You are welcome. The emails are difficult to block effectively, because the spammer/phishers continually fake their sending email address. You can, however forward the email to Apple.

When i go to sign into apple id it says "We apologize but we are unable to verify your account information online". When i go to "Not sure if you have an Apple ID?" It says "We apologize but we are unable to verify your account information online" When i try to sign in with my email it says "you already have an account????
Might I suggest a password reset?
Maybe you can click on the Reset Password link instead of trying to log in at appleid.apple.com.
I'm not sure if that would work, but its worth a try.

Use Internet Recovery. You shouldn't need an AppleID. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4718
Internet Recovery will install the OS that shipped with the Mac. You can then upgrade to Mavericks if that was not it.

I tried to erase the HD of my Mac; Apple Support suggested to restart the computer pressing cmd + R, then select "Utility Disk", then Mac HD, and choose "Erase", the option "Security Options" should be available, but it was not
I was able to erase the disk and reinstall the OS but not to choose the option to overwrite the disk, as the official Apple Support said previously.
I called again them, this time I was said that with an SSD disk the security option (overwrite the disk) is not available, and that is it, no way out; and they added very kindly that if I sell my Mac, the buyer could bring it to a Tech Center and they could eventually recover the data on it, even though this may be expensive
Is there anyone that has any suggestion to protect the data before selling a Mac; the guys at Apple Official Support did not seem very concerned about thisI was unable to access the laptop last night to create a new user; however my client would perfer not to try a second account since that would make it unusable for him while we test the second profile.
Also John Sophos was installed after this started to verify that it was not a virus/malware (I know pointless step but it has happened to me before) so I don't think that is the problem -
