Wow, nothing but problems with BB Link after update
Since the last update to BB Link which included Outlook one-way sync of calendar and contacts, have had nothing but issues.
Link won't perform the Outlook sync. Says the phone is disconnected. It isn't!
Unless I have USB mass storage on the USB connection to computer won't recognize the phone.
Backup for both Playbook and Z10 are not working. One Z10 backup chance was presented, but Link crashed half way thru and has not offered another backup since on either the PB or phone.
I changed the frequency to daily (from weekly) to see if this would trigger a backup attempt...nope.
Conclusion: Link Stinks!

Try Resetting your phone: hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons. If this does not work Restore your iPhone in iTunes.

I've had nothing but problems for the past few weeks I'm sure it's maybe a new software version? I can't convert PDFs to Word anymore I keep getting this error message. An error occurred while trying to access the service for all documents.

Are you using Adobe Reader to access the Export pdf service to convert the file.
If so please update Reader to the latest v 11.0.10 and then check. Also make sure you are signed in with your Adobe ID in Reader.
Can you please also try signing in to the web url: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and check if you are able to convert the file or not.

Had nothing but problems with M-firefox 4-can we go back to 3?
We have experienced nothing but problems since we changed to mozilla firefox 4. We are not very computer literate+liked the basic style of FF 3. We would like to go back to FF 3-could we enlist your assistance?

Firefox is highly customizable and you may be able to customize it to meet your needs.

To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data. See https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+Firefox
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use
your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of
installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

Do the following, then try again:
1. Close all open apps: Double click on the Home key and then swipe up on each of the thumbnails that appear above the open app icons
2. Sign out of the iTunes store: Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on your Apple/iTunes ID, then sign out
3. Check Settings>Safari, and make sure that "Block Cookies" is not set to "Always". If it is, change it to either of the other two options
4. Make sure you do not have Restrictions turned on. If they are turned on, make sure that access is allowed for Safari, iTunes Store, Installing Apps, and Deleting Apps
5. Reset your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Home screen redisplays sign back into iTunes and try again

Upgraded to the most current Firefox 4.0.? It has taken over 2 screens of our Mac Pro computer (not the computer I'm using to write this). The window splinters and duplicates itself over and over causing problems with all the other programs. It also leaves ghost lines on screen. Even though we have closed things, it opens everything we have had open the day before.
DON'T WANT A BUNCH OF CURES. Just want to go back to 3.6. If you have a link to it, please provide.PS: did i mention that I am not able to access my online banking, etc? i apologize for the cranky tone of this post, but i am really desperate and need quick assistance in how to remove the current version of firefox and reload the last one.

If you have difficulties fixing problems with software that is acting up I would suggest that you do a clean install of your OS and the software. That is, after backing up your files, of course.

I have had a problem with the compatibility of Firefox running with the games I play online. before I downloaded 4.0 I used to be able to use more options with my work email, Lotus notes....now I get all kinds of errors....I never had any problems with the previous version.
Firefox 3.6 will still be supported with security updates for a while, so if you don't want to work on troubleshooting the specific problems, you can roll back.
First, make a backup of your computer for safekeeping. To back up Firefox, see [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing+up+your+information Backing up your information].
Next, download and save Firefox 3.6 to your desktop for future installation. http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-older
Close Firefox 4, and uninstall it. Do not remove your personal data and settings, just the program.
Then finally you can reinstall Firefox 3.6. Unless you have installed an incompatible add-on, it should pick up where you left off. If there are serious issues, please post back with details.
Note: I haven't actually tried this myself!

Skype problems with Airport Extreme after update
I use Skype to call regular phones and landlines. For over a year now it has worked well with my Airport Extreme, however, I noticed that around the same time I updated my Airport utility to 5.5.2 and Mac OS X update on 1/7/11 I am having problems with audio getting scrambled, the person on the other end dropping out, and my voice dropping out of their calls and the sound of me "being in a long tunnel," as they describe it. If I plug the ethernet directly into my computer there is no problem so I know it is the Airport base station.
I have tried plugging and unplugging the base station and I had comcast reset my cable modem but nothing seems to be working. I have 12 mbps internet so I know it is not a bandwidth problem.

After buying the latest generation Airport Extreme, turns out it's having the same problem. I agree that it was not a problem until 5.5.2. Also, I use YouSendIt constantly and it also chokes the Airport Extreme. It appears to happen in scenarios of high bandwidth usage.
