Write data to Text file - Column by Column

Hi,
I want to write a table of data(2D) to a text file. I acquire 1D array(6 lakh rows) of data & want to write that in text file as column 0. And next 1D array to the same text file as column 2. Is it possible todo that?
I don't want to accumulate 2D array and write at last since it consumes more memory & Labview Hangs.
Kindly share your ideas.....

Write data to text file on command using trigger

Hi there
I'm kinda new to using Labview, and i seek some advices.
I've got this program, which is used to read from a usb-device (6215). It measures the voltage at an input channel on the usb-device, and processes it, and finally writes the data to a txt file. I want to control when it writes the data (only one instance/ measurement at a time) via a trigger.
The problem is, that the trigger does not work. It always writes to the file i have specified. Can anyone help me getting this right?
Furthermore, if someone have any suggestions how to make the data in the text file more readable (i'dd suggest using colums - but how?) i would greatly appreciate it. Maybe converting to an exel-document could be the answer?

Your true and false cases are identical and the file write is outside of the case statement. The boolean trigger does nothing. Why don't you try putting the file write inside the true case statement and nothing in the false case? You wouls also place the DAQmx Read inside the true case.
If you are not going to use an event structure (but you should), place a Wait (ms) function inside the loop.

Spool SQl data into text file using dynamic sql

I am spooling output data into text file using command

here mxname varchar(128),lxtype(128),mxrev(128) all are of varchar type.I want the output in format
e.g Part|1211121313|A
but due to column width the output,I am getting is with spaces.
"Part then blank spaces |1211121313 then blank spaces |A"
how can I remove these spaces between columns.I used set space 0 but not working.

I am facing similar kind of issue in my present project.
I am trying spool more than 50 columns from a table into flat file. Because of more column lengths in few columns, i am getting space. There are so many columns with the same issue. I want to remove that space.so that, data can fit perfectly in one line in .txt file without any wrap text.

I have download NewtonSoft.json version 5.0.8.
So, I am able to convert input data into json format, but how can I able to write and read this data from a json/text file.

Writing data in text file..

1. check the file name in D:\\temp\\test.txt
2. if it exists, then open file. if there is data, then read data. after the last record, it writes new data.
3. if it does not exist, create text.txt file and write data into text.txt file.

I have a question regarding writing data in a text file. I have a lot of classes which are having lot of println statements. Can we send data to a file which are coming from different classes. I need to update file in sequencial way which are coming from different classes. I tried it . but it doesn't stored. can anyone rectify me.

Loading data from text file into ListBox

I have data in a text file that I want to load into a
listbox... I have fully mastered handling strings and arrays so I'm
going to need some help...
I was wondering how do I get flash to load a text file that
contains the data below.. and display it line for line like I want
it to list down the component

Unable to find file error while loading data from text file to Oracle

I am having a interface where i am loading a data of Text file to Oracle.
But when i am trying to do this i am getting following error.
ODI-1227: Task SrcSet0 (Loading) fails on the source FILE connection SAPMM.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: File not found: d:/mdb/#General.get_filename
     at com.sunopsis.jdbc.driver.file.FileResultSet.<init>(FileResultSet.java:160)
     at com.sunopsis.jdbc.driver.file.impl.commands.CommandSelect.execute(CommandSelect.java:57)
     at com.sunopsis.jdbc.driver.file.CommandExecutor.executeCommand(CommandExecutor.java:33)
SAPMM is connection name.
I am using get_filename to get the filename and it is fetching correct value as the this variable refreshes in previous step of this interface.
KM used for loading is File to SQL
What would be cause of this error?

Did a testing and following are the result
I have
A> created package having steps like
1. Declaration of variable v_filename.
2. Refreshing variable v_filename.
3. Execution of Interface which gets the file name from v_filename and load into target table
Package executes successfully.
B> created package having steps like
1. Declaration of variable v_filename.
2. Refreshing variable v_filename.
3. Scenario of Interface which gets the file name from v_filename and load into target table
Package executes with erre as it is not able to find the file
C> created package having steps like
1. Declaration of variable v_filename.
2. Refreshing variable v_filename.
3. Execution of Interface which gets the file name from v_filename and load into target table
4. Now create a scenario of the package , use the generated scenario in another package say main_package
Execution of main_package is successful.

Cant get data from text file to print into Jtable

Instead of doing JDBC i am using text file as database. I cant get data from text file to print into JTable when i click find button. Goal is to find a record and print that record only, but for now i am trying to print all the records. I don't think you have a standard sap program to upload data from file to database table...
Instead you can create a custom program like this..

Data in text file (some times has duplicates) is being loaded into Oracle 9i database using Informatica. To improve performance, we would like to remove duplicates at the time of each load using Oracle procedure. Could you please help me with this?

Administrators unable to write to a text file created by another Administrator on Windows Server 2008.

Why are Administrators unable to write to a text file created by another Administrator on Windows Server 2008?
--- The Administrators already have full control so how do I fix this? ---
Example: On a Windows Server 2008 (SP1): user A (who belongs to the Administrators group) logs in and creates a directory C:\foo and creates a file readme.txt in the foo directory. User B (also a member of the Administrators group) logs in and opens C:\foo\readme.txt in notepad. User B types something and tries to save the file. User B cannot save the file…an option to save as some other file name is presented. The security permissions of C:\foo\readme.txt show that Administrators have full control.
Work around 1: Explicitly add user B to have full control over the foo directory. The problem is that all the all other Administrators still need to be added (current and future).
Work around 2: Change the Users security permission to be full control on the foo directory. (this seems dangerous!)
It is interesting to not that this same procedure is not a problem in Windows Vista. (Any insight about the difference?)

so there is no way to change this without literally shutting down the UAC?
I have files that I need to modify all the time, and it is very annoying to have to save as to my desktop modify and then copy and paste the file again.
I would also rather not give myself permissions to the entire C:\ Drive even specified Folders or documents, etc......
You can change these settings without bringing down the UAC

1.    Click Start, type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
2.    Expand Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options.

3.    Double-click “User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode” on the right pane.
a.    Choose “Elevate without prompting” and click OK.
b.    Double-Click “User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account”, Click Enable, Apply and then OK
c.     Double-Click “User Account Control: Run all users, including administrators, as standard users”,Click Enable, Apply and then OK
Then reboot the Server. You should now have the ability to modify any document, etc....

Thanx for your answer. That class you mentioned needs an instream and an outstream. I have only an outstream.
My program produces a normal ascii report data, but i must write into a file in UTF-16 format (that's what the customer want
I know also class CL_ABAP_CONV_OUT_CE, but i don't know how to use it for an UTF-16 output.
I hope someone can expain me very clearly how it works for an UTF-16 together with the open dataset statement.
