interests should come first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand your frustration, but when any form of rationing is required you have to prioritise. The number of unlocked vs packaged phones will be quite small and the number of unlocked buyers wishing to upgrade immediately will be smaller still. Against this you have the corporations sharing $billions between them.
It would, you're correct, have been fairer to release all at the same time, but fairer doesn't come into it: it's business.

10.7 was horrible unstable so I waited until 10.7.1 and tried it again. Well I have to say that it is still a defective OS. I am reverting to Snow as we speak from my carbon clone copy.. This is really the worst OSX I have ever used. It gives me random Kernel panics for no reasons, unstable airport and hundreds of small issues that are just not necessary. For instance I can't use QuickTime in Lion to trim a videoclip ( the UI goes mad and the trimslider becomes inoperable and hangs the Player window ) while in Snow it is no problem. Itunes gives me crackling sound when the equalizer is turned on, Graphical glitches in Photoshop, games crashing, Preview.app not working with some pdfs, so I need Adobes reader which I never used before.. It is definately not ripe for mass usage. Might 10.7.2 or 10.7.3 fix it, but not yet.
* and just for the records : the hardware is absoltely ok. Because in Snow it works as it should. ( So many Lion fanbois are talking : "your Ram is defect", defintely NOT. - Lion is defect! ).

Would Apple exchange my Macbook for a new one for free?

Will Apple exchange my Macbook for another without having to pay the '10% Restocking Fee'? It has been under 2 weeks since I've bought my Macbook. The reason I want to exchange it is because:
Ever since I've installed the latest updates, my Macbook has been performing like a 1980 computer, not a 2007 computer. Since I've installed the updates, it has:
1.) Loading pages on the internet has slowed down by ALOT. I mean it takes about 20 seconds to load the Apple.com page.
2) My download speed has slowed down to about 60/KB per sec. It used to be about 600/KB per sec.
3) Videos take FOREVER to load, as if I had dial-up. I have Cable Internet.
4) Games I play lag WAY more then they did before the updates. A game has even froze. It never used to do this.
Would Apple replace my Macbook for free? And is it worth returning, I mean, Would a HD format or something fix my problems?
I've tried emptying the cache, trying Firefox, resetting my PRAM, and nothing seems to work totally.

I love my new 5th Gen black 60GB, and I have owned many other iPods right from the 1st Gen, but there has been a lot of hassle with the new cool feature of Videos. So many people are having trouble with conversions. iTunes needs to be able to have an import feature to convert these vidoes automatically, like into AAC with audio. I know there a free and costing apps out there like Videora and Quicktime Pro. But seriously, the iPod plays them so why not the software support? Also my remote. How crazy is it to have a remote for the iPod where the menu button only works with an Apple computer and not my Ipod? And where is my AC charger or Firewire cable for my car charger? What does everyone think?

I totally agree. Apple should put the same option for videos as they have with sound files in iTunes so that you can convert videos directly in i-Tunes to a format that will play on the iPod as this seems to be the biggest issue in the forum. For me Videora has worked just fine, but still it would be beneficial to do it in iTunes.

Okay, Let's assume that Apple is indeed THAT foolish.......How does one get the photos from the phone to the PC and still use them?

The photos are still on your phone, and if enabled in your Photo Stream. They are not automatically transferred to your computer when syncing.

For future books you might consider doing what I do: create a separate library for each book andcopy the photos for the book from your working library to the book library with iPhoto Library Manager.
When the book is completed and ordered burn the library package to a CD, DVD or external HD to archive it so it's available for editing and reordering at a later date if needed.

Why in the world would Apple make the track pad LESS useful in OS Lion? I hate that I can't g back to the top of a web page with a singe swipe. And of course all the other gestures are totally reversed. IMHO, this was not an imporvement.

Go to System Preferences > Trackpad > Scroll & Zoom, and uncheck Scroll direction: Natural.

Ipods automatically have a one year warrany unless you have violated the terms. But you can pay to extend the warranty. It depends, they may fix it for free or they may charge a bit. Im not entirely sure. But id say theres a good chance that they may fix it for free. With battery replacements, ive heard that they give you an entirely new ipod with a charge of $80. So i think it depends

They will replace your "broken" iPad with an iPad of equal type .... so NO, they will not replace it with a new iPad 4th generation. They will actually replace your "broken" iPad with a refurb, not a new one.
