No, you need to be in the UK with a UK billing address on your account to use the UK store
You can try requesting that the English language versions be added to your country's store (you've checked to see if the film's description page says if it has alternative languages on it ?), but unless the film studio/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell them there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html -

My membership has expired and I would like to download a free trial - every time I try and do so it prompts me to purchase product again and will not open... Please advise if it is possible to use a free trial after membership has expired.
I believe if you have had the program installed and licensed already then the trial option has passed.

The only available version from the MENA store are English, Arabic, and French. And there is a region error when I change the region to Japan.As I understand iTunes Gift Cards, they are for the specific country's iTunes Store where you acquired the Gift Card. To have an account in a specific country's iTunes Store the Terms of Use say that you must reside in that country, have a pernmanent billg address, not be visiting. It would be a bad idea to buy the iTunes Gift Cards. It would really complicate the authorization of the media in your iTunes library.

It is not clear if your Premiere Elements 10 was a downloaded purchase from Adobe or from an authorized reseller.
However, do you have a purchased serial number for the product?
If you have the purchased serial number, you can download Premiere Elements 10 tryout files from the following web site
and insert your purchased serial number in them during installation to make them your own.

But there could be a complication with regard to files from any source.
Adobe allows you to have the purchased activated serial number on no more than 2 of your computers.
If your failed computer has Premiere Elements trapped on it representing 1 purchased serial number, you will be able to installed
the purchased serial number on only one more computer. If you have the purchased activated serial number trapped on 2 failed
computers, then you will not be able to use that purchased serial number on another computer until you deactivate at least one
on one of the other two computers. In this case, it is only Adobe who might be able to help you. None of this may apply to you. I mention
it as a just in case caution.

In the past 6 years I have purchased many books from iTunes. I lost one of them and would like to download it again, however it is not showing up in my purchased screen. All of my music, movies, and shows are showing but none of my books. They do show up in my purchase history, how can I get them back? Help!

So far as I am aware, books haven't been available for 6 years, so I'm wondering if you mean audiobooks.
Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded. -
My iPhone 4s didn't do it until the latest update so imnpretty sure it's on the apple server some sort of bug maybe? Not sure. But whatever it is I really would like to download apps. It won't let me download any apps and my phone is brand new.
Sorry guysy iPhone says unable to download application at this time and I try all day and it still won't let me download no matter how hard I try.

I would like to download my music from my iPod touch to iTunes library, is that possible? Our old computer fried and we were unable to salvage any information. All of the music that I downloaded from CD's is not in iTunes on our new computer. Will I have to reload all CD's?
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion.

Your itunes purchases for music, etc are tied to your itunes account - any computer (up to 5) can be authorized with your iTunes account information. Enter your iTunes account name and password in the iPod - you don't say which version of iOS is on your iPod so more details can't be given until knowing that.
